It is so user-friendly and connects to all the accounts we need it to!

After almost a year of daily use not much.

We can write content for multiple platforms in one place and only edit slightly for each. We can have more than one user to create posts that go into the same queue.

I researched multiple schedulers and SocialPilot was the best one for me. It allowed the most social accounts for the best price. It's super easy to use!

Right now, I really can't think of anything that I don't like.

I can schedule several weeks of social media posts for several clients and the automatically post and I don't have to think about them until it's time to schedule more.

SocialPilot allows me to schedule and post content with ease across multiple platforms. I especially appreciate the curated content section, which provides searchable content related to any subject matter.

Sometimes it can be a bit challenging to tag pages in a post. If you plan to use that feature, I would suggest researching the company handle in advance, as the search feature can be slow-moving.

SocialPilot helps me create and organize content efficiently. I schedule content in advance and know it will be posted on the selected date and time. This feature is a huge time saver.

I can find content within the software! Which is helpful for writers block.

I can't customize Instagram dates. So I have to make sure I pull my reports on time.

I have multiple team members and a growing marketing agency. I am able to assign scheduling to my team, generate reports, find content, and there are so many other features as well. I honestly don't use them all but it is nice to know that when I grow I can use them.

Social media isn't a large part of our business, but we still provide it for each client. Socialpilot makes it easy to quickly schedule posts at scale via CSV, and the process is easily repeatable and the results reliable. RSS feeds are a nice feature.

There are no downsides of note: the software does what it says it will do, and we are able to get our clients social media set up at the beginning of onboarding and then forget about it.

We used to use other automated RSS feed distribution systems that proved ultimately to be unreliable. Socialpilot solved that problem. Our main goal was to not be forced to revist the same problem over and over.

I consider that time from any point of view is of utmost importance, so one of the things that we like most as an organization of the SocialPilot platform is the ease it provides through its tools to administer and manage correctly and effectively all our social networks from one place. We like that this platform has quite considerable prices for licensing packages to acquire the license compared to platforms found as competition in the market. It has a very comfortable and easy interface to learn to use quickly. In the time we have been using SocialPilot they have been concerned about constantly releasing updates to offer new tools with essential functionalities.

Sincerely we have very little to say regarding dislikes. However, we have noticed that sometimes the accounts tend to close or not make the scheduled publication; because of this, we must be attentive to address the problem when it happens and link the report back to the platform; we are not sure if it is a problem with our internet service provider or the forum. On the other hand, it would be beneficial to have a different and more detailed visualization of the calendar.

Undoubtedly one of the most significant benefits that SocialPilot has given us is time savings; thanks to it, we have been able to focus much of our energy and attention as an organization on solving alternative problems that we were facing, and we had not been able to address because of the time it took us our social media management. Today we delegate almost all this responsibility to this platform with complete confidence because its results have made us grow significantly.

Very flexible for posting unique content to each platform/account or duplicate content to several platforms/accounts. Love the previews and the opportunity to add a first comment on platforms like Instagram.

In the calendar view of posts I don't see a way to adjust the grid size to see more than three posts per day, without clicking the +xx more link.

Social Pilot makes it easy for me to schedule posts appropriate for different platforms and see them all in one place. I'm super active on my personal LinkedIn as well as my company LinkedIn, Facebook group and Instagram so it's really useful to be able to schedule all of these posts from one platform.

I haven't found a downside to Social Pilot so far.

Social Pilot solves the problem of scheduling across multiple platforms. I can see everything that is going out on any given day across all platforms, and that allows me to post more frequently. It's also really useful to see past posts.

Honestly how easy it was to set up and navigate! I'd like to think im pretty tech savvy, but some of these programs are sooooo complicated. Not this one!

I wish we could add music from IG or TikTok. While I love scheduling reels the whole point is to use the trending sounds. Although, I don't think that's something SocialPilot can fix, as many other platforms have the same issue.

I am able to keep all my accounts in one platform and share the same post across various pages. *update* the IG scheduler has been really helpful when I do not want to use trending sounds!

My agency has used SocialPilot for social media management for multiple clients with several social platforms for the last three years. Each year, we evaluate competing products to ensure that we are using the best tool available—we always are! My favorite part of SocialPilot is that their development team listens to customers and adds new features we want.

