It has so many features it can take a bit of time to get used at the start.... other than that: nothing! It's a great platform.

I have been using SemRush for years now and I can't imagine working without it. We use it for KW research, content writing, website audits (helps a lot with on-site optimization), social posting, and all the way to reporting for our Clients. What can I say..if you are serious about running a digital agency, then SemRush is a must!

I wouldn't say I dislike anything. Sometimes it is hard to adapt to the new tools that SemRush is launching so fast. The team is hard at work and it is a good thing new tools or features are coming out. So sometimes it is just hard to keep up with everything. They are just making sure we keep up with the game in the digital world.

SEMRush gives me such a complete overview of a website, it's traffic sources, competitors etc, that by the time I've looked at all the information about a site, it almost feels like I work there. I personally use the organic research section, global & local rank tracking, traffic analytics, keyword magic tool on a daily basis and I would be blind without it.

No Google Sheets export, Google Data Studio connector only for business accounts, making it impossible for smaller business to make use of this important feature.

It is difficult to say. I like many SEMrush features including keyword magic, competitor analysis, position tracking, content analyzer, and so on. They all work best to find new opportunities, optimize content, and spy on other websites. It also has friendly customer support that will answer all your queries in a few hours.

In the beginning, its interface was not good for me. But after using it for many days, I am addicted to it. So I can't point out any major drawbacks.

SEMrush's Keyword Magic tool is really powerful to find profitable and less competitive keywords in any niche. It's already famous, so I don't want to explain it again. The Backlink Analysis tool is best to get details of your competitor's backlinks. It also helps you to keep an eye on your own new as well as lost backlinks. It will analyze the quality of your backlinks and display them with a toxic score. If the score is high, it's better to disavow links with Google to avoid penalties. SEMrush will generate a disavow file and you just need to upload it to Google webmaster tools. Thus it will save your time and protect your site from unexpected risks. It's a unique SEMrush feature and you can't find it in any other SEO tools. SEO audit is another major SEMrush tool. Audit your website to find SEO issues, broken links, slow loading pages, etc. FIx them to improve your authority score and rank higher in search engines. I also like Content Analyzer on SEMrush. It will analyze your content automatically and organize them in boards that need to be updated or removed. They are low-performing content. So you should update them to get traffic. I recently removed over blog posts using this tool and thereafter, I can see positive changes in traffic also.

I love SEMrush as a SEO tool. A good database of keywords, a good database of links and a lot of information in general.

Position tracking is essential for many SEOs. SEMrush position trackers sometimes stucks and provides wrong data.

I easily track the health of SEO projects; - On-page issues, - Backlink audit, - Content ideas And historical data help me to improve my strategies.

I am delighted with the Semrush tool, for me one of my essential tools every day to work on my projects and to be able to create valuable content for my audience and with good results. What I like most is its great keyword tool with which I can know which are the best keywords for my blog articles and also allows me to inspect the competition to see which are their best contents and which keywords are positioned. And that gives us a lot of ideas for creating valuable and effective content for a web project.

What I like least is the price of the tool for freelances, if we compare with the competition other tools offer options for freelances much cheaper.

Semrush helps me a lot to improve the SEO of my projects with Backlink Analytics, it is fantastic. With it I can know what authority backlinks I have on my website and it also allows me to know the best backlinks from the competition and that helps a lot to know where to get better links. And then it also allows you to see what low-quality links are linking to our website and thus be able to disavow to help improve the quality of our website's backlinks.

The features. The tools and features that SEMRush offers makes you sometimes wonder how it's possible. The user interface is quite wonderful as well. It's very easy to navigate around and I didn't needed to read any tutorials to understand where each feature is and what purpose they serve.

In short, it's expensive. In my experience, not every company is willing to pay $99/month just for an SEO tool. Hopefully, that's just my experience, since I think SEMRush is very well worth it. But the main downside of me using the tool was convincing some of my past bosses to get the tool for our SEO efforts.

SEMRush takes SEO to the next level and makes the SERP results management much-much better. Competitor analysis tools make it possible to understand exactly how well your brand is performing compared to other competitors. It also helps a lot with paid advertising efforts, since you can check out your competitors' Google Adwords ad copies and see what keywords they have bid on. Oh, and last but not least, keyword research. SEMRush is a great source for keyword ideas.

What I love best is that it has so many tools under one platform. Instead of having to have many SEO tools I can just use this one for auditing, onpage analysis, link building, keyword research and much more.

There's nothing I dislike about the tool. The user interface could be improved but that could be said for all tools!

I'm using it for my websites and clients websites to identify ways of driving more relevant traffic the the websites. The clear benefits we have seen is much higher traffic on websites where we use SEMRush. The more time we spend on SEMRush the more traffic we generate.

