Compare Scoro with other popular tools in the same category.
Scoro comprehensive approach is one of its significant benefits. It can be time-consuming to input data on the administrative side, but Scoro software collects all the information needed to assess how a project is progressing. This makes it an excellent way to keep track of your team's workload and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done. The email function is also beneficial for storing sensitive company information securely outside the inbox and organizing project materials in one place.
Time constraints make automating the process of completing forms more difficult than if there were no restraints. It takes time to learn the software and how to use it properly. There can be a bit of a learning curve, but it's not too difficult once you get past that.
Since using Scoro, I've found that my productivity has skyrocketed! The software is easy to use and helps keep track of all your tasks in one place, meaning you can easily see what needs to be done next. A handy calendar feature also tells you when deadlines are approaching, so you can plan accordingly.
The best aspect is that Scoro combines PPM, billing, reporting and CRM capabilities in one place.
Pricing across all plans is extreme and lacks freemium plan.
Managing work of all employees in one single place. Tracking issues, time and expenses on projects.
Scoro ability to reallocate tasks to other team members is what I love the most. Scoro allows for more dynamic management and saves time when resetting a task. The alerts function is beneficial for reminding you of tasks and events you have previously set up in your calendar. It is easy to keep track of invoices and have a complete overview.
Scoro is an excellent tool that allows us to not only manage projects but also how organize meetings. Its services and its team, which work efficiently, are something I would appreciate.
It helped us in advertising, consulting, and new client acquisition and kept us fully informed about all functions running in real-time.
Scoro is a tool that helps managers to control their company. It has a detailed dashboard with which they can visualize all pending tasks. It also displays different ways to measure performance, so you can see which team member is doing their job well. In addition, it organizes crucial events using a calendar so everyone can see when they should prepare for upcoming events.
As the number of features used increases, many unspecified fees are being added due to a general lack of guidance and information when making decisions.
We use the app to work together on our projects and stay up-to-date with all of the information about our customers.
Scoro is the perfect tool for professional customer and sales management. Scoro has an excellent task automation feature that allows us to do well-organized and efficient work. We can also automate notifications and send them to recipients. Scoro is the perfect tool for keeping track of appointments.
Some settings are hidden in the interface, and contacting support was necessary to find some of them.
Time management, project management from start to finish, and an associated calendar can help you save time during the day.
I love that Scoro lets me delegate the tasks to different people in my team. It saves time because we can use a variety of methods to track what needs to be done. I also really like how Scoro creates alerts for specific events and activities that are scheduled in my calendar. These alert emails give me a summary of what I need to do, which is very helpful.
Apart from the problem with the missing contacts in our list, we haven't encountered any serious problems
Scoro makes it easier for me to delegate tasks to my employees because I don't have to keep checking on them. This software has changed the way I work.
Scoro is the most powerful business management platform in the market, featuring a wide variety of practical options for managing a company such as flexible calendar management, task management quote management, and many others. This is an intelligent, unified platform that caters to the needs of each individual user.
The mobile app UI should be modified to be more user-friendly. For example, the drop-down menu could have a standard look just like the PC version.
Scoro allows us to work on multiple projects at once. This saves us time and helps us meet deadlines because we have many team members working on separate projects.
Planning my work for the week using my contacts to keep building relationships. Updating time cards in my profile up into the future is awesome. Planning is essential to our business growth, knowing what to do next and having the option to move if something happens in between. Fantastic planning tool.
Merging multiple contacts into one employer is daunting. Would like to know if there is an option to integrate LinkedIn profile into Scoro under my name to explore potential customers from my personal profile, but with the added security that they stay private and linked to my profile only.
Keeping in contact with my clients. Follow up etc.
Thr projects and contacts tabs. I love that I can go into the contact tabs and find emails, phone numbers and the last time we contacted them
When I link my calendar to a project it glitches, wish it just backed out to my calendar.
It's helped me track my time more appropriately. I can also make sure I'm not going over on certain projects.
Easy to track time, gets lots of updates. User interface is clear and minimal and projects assigned to me can be easily seen in the tasks window when I need to quickly go and add time.
Sometimes the regular updates change or remove features, most of the time new features get added but it can be a lot of change if you leave the Scoro dashboard when on a few weeks of holiday.
Project time tracking mainly, for large projects they are broken down into smaller tasks assigned to people. This helps to break a large project down into manageable chunks.
