Compare Scoro with other popular tools in the same category.
Very well-thought interconnected "modules" of the system: all main functions any company would need are all present. I like a lot visualization of dashboard, re-usability of filters and views, ability to click on anything you see and being redirected directly onto another part of Scoro where you can do more work in what you clicked on.
Absence of contacts synchronization with gmail - really a bottle net for me.
Overview and control of your business processes with automation of many things which frees up your time.
You can manage your clients, accountability, projects, team... in a very interactive way. It performs perfectly and the support is excellent
I would only say that at the beginning you have to spend time to set up everything if you want to take advantage of the whole application
Accountability, projects and team organization
It is precise, organized and very well done in terms of sections and subcategories. I
I think it lacks some UX tips, first of all in task creation.
the task organization in a more precise way
It's simple and easy UI makes it best ever product for project collaboration
I think it already doing great and but if they can bring some colour formatting little better
Was able to collaborate better with this and easily to track the updates
Scoro is a advanced and wide range featured application, managing you all your confidential and important docs and files at one place. There are some advanced level of features available in this for easy work and process procurrement. Time management is very helpful feature of this, this specially helps us to complete the tasks assigned to all the team members on time everytime. Enables the subadmins and users to aschedule the tasks and keeps track on the work from the system itself, this also creates the time sheet for you about all the projects. Provided in this interesting and heloing solutions for managing and handling multiple projects and heavy loaded workflow everytime with extensive technology. The automative features in this manages to complete the work on time and removes human errors from the projects and make everything error free. Daily task and work report generating automative service is also there for quick report creating.
The workflow is effected due to the problem and delay in the search engine of the platform, does not produce the proper accurate result on search engines of other integrated platforms.
Scoro and the features in this had made me keep all the work and projects up to date and management of data and files also intuitive now with its features. This basically an all in one tool for us for all the workflow process management, docs management and time management. We are being able to complete the tasks on and before the time given. Also I am using it to track the employees working abilities,
I thoroughly enjoy being able to observe and track all ongoing processes, as well as having a clear numerical overview of everything.
At times, the screen can become overwhelming with an excessive amount of information. It can be challenging to find specific details amidst the abundance of data, leading to a sense of being lost or overwhelmed
Having everything consolidated within a single accessible tool is incredibly valuable. It ensures that all data is readily available and easily adjustable for everyone involved.
Scoro is very useful to control the activitys of the projects like business consultant. The planner and the gantt chart is the most useful.
It's available only in English, what can be difficult to use in anothers countrys, like me who live in Brazil. I speak English, but some of my colleagues don't know it.
The control of the hours spending on the projects.
Simple and straightforward to use. A network that connects initial client contact to project completion. After contract approval, facilitates the creation of activity estimates, invoices, and project management plans for individual contributors.
I cannot think of any disadvantages at the moment. I can only think of a method to set up automated email notifications for specific events.
Scoro's primary benefit is its capacity to streamline your workflow from initial estimate to project completion, right down to the allocation and administration of individual tasks. All actions can be timestamped, which is the frosting on the cake.
The comprehensiveness of its offer. Scoro probably has the feature you need, whatever it may be.
I understand the need for a clean and unobtrusive design but I think that it could be more attractive.
It is becoming our 'single source of truth', dispensing the need for a patchwork of timely (and costly,) bits of software to get the job done.
Clear interface, all in one platform end to end processed
Few integration available, cash and finance modules to improve
it allow us to manage the entire process from lead to cash
Really like to see all on going proces and to see everying in a clear overview based on numbers
Sometimes there is to much in the screen. When you just want to know something there is so much data that you sometimes get lost.
to haved everthing in one tool that is accesable for everyone. Also that all the data is in there and easy adjustable for everyone.
It's nice that I can create projects, quotes and bills in one place, as well as send them from the same place, and plan tasks and see the progress of the project.
Sometimes it's buggy or takes a long time to load or doesn't work at all.
Scoro helps to save time while project management, which can include a lot of different steps and it is very convenient that all the information and project management can be held in one place.
I like it's easy use and the Reporting Functions to keep Projects on task and Costs controlled.
My wish is that all Reports could be downloaded to Excel to manipulate the Data easier.
They keep track of our Projects and costs. It helps to keep us on track for our Budget's.
We are thrilled with our transition to Scoro and could not be more impressed. Their powerful, intuitive platform clearly stands above the rest in its field - providing an exceptional experience at every step of the process, interacting with the team's knowledgeable support staff who are always responsive to feedback or requests for assistance. We also appreciate how easy it is to use and the new features that have been introduced since we made the switch, keeping us up to date with the latest updates and improvements as they continue to develop.
I find Scoro frustrating and difficult at times as it can take some time to learn all of its features. In addition, searching for specific projects within the platform can yield unpredictable results; even tasks that I know should exist can sometimes fail to show up in searches.
