Social Pilot makes it very easy to schedule our your posts and keep tabs on multiple accounts at the same time. I've been using social pilot for quite some time and it keeps getting better and better.

This software has very few negatives. In fact, comparing to other, similar software, it essentially offers the same functionality. I've tried to find a better tool but haven't been able to do so.

I'm able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with little effort. This allows us to post quality content for a variety of clients and keep our expenses in check.

I find that accounts seem to lose "connections" occasionally, especially Linked In, but that may be us, not them - not sure.

The insights and reporting are one of our favorite features as it allows us to plan a strong social media strategy for our clients.

Some of the error messages are vague. Like the Facebook param one. It would be great if it explained how to fix it. But not a huge issue at all.

The Estates by Wendy Team uses social pilot on a daily basis! This platform makes it a piece of cake for marketing to post across all platforms at once. We are able to link multiple real estate agents and post to ALL of their social media accounts with one click. We highly recommend Social Pilot for managing you business marketing needs!

The only downside we see while using Social Pilot is occasionally accounts will become unlinked unexpectedly. It really is not hard to reconnect though. The Estates by Wendy Team has positive things to say about Social Pilot!!!

As anyone who has tried to post to Instagram knows, it can be a bit of a process. First, you must take or upload a photo, then edit it to perfection. Once you're happy with the photo, you must choose between posting it to your feed, your story, or your reel. And if you want to post it to multiple places, you must do the whole process again. Social Pilot has recently updated its capabilities to allow users to post directly to reels and stories. While there may still be some issues with posting to Instagram, they are quickly resolved.

I love the easy ability to bulk upload posts, that are then scheduled whenever we want. That's really convenient and helpful.

It's impossible to connect from different sources (FB/Instagram) if there is employee churn. Frustrating.

It saves lots of time, instead of posting to 50 different accounts multiple times a day, I upload once and it runs for me.

Team collaboration can be better and there are issues with Canva integration from time to time.

Reporting is something that is helping me most of all, I have other places available where I can schedule content but the reporting is definitly keeping me.

SocialPilot is intuitive and user-friendly, and allows for easy scheduling on all major platforms. I highly prefer it over other social media scheduling platforms. The customer service is top notch, and responsive in a short amount of time. Great value for the money too!

I wish it had TikTok scheduling, that is really the only thing that would make SocialPilot better, I am very happy with the program in every other way! Hopefully they get TikTok soon!

I have approximately 50 social media accounts from 10-15 brands at any given time that I am responsible for managing. SocialPilot allows for easy organization and posting for each of my social media clients.

The interface is basic, simple and very easy to use .

Social Media for a marketer is one of the most time-consuming task, and in order for any company to succeed, is perseverance and SocialPilot has helped us do that.

I use it for posting on different channels and I love bulk scheduling, dashboard, grouping clients.

I wish I could have more personalized reports. And the calendar view of the posts could be more easy to use.

There are probably some things interface-wise that could be smoother, and most of the feature limitations are due to the platforms not allowing said features.

i can handle multiple brands and mulitple profile with only one account! We manage to plan, edit and share posts within the marketing team and the sales with a validation process included in Social Pilot. Also, the pricing is very cheap compared to the competitors. What made up my mind, in the end, was the feature for planning and sharing posts within Google My Business

Love how easy it is to schedule posts and being able to preview what the post looked like 1st is a great addition. Also we use the reporting tool a lot as well and the reports are awesome

I think the layout could look a bit better and would be good if it had a hash tag search tool like some of the other platforms fo provide and it would be great if you could share to personal socials as well as business

For the price point, it has a variety of platforms available, as well as the ability to add multiple clients and team members. This makes it a great investment each month to offer our clients a variety of platform management options.

I do miss the content creation element of some other tools out there, where your recommended content falls right into the scheduling process. This is helpful for recommended hashtags, topics of the day, or other things that can create a vibrant content strategy.

I have realized a huge benefit with the opportunity to guide my main strategist into the schedules and desires for each client, as well as the ability to demonstrate the success of the tool with the whitepapered analytics. This was not an option with my previous provider!

SocialPilot offers a great way to plan and schedule posts across multiple pages and social platforms. It's truly streamlined our ability to post across several pages!

I think it would be great if SocialPiolt expanded to include a way to respond to reviews across online platforms.

I love the ease with which I can post to all my channels. I specifically sought out a scheduling app that I could use to post to my FB group. Not all do this, which I think is one thing that sets Social Pilot apart from the others.

I'm pretty happy with everything. It's occasionally glitchy in that sometimes I'm setting up a post & I'm halfway through & it makes me restart. It's not terrible, just annoying. Sometimes accounts will disconnect & my post won't go through, but I'm not sure if that's something the app controls or not. It's easy to reconnect them I always get a notification when it happens.

I do a lot of recurring/serial posts and if I had to do them all manually it would be impossible. Being able to schedule & send posts to all my accounts has saved me so much time and effort. I also really love how the scheduling works. It was very difficult & easy to miss something when scheduling posts directly in FB. This is so much better.

Being able to post to multiple platforms and schedule posts in advance. It's saved us so much time and effort, and is excellent value. The interface is really simple and our users picked it up in no time.

The direct publishing / mobile reminder options on Instagram posts can be a bit of a pain, and often end up returning errors. It's not a huge problem, and I think this is probably because Insta is designed for mobile platforms.

Before we used SocialPilot, the person who writes a lot of our posts was always having to wait for approval before he could work on the next post, now he can create drafts and another member of the team can edit or approve them. Being able to schedule bulk posts saves so much time, and means we can post on a daily basis, even when we're not at work. Having access to analytical tools all on one platform is a massive help, but the biggest benefit for us is being able to post to multiple platforms simultaneously; it's taken a lot of stress out of managing our social media pages.

The ability to add multiple accounts, to add to my queue and to program a post to repeat up to 10 times.

The interface is not very user-friendly. It could be more modern, sleek, and shinier. It's difficut to search for an individual post and to bulk-edit or bulk-delete multiple posts after they are in the queue.

I couldn't find a way to constantly be on the news feed of my LInkedIn connections. I wanted to avoid paying for ads and to always be top of mind when they need my services.

The system is easy to learn and intuitive. They're always expanding with new features that I didn't know I needed!

I can't tag personal accounts on LinkedIn. Other than that, the software provides exactly what I need.

It allows me to bulk schedule social media posts for my 3 businesses and 2 personal accounts. I am definitely more productive because of this software.

Haven't had any issues to date. They've been tweaking the user interface for a while. I'm still using the legacy version until they get the kinks ironed out, but they both work great.

SocialPilot is easy to use and allows our company to streamline social media management. It's also very affordable which is a major bonus.

Sometimes notifications seem to be delayed when a draft was unable to post. I would prefer immediate notifications when account issues arise.
