Easy to use and manage Not too expensive. Good support.
No french Language WhatApps for Business is unavailable (for now).
Reduce work to publish to several social medias at the same time. Easier to manage my teams : - who is allowed to publish on which social account. - easier to open an account for a new employee (or close it for an employee who is leaving) than to have to manage many different systems (and some of them are very poor for a team management).
Socialpilot is a great option to start creating content marketing and advertising campaigns especially if you are in the world of social media marketing the best that Socialpilot platform can offer are its many features for scheduling posts, social media scheduling calendar, suggestions and custom content feeds and customer management these are just some of the many functions, another positive aspect is its innovative and unique interface for social media is really easy to work with
It is really difficult to find any deficiency in Socialpilot, however it does have some deficiencies such as the high cost of business plans not every company can access these expensive plans, Socialpilot has a free version that although for some may not be important for others to use first a free version as a test is really important and finally has few tools to measure the performance of the campaigns
Social media marketing is a serious business in our organization that is why we have chosen Socialpilot to generate quality content for all our clients and also because we want to grow our brand in the past managing contacts, campaigns and scheduling content on different social networks was a problem until we adopted Socialpilot as our solution for social media marketing and analysis and we have seen very good results
Socialpilot is excellent software for developing analysis and managing social media marketing, Socialpilot offers calendar functions that allow users to accurately track daily, weekly and monthly social network publications as well as track social network campaigns through metrics charts in which audience growth, demographics and competition can be visualized. It has mobile applications for IOS and android that offer very useful functions and, last but not least, it is very reasonably priced
Socialpilot has some negative points such as its interface which is not very intuitive and does not offer a user-friendly design, the tools for contact management are not very effective nor does it offer a wide enough view of each customer's interests, the contact base is very narrow this can be a big problem for larger organizations, the support options are really very limited and it does not offer the automated publishing feature for some social networks
Socialpilot has solved a lot of problems within my organization such as scheduling publications on each of our social network accounts, calendar features that allow users to track social network publications completely, this calendar feature has also allowed us to sometimes reschedule calendars by simply dragging and dropping, it integrates with major applications such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google + and Instagram, it has also helped us to visualize the growth of our audience
SocialPilot is one of the best marketing and social network programming solutions that I have used in a long time and it has many positive points such as the ease with which I can upload a CVS file with massive publications, it has many collaboration tools with which we can invite different team members to work together, share files and present useful business ideas that will help us capture more customers, it offers a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox and Safari, it has an integration with Canva that is extremely useful, and to conclude it connects with the main social networks and Facebook ads
The things that maybe I have disliked about Socialpilot are a technical support with limited options, I can't do automated publications by instragram, I don't feel very comfortable working with the social network programming calendar I would like them to change the design of their interface , I would like to have more reporting features, the price is a little high in relation to the price of other applications, I consider that the agency plan should have more than 200 social network accounts, making a metric analysis of the performance of marketing campaigns is complicated
In my organization we manage social media marketing campaigns continuously, one of the features we value most about Socialpilot is its ability to schedule publications effectively and at great speed since the software features massive scheduling that allows us as users to create and schedule publications on different social media accounts from a single portal, Besides that, we, the marketing managers, follow up the publications in social networks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I must say that Socialpilot has been a great solution for my organization and we have gained a great number of clients since we managed our campaigns with the Socialpilot platform
The csv import function. The calendar, where I get a good visual view of some-postings for each month. The customer service. My last inquiry took 10 minutes to resolve.
I would like to see better formatting options for a post when using the feed-function.
It is a time saver for social media postings. Easy to use interface. predictable results.
For its price point, the features in SocialPilot are great. You can add multiple accounts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more without having to pay a premium price like other services. You still have the ability to upload photos, videos, and other media to your posts. SocialPilot used bit.ly so you can connect your existing account to track metrics on links. I like that I can schedule on the desktop and on mobile, so posts can be scheduled at any time. They have an active customer service with any questions, and a user Facebook group to connect with other clients.
There is a learning curve to using SocialPilot that can take some time to catch on. The metrics exist but aren't as granular as other services. The inbox to manage messages and comments is not ideal, so there is quite a few times I find myself accessing the actual account vs using a tool to communicate. I am also logged out of accounts without knowing, causing unscheduled posts and other inconveniences.
Cost savings for a social media scheduling tool. Time management to schedule in one location. I do miss the features of some of the bigger software tools, but because we are an individual client and not an agency, this tool works great for us.
I love it's ease of use! What can you not do with Social Pilot? They have even included scheduling to Google My Business!
I would like to give team members an automatic mail notification when new posts are added to a queue for publishing
Wont call it business problems but it sure makes life easy.
The ability to post on 200 pages for 100$/month.
Not as many analytics provided vs competition.
Providing content for a large number of pages.