Scoro solves the problem of scheduling, planning and tracking work in a way that allows us to get more done with efficient use of our time.
Easy to use, intuitive. A responsive system connected from the prospect contact to the task finalisation. Makes easier to quote, invoice, and create activities after contract approval to manage single tasks with the people involved.
At the moment I don't find specific downsides. The only one I have in mind is that I would like a setting to be notified via email automatically within specific circumstances.
As mentioned, the main benefit of Scoro is the connection from quote to project, to the division of the single tasks and their management. Cherry on top is the possibility to time track every activity.
Scheduling work flow and organized the day
It's too manual and sometimes you forget to mark the time entry
Scoro is the solution for planning tasks during the working day
Scoro is very flexible in the way you can track and handle interactions with your clients and suppliers. There is some very good instructive videos to assist you.
Scoro takes some time to learn and there are a lot of options that can overload you when you first start to use the software.
Scoro is able to link complex customer interactions over various products and sites
Flexibility and the chanceto see the oveview of all projects we we are doing.
The Gant chart is very primitive, and difficult to use. Unexportable. It would be great if it would be a chance to create multilevel expenses when defining expenses in quote.
We are able to get rid of many different spreadsheets and run everything in one spot
Scoro is an exceptional platform that provides an extensive suite of features to enable my team to optimize their workflow. Automated task tracking facilitates the ability to monitor, prioritize and assign tasks to the right personnel. The time tracking feature also allows for precise tracking of working hours, thereby preventing any unnecessary loss of time. Additionally, Scoro's comprehensive reporting capabilities provide me with the ability to assess my team's performance and make any essential changes to their workflow. Furthermore, the CRM feature of Scoro allows for convenient access to customer data from any location at any given time.
The search function is somewhat restricted, making it difficult to locate entries expeditiously. Additionally, the system is not user-friendly, necessitating users to traverse through multiple levels of the board in order to access particular tasks. My colleagues have recently voiced issues with bugs and glitches.
Scoro is a powerful CRM and project management solution that has enhanced our communication with customers and improved our time management. It has enabled us to monitor our progress more efficiently. The software facilitates the storage of our clients' contact data, including email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses. Furthermore, Scoro facilitates the creation of comprehensive reports, as well as the monitoring of our project budgets and expenses.
The best thing about Scoro is its organizational structure. The different modules are all logically connected and easy to navigate. I also love how you can tap on anything and be redirected to another section of Scoro to further work on what you tapped. This makes using the software efficiently. Additionally, the channels and views can be reused easily, which saves a lot of time. Plus, even though much data is displayed on the screen, the interface has been designed to work well even on smaller screens like smartphones.
What I don't like about Scoro is that it's constantly updated without much notice. This makes it hard to keep up with the changes and get used to each new version. Also, accounting could be better designed to look more reliable and trustworthy. Lastly, there needs to be a way to track or input project milestones, which should be possible.
The Scoro software is an excellent tool for concurrently managing your business and projects. It is inexpensive and efficient, allowing you to address difficulties without difficulty. The app also makes creating your dashboards, invoices, and receipts easy.
The possibility to tailor it to your company's needs. It can serve as a multitasking tool, from planning to holiday overview (in the calendar). The time is now actually always recorded, and the reports generated to give a nice insight into how the time is spent and on what.
The time entries - mainly the mechanics of how the time is recorded, if the time is allocated and the user will start the timer on the allocated time and pause it let's say after 10min, the remaining time that was allocated will be thrown back to the "jobs to do list" and treated as unallocated time - which with multiple tasks already on the list creates a bit of chaos. Planner - Not possible to move the tasks on the same day to change the order(to appear on the top) - for now utilising the "priorities" - would be enough, but to change the priority, each task needs to be opened and edited (from planner view), if the priority "tick" would be visible on the planner tasks, it would help(and able to easily change it)
Everything that is planned, the time is actually recorded by the production team member - no more " I forgot to record my times". The reports are giving nice data, also visual information. The phases are helping to split each more complex project into separate collateral.
Nice graphics and data visuals. Good variety of presenting data sets. User-friendly environment. Customisation options.
Searching for interlinked entities (e.g. linking events with tasks) is not working great. There is no option for a multi-selection of items (e.g. tasks in Gant chart).
Project info in one place accessible for all. Data collection, analysis and reporting. Access control to specific information. Time recording. Overall, it improves management, planning and efficiency.
What I like best about Scoro are the modules that work together to provide critical competencies for any organization. Although all your information is displayed on a larger screen, the interface has been designed to function optimally on smaller screens, such as smartphones. I appreciate how easy it is to move between channels and viewpoints and that you can tap anything to learn more about it. The app also takes you to a separate section of Scoro where additional work with the item tapped can be completed.
