Can't complain about SendPulse. It hasn't given me any trouble, and as I said, it's easy to understand and even more accessible to implement as a daily and necessary tool at work.
My role at work is to contact people already in our database and ask if they are available or are still interested in taking part in our activities. Some do not have a national phone number or are hard to reach through SMS or WhatsApp, so we use emails. Since each address has the same email structure, sending them in bulk is more straightforward than doing it manually, and SendPulse has been my #1 ally on this resolution.
I like the easy it is to use, furthermore the moldability it offers. Lots of tutorial videos that show you step by step of how to do anything in the platform. Very nice to have.
There is not much that I dislike about sendpulse. Actually nothing comes to mind. Maybe more lessons to be tough in the system, like more advance and maybe focus on other subjects