We are able to combine our Client Relationship Management (CRM) with our project control and invoicing/payment systems
Certain elements of Scoro are not intuitive (at least not to our organisation), and making changes is difficult
It has improved our billing processes
Storing information and when doing monthly reports.
Sometimes it's slow and needs some small improvements
Monthly reports, and sending emails.
Very easy to navigate, clearly highlights all fields that require completion, clear, straightforward pages on each section.
Nothing. The system is very easy to use
Allows me to monitor each customer's business activity at one glance, saves time.
It is customizable and there are many approaches to searching for projects / tasks depending on the client you are viewing. Gantt, for example, is very useful as a summary. You can add custom fields, so you can easily add the data you need. Multiple perspectives that show tasks for each project, person, etc. This allows you to track the time of your entire organization. The most useful thing about Scoro is that you can plan projects that occur frequently. The biggest advantage is that you can track jobs throughout the job process and track all deadlines and outcomes in one easy-to-find place. This allows everyone to access the same page. Another advantage is that you can use the Gantt chart feature to quickly change schedules and results. Clients love to see the visual representation of a project plan, and Scoro provides the ability to share it with clients.
Scoro time monitoring function is most likely one of the most in need of enhancement. It has all of the essentials for project time tracking, but not much extra to make it more comprehensive. Aside from that, the ability to create forms lead to other forms in job creation would be another enhancement that would make job opening much more efficient. Some of the connectors are simple to use, while others require customer care assistance to completely integrate with my system. Because it is so customisable, it may be a little intimidating at first, and I discovered that we didn't have an optimal underlying fix.
We have client and team timesheets, and creating client timesheet invoices and team timesheet reports with Google Sheets has always been a time-consuming and difficult procedure. Scoro novel timekeeping and reporting tool solves that challenge. Scoro is all I need to manage my projects, tasks, and the launch of our product; each stage of development is highly detailed so that we don't miss any important steps in between. When I discuss notification at each stage of the progress, I may tag all team members to take care of the progress and vice versa.
I appreciate how you can manage the process in as much detail or as simply as you need for different internal teams to complete their projects and duties while maintaining transparency for everyone. We also like the option to conduct evaluations and approvals online rather than in person or on paper. It greatly expedites our work because several of our project stakeholders frequently travel or are out of the country. Because you may access the documents from anywhere with an Internet connection, this review function helps us to collect input and approvals quickly.
While the new style makes logic and looks attractive, I like the old one since it appeared to be easier to work with. Project management has become more challenging as a result of new upgrades. Some previously simple components of project management have grown more difficult to handle, necessitating more clicks to accomplish the same amount of labor. The program also has certain restrictions for what we are utilizing it for.
Getting several internal teams to operate on the same system with various workflows has always been difficult, but Scoro has allowed each team to manage their work in their chosen style without affecting any other internal teams in the process, providing for transparency. Scoro helps us coordinate tasks and keep different team members organized so that each assignment is finished on time. We also utilize Scoro to submit projects and papers to team members for evaluation. The digital review procedure works effectively for us since it allows our teams to continue working and projects to progress even when personnel are vacationing or stationed outside of the nation.
I enjoy how easy it is to create projects and how task bundles may assist minimize project creation time. I also enjoy how easy it is to manage Projects, Tasks, Quotes, and Billing all in one place. The project management capabilities are excellent, and the growth of system updates has been really beneficial. Scoro customisation works great for us; we've been able to change a lot of the variables to better suit how we manage projects.
Although it is very adaptable, the system cannot be altered to the extent that we want because some of the dropdown lists are default settings. It would be good to be able to delete a task from a project without having to return to the project you were working on in the first place. Another downside of this program is unquestionably its cost.
We were having a lot of trouble talking with Accounting about what had been billed, so this has helped to bridge that gap by allowing all departments to see what has been billed. Despite having so many team members working remotely, the perks have made it easier to stay up with tasks as a team. Scoro has been a fantastic time-tracking tool for every project I've worked on with my team. It also includes a summary of bills and pricing proposals. We use Scoro as our CRM and project management solution instead of many platforms. We now have a firm grasp on the profitability of individuals and roles at the project level.
All of the integrated financial management and integrations we've set up with Scoro have simplified many administrative elements of managing our work. And the real-time visibility into project performance (schedules and financials) is excellent.
Navigating through some of the integrations took a bit longer than I expected for implementation. The support to implement things was not as timely as we had hoped.