The tool helps us a lot with scheduling. All our most used social media platforms can be used on the platform and we really like to use it at our company. A lot of Facebook posts have been scheduled / planned by using the tool and this makes everything so clear.
It could be more helpful with creating content. Like a calendar full of fun days to get more creative with our posts on social media channels. Now it feels like it really is missing something, but it is still a great tool to use. And I would surely recommend the tool to anyone who wants to try and schedule their social media posts. It is also free to use for (I tought) 7 days. This must be enough for your company to deside if the tool suits your social media style.
A strategically great Social Media plan that we follow. The social media platform lets us plan the posts easily and by using the tool our social media benefits are really growing. No clients from any of the channels, but it is helping us with getting more attention online and communicating with our clients.
My favorite feature is the content curation/discovery feature. I'm able to easily find relevant and popular content to share on Facebook, Twitter, etc. by just typing in a few key words. So if I was looking for digital marketing articles posted in the past month, I can just type in "digital marketing" and the most relevant and helpful content shows up first. It saves me a lot of time.
I wish the calendar settings were a little more intuitive. Also, it would be nice to see suggested content ideas or pre-made content. For instance, if Valentine's Day was coming up, it would be cool to have content suggestions for that day already set up.
Scheduling and posting content for several clients, across a bunch of different platforms. I like how they have the "Group" function, so you can post to a client's several social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc.) by just clicking the "Group" instead of each individual social media account.
The price, and ability to centralize content generation with an approval process.
Glitches, such as needing to constantly resign into the app. Lack of spell check. Lack of showing contributed posts in chronological order based on scheduled delivery, not creation.
Centralizing social post creation across all of our retail stores.
Social Pilot makes my day so much easier by allowing me to post content across social media platforms to multiple accounts and see performance from a single spot.
When I had purchased the extended version, I was excited at the Instagram ability, however, it's not as great as I had hoped. It's only a reminder that content needs to be generated and not a posting tool for this particular network.
It's saving me so much time! I am able to post to Facebook, Twitter, G+ and PInterest for all of my brand accounts with just a single push of a button. I am also able to bulk schedule out posts well in advance.
The relatively easy means of creating multiple posts to multiple media sites
There's a lack of good process documentation - FAQs aren't enough.
My main focus at this point is promotion of a photography project for which I am posting 2-3-4 images a day to various media sites. Having the effort funneled through the app saves me hours over the manual method I've used before.
i use social pilot, to manage posting activity to facebook pages, pinterest, & twitter, for my many customers.
i will apreciate to post more then 1 image to facebook pages
i can manage social activity more efficently
I love how affordable SocialPilot's plans are.
Sometimes there are a few bugs that interfere with my posts, but nothing major.
SocialPilot has helped me save tons of time and money by allowing me to have all of my accounts and analytics in one place without breaking the bank!
Initially one of the big benefits was SocialPilot's ability to publish to Google My Business. When looking for a social media posting tool to use it was a top priority for it include the ability to post to Google My Business profiles. Overall I like the clean and simple layout and the ease of use.
I have not had great experiences with their customer support so far in the few instances that I have had to reach out to them. One experience in particular seemed like it was open for quite sometime and follow ups/updates about the resolution were almost always initiated by me reaching out and asking for an update.
SocialPilot allows me to schedule multiple social posts to multiple platforms all from one place and therefore helps me be more efficient with my time.
Easy to use and the analytics are pretty good. You can add multiple profiles and schedule across them easily. If you're just doing a few social accounts for a small to medium sized company then the price to performance ratio is good. Another minor thing is that I used to use sproutsocial which was constantly disconnecting from business accounts causing posts to fail and that has never happened on social pilot.
On sproutsocial, it tells you the best times to post when you are choosing the scheduled times. But on Social pilot you have to go to analytics, find the best times to post for each day, then remember those (or write them down), then create your posts and schedule using that info. It should just tell you when scheduling what the best times are. There are also some discrepencies in analytics across Socialpilot and Meta's various business manager/IG analytics etc. So you kind of need to piece it together for accurate reporting.
Social Media Management across multiple brand accounts
The time saving aspect of the app would help us push out a lot of content in less time.
Making story posts on the app wasn't always reliable.
Getting a lot of content out in a short amount of time.
Love that this program is easy to use and works well on our company cloud, especially the image editing.
Insights and data are per Facebook page instead of across multiple Facebook pages. A lot of the data I'm looking for is comparisons between different accounts and this cannot be done easily on Social Pilot the way it can be done on other more robust programs.
Ease of scheduling
Great for cross posting has made my life so much easier
Confusing sometimes and unable to tag people in groups or on Instagram or it is not clear how to. Instagram does not that'd links so have to adjust those posts
Time, it allows me to cross post to many platforms and just saves so much hassle for me. Yes I am definitely more productive as a result of social pilot and my posting has been so much more consistent and regular which builds know like and trust with my audience