There is nothing that I dislike about Scoro. Moving a project through its phases has been the only challenge, but it is time-consuming. I may ask the Scoro team if there are methods to tailor our experience/workflow within Scoro further, if something is being done incorrectly, or how we can better our procedures.
The Scoro app has been a great help in managing the many tasks we have simultaneously at the studio. We often use it to assign tasks to employees without having to send mass emails or interrupt their workday.
I love the way Scoro allows you to reassign tasks among team members. This increases productivity by ensuring that schemes are constantly being worked on and eliminates the need for individuals to reset their jobs. The notifications in Scoro are also beneficial; they serve as gentle reminders for items on your calendar that I may have forgotten about otherwise. Finally, I appreciate the method used to track invoices. It provides a clear summary of all pertinent information related to each invoice.
I wouldn't say I like that your contact list is not synchronized with significant email providers because it's inconvenient to look for people. Scoro also has a bit of a learning curve, so it might not be the best program for someone who wants to use it immediately.
The problem that Scoro is solving is the lack of visibility into complex projects for remote sales teams. With its modular dashboard, Scoro provides continuous feedback on current goals and the performance of sales agents, making it easier to resolve issues and keep track of complex projects.
A significant interface makes it simple for me to view my schedule and the calendars of my colleagues, as well as keep track of cooperation and other tasks. There is one place where I can find everything I need. My encounters with previous clients are simple to locate, and I can add additional notes, papers, etc., to those that already exist. There are intelligent connections between every operation, so if you want anything more, it will be there when you require it.
I wouldn't say I like it when my quotation gets converted to a PDF file and the title and description are omitted. Make our quotation readable, and if possible, include a picture of the thing we're quoting.
It facilitates project collaboration and ensures that all relevant client and project information is just a click away. It is aesthetically pleasing and straightforward to use.
With Scoro, you no longer need multiple software solutions to manage your projects and workflow. One of the things we like best about Scoro is that it can be customized to suit the specific needs of any organization. Another great feature is its command center which gives users an overview of all their tasks, performance statistics, and upcoming calendar events in a simple, easy-to-navigate interface. We also appreciate that customer and vendor information can be centralized within Scoro for easy access by everyone on our team.
I wouldn't say I like Scoro because it's not the most user-friendly platform for managing IT projects. We haven't yet developed a simplified file structure, and the client display can get cluttered with completed activities and time entries, making it challenging to find specific client information.
The Scoro program is an excellent way for us to keep track of all our clientele, their needs, and what projects we need to complete for them. It also helps generate new sales opportunities that we may have missed.
Attention to detail is, in my opinion, Scoro's greatest strength. It can be time-consuming to do administrative chores in Scoro, but doing so gathers all the information required to evaluate the project's progress in an one location. It has never been easier to delegate tasks to team members.
Sadly, the application does not display the agreement's true provisions. The report does not reveal which pieces of machinery the client has a contract for, how much those contracts are worth, or when they were last traded.
When one can keep an eye on time, manage projects from beginning to end, and keep an integrated calendar, the amount of time spent on routine duties greatly decreases.
The features for project management are superior, and the system's constant stream of updates has proven useful. Scoro's adaptability is ideal for our purposes, as we have customized its settings to reflect our unique project delivery methodology. It has every function we sought but could not locate elsewhere.
There are still minor bugs in the software, such as the inability to link people to the CRM. Even simple tasks such as calendar synchronization can occasionally go awry.
We are currently concentrating on construction projects and time management. Since utilizing Scoro, I have had ample time to consider how I spend my days, and I am unsure if I would want to conduct future business without such a tool.
I appreciate keeping track of the time required to complete recurring tasks. Conveniently, Scoro displays regular tasks with their due dates, so I am always aware of my tasks and make sure they are completed. Projects and billing have also become much more efficient since we began using Scoro, which has significantly impacted our ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
One of the main cons of using Scoro is that it may be challenging to keep track of everything on your planner or to-do list. This is because the tool has limited display options compared to similar tools. Another potential downside is that you must become familiar with all the available options and configurations before getting started.
Scoro has enabled me to organize my upcoming days and weeks better. I can accurately predict the amount of time I will need to devote to each recurring task, enabling me to use that time for meetings or other projects.
Scoro provides an all-in-one solution for businesses of any size. It's a great tool for managers who need to stay organized and on top of their game, as it calendars important events and organizes tasks among employees. One key strength is the interface: Scoro makes it easy to access whatever information you need quickly and efficiently. Additionally, there are a plethora of performance indicators available so that you can measure how each individual is doing with respect to their specific responsibilities
It is sometimes hard to trust the e-mail settings. Sometimes it will say that the message was sent, but it wasn't actually received.
I have found Scoro's dashboard easy to use and navigate. The visual layout is helpful in getting an overview of my tasks for the day, week, or month. I also appreciate being able to see which deadlines are approaching so that I can plan accordingly.
