I like that Scoro is cloud-based, so we can access it from anywhere. Having our projects organized, and being able to track time to subtasks within the project is so helpful for us to collaborate and track our time efficiency.
I would like to be able to display info from a project on a task card on my taskboard. Small integrations like that between the modules would improve the usefulness of the solution, but I'm being very picky here.
Our old system involved a time-tracking service separate from our MS Excel-based milestone and due date tracking. Scoro puts all that into one solution and gives us more insights into how we can better operate our business.
I think, ironically, what I like best about Scoro isn't even its flexibility—which is definitely there and definitely superior—but how tuned-in their customer service department is to my team. I've heard directly from Ops that Scoro has proactively solicited their input and feedback. If a merger and/or acquisition is anywhere on the horizon, I'm here to tell a future owner: don't cut the CS, don't cut the CS, don't cut the CS. When it comes down to it, that's the real competitive edge, and learning via CS is a heck of a lot less expensive than learning through trial and error by losing clients and having to find new ones all over again.
It's hard to think of a critique. I'll say Scoro is just one step away from being a complete dashboard for the whole business. A couple more two-way integrations with CRM tools, a couple more integrations with third-party reporting and analytics software, combined with more customizable views of data and reporting export options? I wouldn't need to log in anywhere except Scoro.
Scoro is helping our entire operation become more efficient and more consistent. It allows us to define our processes in a way that's not only systematic but which explicitly assigns ownership to team members.
it's easy to understand and use, as well as having a great layout.
using the filter system - if you have selected more then 1 filters, it only picks up on the searches that have both the fliters
Scoro is always taking on advice and improving the function based of the recommendations given.
A great project management system whose fundamental goal is to work and make creative each one of the projects in the shortest possible time, to make project deliveries more profitable each time automatically and to be able to carry out more operations constantly and to be able to distribute work to each team effectively and immediately.
It is a collaborative tool that allows us to have more information on each of the planned projects more attentively, otherwise, I have no dislike for the application, it has been a constant tool and without interruptions, but I would like that its cost was more accessible.
Scoro allows us to have a great team to achieve successful incorporation in a more balanced way in each of the projects carried out and make our time more flexible to achieve high performance in each work planning and guarantee the best visibility performance in each of the projects. operations in real-time.
Detailed overview of the project: timeline, FTE dedication, costs, revenue, margin. Everything is organized and precise.
It takes a little longer to learn in depth all the resources available. You may make mistakes in the beginning but practice makes it perfect!
One tool for everything I need to control in the projects I manage. No more spreadsheets that do not connect. Results and PPL allocation and capacity in real-time!
Easy management, Great support, Updates.
It can contain too many elements, checkboxes
It helps to manage our communication with customers, between our sales team. Easy way to create qoutes and track progress of the deals.
I have been using scoro for an year now and i should say it very user friendly. Easy to add events and tasks!
If we could get more customizable reports, then it would be great
Assigning day-to-day tasks for my team members Tracking productive hours of myself and my team
Can cut data in several ways. Able to structure the platform to fit our professional services business in a very useful way. Excellent help desk
Some elements we would like to switch off (time keeping, billing) but we just ignore them. Quite expensive.
We like to keep close eye on project metrics (invoicing, profitability, revenue splits) and scoro does that very well.
It's a pleasure to see how you manage the process with as few details as necessary for different teams to finalize our projects successfully. Transparency is also a virtue. We appreciate the ability to approve and conduct online evaluations. Because many of our stakeholders travel from outside the country, this dramatically speeds up our work.
Recent improvements have made it harder to manage projects. The new design is more logical, visually appealing, and intuitive than I currently use. However, I still prefer the old style as it is more straightforward.
It was challenging to get different teams working on the exact system with different workflows. Scoro allows teams to manage the tasks in their way without having to influence other groups. This encourages transparency. Scoro enables us to coordinate assignments and keep our team members organized to complete assignments in a timely manner. Scoro is also used to submit papers or projects for team member evaluation.
It's easy to use, it is well thought out, with access to other areas of the system in any window. I love the planner with auto planning assistance, the video tutorials, and help, actually do just that 'help' unlike some other software companies. The support you get from the team is second to none. I am a visual person and like aesthetics too, plus being able to use drag functions within the Gantt chart to be able to make changes more quickly
The reoccurring tasks don't feel integrated. They are in a separate list and only pop up when they are due. You need to see them to avoid a conflict when planning. I also need to be able to unplan a series of calendar or planned events and would like to be able to edit a batch of timed entries easily. you have to go in one at a time if, say, you wanted to change the activity type. I would like to put put the work report as the filtered view to prevent having to manipulate the output file
We have many projects and need to see availability more easily for planning future events, and we use the output reports for invoicing clients, as support materials. I am about to ask for a new feature to be able to issue multiple invoices at once. I am also going to pose an issue we have and how we best use the system. In essence, we need the system to calculate past activities in number of hours and deduct the amount that had been invoiced in the 50% up front invoice from the previous month without any manual calculation