It's easy to use and offers insight on everything from domain basics to traffic sources, backlinks, keywords, and competitors.

Although the price is definitely worth paying, I wish there was a more affordable version for freelancers and beginning entrepreneurs.

I use it for everything from website and affiliate program audits to gathering competitive intel, optimizing promotions, and affiliate recruitment.

There's a ton of stuff I do with SEMrush, but the major task is to help me create a content outline and conduct keyword research when writing SEO copy. I use the keyword magic tool to find cluster topics, the topic research function to find topics that I'll cover as a subheading and semantic words in the copy. The SEO content template helps me to create a content brief. Love that they also tell me when a blog post needs video.

Honestly, for the price, it's hard to find fault with SEMrush

The major problem I'm solving is creating a content outline optimized to rank for my clients as well as finding content gaps (via competitive research) that I can exploit for quick wins.

Ranking websites efficiently.

It's something it will be developed! Guys at semrush making tons of features but so far the that really made my life easier is traffic analytics . The module helps you to evaluate a given domain through various channels showing you where the traffic comes from. Social, referral, organic, direct and from what devices. Pretty massive. Also Authority Score has improved a lot as it takes organic traffic into the calculations like no other tools in the industry !

Bugs, do they appear from time to time but are being fixed at the drop of a hat! When doing Bulk Analysis and exporting it via CSV you can't see the AS metric. It's been like that from ages however when I spoke with the product owner they made it real for me and it's working now!

I am usingSEMRush for the last 6 months but I haven't found any things that I not like about SEMRush. Because this is the only tool that fulfills all the requirements in one place.

Social Media Scheduling is very easy with SEMRush Extension(SEMrush Social Media Poster). SEMRush Keyword Magic Toolkit is awesome for your business if you used it properly.

SEMRush is a must have for SEO Optimization, offering businesses the best chance at being found. What I love best is the Keyword Magic Tool which helps identify all keyterms for specified keywords.

I wouldn't say this is a thing I don't like, but there is ALOT available within SEMRush which makes it impossible to fully utilize all its powers. Its a tad bit overwhelming with all the things it could do and I dont think their training videos cover everything in a way that is helpful for a deep dive into what it has to offer.

I use SEMRush to cross reference and add keywords for client landing pages (along with other keyword planning tools ) It has made us sure we are providing clients with a comprehensive list for the best chance at optimization

I like that I can get full visibility into a website or a piece of content in just a few clicks. If I'm looking into a website, I can quickly see what keywords they are ranking for, top content, top backlinks, and identify keyword gaps. If I'm creating content, I can quickly check search volume and find related topics. It's also not limited to SEO, with robust SEM features for finding paid keywords, and many other digital marketing tools.

My biggest complaint is they require you to be on the top plan to get API access, which is needed if you want to import your data into another tool, such as Google Data Studio. I wish they would make that same functionality available on lower plans.

One of the biggest problems that we've solved with SEMrush is making the content creation process very quick and painless. Additionally, we've been able to do keyword research right, and efficiently, which lets us get onto executing on the recommendations. If you are doing any sort of marketing or online content creation, you need to have SEMrush. Rather than relying on gut feelings or guesses, you can back those up with data and produce the best content you can.

Keyword research, website audits that help us correct technical SEO problems and a section for ideas for blogs. As a result our website if functioning better in the organic search nationwide and also in local search.

From Competitive Analysis/SWOT to SEO to SEM, and everything in between, SEMrush is the most useful tool I use every day. It helps me keep track of where I am at with multiple properties. I receive my reports each morning and they are always actionable and easy to pass to the business. Now its become not only useful for the business but vital to ongoing success. I find myself praising them all the time to friends in the industry, but honestly, if you are a Digital Marketer, you already know that SEMrush IS A MUST HAVE TOOL in your toolset.

I think the only thing I struggle with is that it offers so much data that I only really know a fraction of its power at this point.

The Ad PPC Map & Copy Sample, Social Media Analytics & Calendar. Additionally, the SEO features and UI. Also, I can add client websites and campaigns as projects which is definitely a plus.

I believe the Upsells like adding more Keywords and more Clients Projects or Individual projects can be annoying a lot of times. Also, if you could add the SEMrush blog SEO optimization tool to the basic program would be nice and add value.

None so far but I believe adding keywords into projects you want to track can be an issue. Primarily due to the one line requirement and the separated commas would be a lot better for adding a bulk amount of keywords.

I love being able to do such great keyword research for my blog posts. My top-ranking post on google gets me the most pageviews and product sales and I would have never written the post if it weren't for finding the keyword phrase in the keyword finder tool.

I really don't dislike anything about SEMrush. The price is a little bit high but it is a tool I could no longer go without!

I am writing articles that I know people are actually searching for versus just guessing. I also am adding keyword suggestions that are great for SEO.
