Remote is a platform that addresses any raised tickets or queries in a prompt fashion. Furthermore, the initial contract offer and signing are seamless. The web UI is easy to navigate and user-friendly.
Once in a while, payroll can be slow to respond to queries, but generally, queries are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. With a few more additions to the web UI, I believe that Remote can get a ten-star rating.
Remote is solving the issue of foreign companies coming directly into a country. Remote is the middle man between international companies and us (the employees). It makes for a convenient way to carry out work-from-home or remote duties.
The platform is super user-friendly and collects all important and indispensable data in one place. Support team is fast and provides workarounds even outside remote's platform troubleshooting. Was a great pleasure to talk to them!
it is not about remote but to the its medical partner - I've been waiting for 1.5 years to make a mandatory medical control, and still, no call back (even though I got in touch with the partner several times)

They´re super quick to respond to your queries and provide reliable answers. Their FAQ section is also very comprehensive.
It takes a while to connect to a real customer service representative as at first you´re connected to a chat bot.
I had issues with my medical insurance and holiday allowance and they´ve been really responsive and quick on their feet to solve them.
They reply to all my questions kindly and very precisley. They are quite responsive to the questions asked and try to help you as much as possible. Using the platform is pretty easy.
Not really dislike, but maybe sometimes they skip the questions by email or the reply may take a while, but overall as said they give you really good answers.

Remote’s setup forms were pretty easy to fill out. Their User Happiness team was great when I reached out with a question about my pay slip. The first representative wasn’t sure how to help me, and forwarded me to their colleague. Then Brigitte took over and did an amazing job. Her answers were blazing fast and helpful!
Not all of the representatives you get in touch at Remote know the details of your particular country’s tax regulations. There’s a degree of back and forth before you get forwarded to someone who can help you with your case.

I was looking to have more details to be shared in terms of payroll calculations or pro-rate leave calculations but did not find these available.

Most elements are automated and the user interface is easy.
We quite often have billing issues (the timing not the amount) which are always corrected by their team, but still a pain. Mostly related to the fact that wages are estimated mid-way through a period and then an adjustment created later - this is part of the nature of this process and is not Remote's fault - but I feel like they could deal with it in a better way. We sometimes get automated emails stating that our invoice payments are late when they are not. They always apologise but it is still slightly annoying.

I like the fast way my questions were answered when I needed them. I had to change the tax income rate for my salary and everyone was fast assisting me. Great help
At first it was not clear how to do some procedures. Like for example, when I had to change my tax rate it was not clear where to do it without talking with support team. Maybe it should be more customized toward the country of use. If I am from Spain I would like to see typical spanish processes more at hand