A more robust reporting function would be great. We love the new bitly integration, which makes it easier for us to track UTM links, but it would be great to build all of that natively in the platform and/or have automated workflows that create those UTM links for us for all campaigns and other variables.

As an agency, we manage multiple social media accounts for various clients. SocialPilot lets us filter views by internal account team, client, month, social platform, etc. These filtered views are constructive for planning and reporting purposes.

Most helpful part would be the scheduling of the posts itself. The qualities I like are that most of the features needed work between all our social platforms.

Only thing I can think of is the gif don't post to ig as gifs. They post as a still image. I am not sure how to make this better but it would help.

I love so much about Social Pilot. I have used a couple of different posting platforms, and SocialPilot is my favorite by far. It is the most cost-effective, allows you to post on Google My Business (most do not), and is so easy to navigate and use!

It is really hard to come up with a dislike! I will say that I get error messages from time to time when a post I scheduled does not go up for various reasons, which can be frustrating, but I've also experienced this with other social posting programs I've used, so I don't think it's necessarily a cut on Social Pilot. It's just a little bit of a hassle at times.

SocialPilot saves me so much time! I would not be able to do what I do without it! I am able to go in and schedule a post that goes up on all of my social pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business) in just a couple of minutes; if I had to manually add and post those all, it would take hours out of my week! I am so thankful for the ease of doing it all with one click!

We have 30+ social media accounts that we regularly post to. SocialPilot allows us to quickly select the appropriate accounts for the posts and get them all scheduled at the exact same time.

The ability to schedule multiple different social media accounts for a month or more. The organization of the website is also easy to navigate and understand and makes it a joy to work on.

Not really much at all, I think maybe some more of a modern UI but that is being nitpicky.

Social Piolet is great. Being new to social media marketing, it helps out in so many ways. The ease of using the site just automates everything and makes it so much easier.

I haven't run into any issues using socialpilot. I feel like is there are any issues, it is corrected and edited before the users even notice that we have a problem with it.

It is solving the issue of having to go to each platform and needed to post. Socialpilot does it all for you. I would recommend it to anyone that is in the marketing field.

What I like most about Social Pilot are the calendar feature and curated feed content. These features make it easy to find and schedule content for weeks to come!

There is very little that I don't like. I do miss the colour coding.

I have always enjoyed the simplicity and ease of using the Social Pilot Dashboard. The great thing is that it keeps getting even better... And they listen and respond to any requests or Ideas that are offered straight from the dashboard. It makes publishing posts across multiple accounts so easy.

I like how easy and clear SoicalPilot is to use, scheduling our content has never been as effortless.

I would be good to schedule TikTok's via the desktop and not mobile app.

My team love SocailPiolt, it helps us to remain on top of all our content for the 8 brands we manage.

There are so many things that I love about using SocialPilot - my top 5 are: 1. The calender function is so easy to use and you can see exactly what you have posted (for all 20 accounts) - the filter is awesome 2. I love the ability to group accounts and post to all! 3. I love how you can edit posts on multiple platforms (as an example you can remove the #tags from facebook but add them for insta and LinkedIn) 4. Reliability - the posts go out and go out on time! 5. THE PRICE IS SO COMPELLING - as a small business, you can afford it and afford to upgrade. Sorry, one more - the reports feature is so cool!

I do want the best time to post feature but it will come. I thought I would have a significant challenge without it but I found the price, and the number of accounts outweigh the wait for it to be integrated!

It solves the ability to schedule multiple posts over multiple platforms. (the cost makes it easy to work with many accounts). The reports help you track your successes and the surprising benefit was being able to post to a google business profile.

I have 3 Facebook business pages, 1 group, plus Twitter, Instagram, Google My Business, and a couple more. Social Pilot cut my posting time by 75%. It is the best for marketers. And their tech support is better than I expected, and my expectations were high. Thank you for an amazing and fantastic application. 11/22/22 - I left that review about a year or so ago. I still love and use Social Pilot. I'm posting to a few more accounts and platforms now, and I am grateful every day for SP.

I really can't think of anything I don't like about Social Pilot.

I dreaded having to post to all my pages and platforms because it would take so long. And with schedules, a couple of days is all it takes to program the upcoming month.