The adoption within the organization of Scoro was successful: thanks to a combination of the training support we received from Scoro and our own personalized support. We are now beginning to reap the benefits of better overall management of our work.
The user interface is excellent, it is simple to work with the team, and there are several connectors that can be linked via Zapier. Scoro is currently widely regarded as one of the greatest task management and project management tools, and it has really aided me in organizing and monitoring open and finished projects, as well as scheduling to-do lists. It also allows me to prioritize chores and forthcoming initiatives, something my team was very thrilled about.
There are other features that we had to seek from Scoro that we believe would have been obvious from the start. The task creations/Gantt chart view, for example, is quite difficult. Dependencies are ineffective. There appear to be some bugs to be worked out there. Customer service can be sluggish to reply to ongoing concerns or inquiries, but the remainder of the product works great and there are no serious faults with the software itself.
We are resolving issues that arose as a result of the extension. Scoro is a fantastic tool for growth; now that we can interface with Jira, which was previously a challenge for the team, we can build projects more quickly. Scoro Dashboard and reporting tool assist us in tracking sales team KPIs and keeping track of open project downtime. Furthermore, the ability to monitor workflow and issue bills and invoices for successful agreements and leads puts you in complete control.
Billing functionality is excellent, as well as allowing resources to be forecasted and assigned to multiple projects.
I would like to be able to add a resource to projects directly within the project. And I wish it was easier to pre-populate timesheets with scheduled times.
Scoro has allowed our organization to be much more collaborative and detailed in our work. It also helped us to see if our projects are profitable or not. It also saved us valuable time with the integration being built from the ground up to repeat monthly tasks for all the monthly recurring marketing projects we have.
Scoro has enabled us to fully abandon paper and spreadsheets. The program is highly powerful and has a lot of functions without being overly complex to use. The platform is simple to use and regularly adds new capabilities; it works with software that you know works and is always being improved.
Without a doubt, one of the most unfavorable characteristics is its price, which may become prohibitively expensive in big equipment. There are also a few small concerns that should be addressed in future software releases. One of them is the inability to simply reorder things in a budget in bulk; everything must be dragged individually. The inability to export Gantt charts as a PDF/JPG file to incorporate in a presentation or send to a customer is another limitation.
Where we previously depended primarily on spreadsheets, project management has become a breeze. Real-time monitoring of agency resource utilization and project budget burn. When you tried to make a report on our previous platform, it would crash, but Scoro gives this data live via the dashboard or in the Reports tab. Also, our staff are happier with Scoro than with the prior product; if you need to spend all day working on a professional services automation tool, it must be quick, intuitive, and have a decent UX/UI.
It is simply modifiable and customizable to meet the demands of the firm. It is also updated on a regular basis and communicates with our accounting software (Xero) and time tracking software (Toggl). We value the ability to organize our work and keep track of our projects, finances, and who is working on what. All that is important and easy to use leads to a lonely environment in everything we do. It has been a great resource in our efforts to improve our organizational fitness.
Scoro, in my opinion, lacks a time component that adequately reflects the demands of a creation group. The format is rather broad, and it might be difficult to adapt at first. You may achieve this by utilizing a task timer to keep track of Alow's working hours. We may also utilize TOGGL, with which Scoro interfaces. However, interaction with third-party systems such as Toggl and Xero might be unreliable, resulting in western sync difficulties. I'd want to be able to add tasks to my calendar and tasks from the Planner tab, rather than only the calendar and tasks sections.
Asset planning was the most important efficiency component for us, and it was a game changer for our company. To remain on top of our business, we utilize an all-in-one dashboard to monitor projects, activities, quotations, and bills. We maintain track of our projects' budgets as well as their milestones. Also, at the end of each month, we examine data to see how productive we were and where we might focus our efforts more.
It is the largest program I have used for project management and reporting, and I like the continuous upgrades and new options that scoro provides. It is also linked to Google Calendar, which is a fantastic synchronization tool, making the building panels as simple as possible. I can easily obtain any analytics that I need, which makes creating traction reports for commercial meetings simple and painless. Pending tasks can be viewed in a variety of ways, and numerous performance indicators can be used to evaluate each person's performance based on their duties. Performance data and calendar events are displayed through a fully user-friendly interface in a highly direct platform for each type of client.
