Resource Planning was the biggest time saving factor for us. We were able to get a consolidated view what our team were working on and who had capacity in real time. Calendar entries turned into timesheet entries against the project and team meetings could be administered by anyone in the team to accurately track time.
All that is important is easy to use. The app is not full of features just to have them. Every feature has smart connections with other features, so when you think you may need something else, it's there waiting for you.
There are always room for improvement. The app is very focused on agency work, but we ended up using it for other projects as well.

Some of the integration is difficult to mange such as the interaction with xero. can be complicated to run reports or making sure I run the correct report.

Tracking sales team and their efforts. Before using Scoro we didn't have good way to track our team processes and efforts. Right now the pipeline system, comments on customer profile and reminders help to keep the hole team up to date and focused. It helps to track sales numbers.
It's very easy to use and configure. System is very reliable and we feel it's safe place for our client data!
We needed to rethink some business processes in order to fit into scoro structure. But that's fine :)
