Unclaimed: Are you working at SocialPilot?
SocialPilot Reviews: 4.5/5 — Highly Rated
I like that you can quickly post to several social media accounts by simply clicking the accounts and hitting share now. I like the ability to quickly make graphics through Canva for each post, though I do feel like upgrading and optimizing that feature would add a lot of value to it. I like the schedule suggestions, as they have been spot on for increasing our engagement. I like the analytics. They are very robust.
The process of switching IG accounts to be able to post directly was a 4-day long nightmare. There is no hashtag support. It would be nice if there was a feature that saved your hashtags for each account so that you didn't have to enter them manually every time. We have had constant issues with Twitter. Not one of our tweets from our 7 Twitter accounts has been successfully published due to obnoxious, ambiguous errors. The curated content isn't great, there is almost no content that is even remotely engaging. This would be a great feature to have for the days that you are struggling to come up with content.
The ability to post to my platforms very quickly and on the fly. The analytics for each platform are astounding and have truly helped us better understand our audience. We are more productive in that aspect for sure. There are still some kinks to work out before I could measure productivity across all functions of our business.
I do enjoy that you can post to all social media using Social Pilot
I dislike that I can't tag people on Instagram and Facebook using Social Pilot. i also dislike that you can't post to more than one twitter account at a time

Analyzing more economical and functional alternatives than Hootsuite I found SocialPilot, its fresh design and its simple interface has turned this almost unknown product into one of the best management tools in social media at a professional level, its programming calendar system conenidos is something that I like a lot, another of the functions that I call bastate the attention is the personalization of the URLs, besides that you can add 9 platforms of social networks, it allows you to obtain a content healing system to always have with that feed your accounts.
In my opinion they should only add the function of automatically posting on Instagram, since other products already have it and it would be a pity that this useful tool is left behind compared to others.
When you can have all your social media accounts in one tool, it is always going to be beneficial for your work, saving time in your work is gain, not having to change from one window to another and access from one account to another that is an aid that can not be denied with this software.
I like the web interface for social pilot.
The app is a bit less than dependable when pushing Instagram notifications. It became rather frustrating, resulting in us deploying other softwares for our Instagram publishing needs.
Scheduling social has been incredibly helpful, saving hours of work.
It is a helpful tool to schedule posts but functions are missing.
Reel and other functions are not available. UX can be better.
It is helping me schedule posts for multiple social media accounts.
SocialPilot is a useful tool for combing a large number of accounts and posting all at once. They seem to continually be improving and adding new features. For the price it is a useful software for our business.
In regards to continually improving, their are core features that should be perfected before new features are added. For example, when adding new GMB accounts one should not have to refresh/load more accounts for 5-10 minutes before accounts can be added.
SocialPilot solves the issue of posting to hundreds of GMB accounts all at once. It allows us to create a single post and post it to over four hundred accounts within minutes.
It's priced competitively and gets the job done.
A lot of minor flaws and downtime. Emails about failed to posts etc
It holds all of our key client accounts in one place. It replaces HootSuite for a fraction of the cost.
Socialpilot provides you with an amazing amount of accounts you can manage for posts
I dislike the fact that accounts can disconnect at random times, and can just not have the post done. Sometimes errors don't even arrive to your email.
It is solving me not having to log into 15 different social medias for 1 post
Maybe the calendar, it helps me see when and what kind of post will go out. And maybe the post preview as well.
The whole UI. It looks as if it came from 10 years ago. It's just not user-friendly enough. Eg. I would love to bulk upload pictures, then make a generic post and drag and drop where and when I want to use it. This whole post-creation method is just a nightmare. I would love to see a better calendar (which is not by month but I can scroll it continuously). Post menu has a lot of unnecessary options - like there should be only posts option where I can select what kind of view I want to use (or you can select which one you prefer, calendar or the other) - and from there you can create a post etc.
It solves only what other SM schedulers solve. I don't have to use the different platforms to schedule posts, but there's only one place where I can manage everything.
We really like the amount of social accounts you get for the dollar. The set-up is easy peasy. Creating groups and posting to accounts is easy. I like how it lets us make changes to each platform in one spot. Overall a great foundation and GREAT value.
Shew, some of the dislikes are deal breakers for us. The reporting platform could use some work. Big problem is you can't choose a custom date range for IG reporting. They say they aren't allowed to, but other similar platforms have the ability. Sometimes, pictures you upload come in looking whacky once posted. Video uploading can be rough to impossible. These are issues I've never encountered at the half-dozen of other platforms I've used in my career. Lots to be desired but I am hopeful they get it right.
We needed a place we could post to FB, IG, GMB, and Twitter without breaking the bank for our 25 clients. Some of these clients have 10-15 GMB profiles, so this tool allows us to serve them well without breaking the bank.
Interface is efficient and easy to use. Calendar view is good.
Too many to list here: • The queue/time slot system is primitive. No shuffle queue. Can't move posts between slots. Can't add to queue on/after specific dates. Can't tag posts/slots. • No media library • No direct Tik-Tok publishing • Mobile app is feature bare, missing many features in desktop.
They haven't addressed any of my complaints, despite repeated feature requests. Development is slow. I'm moving accounts away from SP to ones who are develping faster.
Reasonably priced compared to competitors. Ability to post organic Facebook carousels with Alt. Text. It has significantly advanced over the last 18 months to accommodate many updates.
Sometimes glitchy when tagging other accounts which can be time consuming.
Linkedin scheduling
Scheduling is straightforward and easy to use.
Too many posting errors, lack of effective content approval process with clients, no social monitoring.
Needed one space to schedule all client social media.
I am so frustrated with Social Pilot, that I find it difficult to think of something.
Bad support. Bad support. Bad support. Did I mention bad support?
Nothing