The performance of mobile apps is really poor in comparison to its other versions, and the pricing mechanism of this software is undeniably pricey. It has not been greatly strengthened as a budget management and billing software, and it can be stated that one of its main disadvantages is the cost of using the tool, because it contains several unbalanced costs that are added as the number of features implemented increases, and because there is a lack of guidance and information that is not supplied when the service is received. I also want the platform's overall look to be customised in terms of sources, colors, design, and so on.
Thanks to the Gantt graphics, Kanban boards and collaboration instruments, it saved us a lot of time in project management, it is also very beneficial for our sales team, business and accountants, since we manage the connection with customers and we track the actions that We have done in order to offer them the greatest possible satisfaction. We saved a lot of time in project management thanks to the Gantt graphics, Kanban boards, and collaboration tools. It is also very beneficial for our sales team, business, and accountants, because we manage the connection with customers and track the actions that We have done in order to offer them the greatest possible satisfaction.
The project management functions are outstanding, and the evolution of system updates has been really advantageous. Scoro's customisation works wonderfully for us; we've been able to tweak many of the variables such that they truly fit the way we execute projects. It contains all of the features, but nothing else we attempted did.
Although it is very customizable, the system can not be customized as much as we need, since some of the drop-down lists are predetermined configurations. Another disadvantage of this software is undoubtedly the price.
Scoro has been an excellent tool for monitoring time in each project that I work on with my team. It also provides an overview of bills and pricing proposals. Instead of having numerous systems, we use Scoro as our CRM and project management solution. We now have a strong understanding of the profitability of people and positions at the project level. While there is certainly space for improvement, clarity is assisting us in making more informed strategic business decisions.
The flexibility of the platform, that we can adapt it to our processes. Also the ease of use, the ux, the dashboard functionalities and the permissions/user's versatility.
The structure it's a little bit complex at first sight for a new user, I would like to have as well more funtionalities and personalizations on the budget and dashboard features.
Transparency and fluency, everyone on the company is viewing the same information. Also goal orientation, it has helped us be more involved with our metrics and KPIs and follow thorough with our goals.
With a fantastic and clear user interface, Scoro makes working on the platform very easy and readable. All of the information is present and your dashboard is customisable.
I would like a bit more Microsoft integration, such as importing Microsoft Projects gantt charts.
We are using this system to manage our billing, invoicing and ordering for a commercial fitouts company. It is a great way to keep organised and ensures that all team members are up to speed.
I am able to view my day/week / month easily and easily manage tasks. Scoro is clear to use but still has many features for reporting etc. I like the way it shows the tasks in a planner and how easily I can manage them (for example moving them forward).
At the moment, there are many instructions for using Scoro and for example, adding a stock image to a project is quite complicated to be user-friendly. For non-pro users, it could be more accessible.
We hoped to get a better view of the capacity of experts in our organization, and this seems a good tool for it. Of course, it requires manual work too, because situations may change quickly, and then you should keep your Scoro up to date, or else it won't show you the actual status.
A fantastic organisation! Excellent customer support from beginning to end of the process. The team is informed and goes the extra mile at every stage.
Sometimes a call or web chat could deal with a quick question or clarification needed
Keeping track of project progression has been vital. Having colleagues working worldwide that can keep projects updated means it as a company, we are on top of any potential issues.
The support staff are the best I have ever experienced- fast, helpful and educators. Also, the program itself is very intuitive and easy to set up and manage projects
I have a bit of trouble with my own widgets but I think that's' on me to practice the usage of the min "tasks" more
Organisation for self and company, management of timesheets, time management and clarity across many different projects
Scoro is systems-oriented and flexible. We opted to have full onboarding help, so it was adapted to our workflow. This made us think in a systems manner which allowed us to discover ways to improve efficiencies. Recent updates, including the Gannt chart, provide performance information that is easy to assimilate.
The learning curve was quite long. When we introduced Scoro to our workforce, they did not have a formalized system of CRM or PM. The monthly cost is high and there could be a better incentive program. Adding new users should reflect the marginal cost.
We juggle 30+ active projects at a time with limited resources and tight schedules. Scoro allows our Project Managers to properly track progress. Quotes were not consistent and Scoro provided us with a system and framework.
The flexible nature of the production software Makes assigning and tracking easy from top level to more granular levels.
In the end we are about the money. Need better accounting integrations or an in-house build.
We have better data for visiting new work we also can better measure variance from budget in real time.
