What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Easy to use. Has all the features you need and more to help you post to your social accounts. The price is fantastic. Great customer service.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

There are some errors, but they are not always accurate. Reporting could be better. A main feed would be great as a future addition.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Posting to all our accounts is not easy. We can have an of them in one place and schedule plus the feeds are fantastic.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

There is very little that I don't like. I do miss the colour coding.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have always enjoyed the simplicity and ease of using the Social Pilot Dashboard. The great thing is that it keeps getting even better... And they listen and respond to any requests or Ideas that are offered straight from the dashboard. It makes publishing posts across multiple accounts so easy.

"Flying High using SocialPilot"
What do you like best about SocialPilot?

There are so many things that I love about using SocialPilot - my top 5 are: 1. The calender function is so easy to use and you can see exactly what you have posted (for all 20 accounts) - the filter is awesome 2. I love the ability to group accounts and post to all! 3. I love how you can edit posts on multiple platforms (as an example you can remove the #tags from facebook but add them for insta and LinkedIn) 4. Reliability - the posts go out and go out on time! 5. THE PRICE IS SO COMPELLING - as a small business, you can afford it and afford to upgrade. Sorry, one more - the reports feature is so cool!

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I do want the best time to post feature but it will come. I thought I would have a significant challenge without it but I found the price, and the number of accounts outweigh the wait for it to be integrated!

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the ability to schedule multiple posts over multiple platforms. (the cost makes it easy to work with many accounts). The reports help you track your successes and the surprising benefit was being able to post to a google business profile.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

The price! Other platforms that are the same functionality come at a significantly higher cost, and I've been absolutely thrilled with the performance.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Inbox functionality leaves a little to be desired, but I'm primarily focused on publishing.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have over 20 social media accounts in house. SocialPilot makes publishing to them an absolute breeze.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I have 3 Facebook business pages, 1 group, plus Twitter, Instagram, Google My Business, and a couple more. Social Pilot cut my posting time by 75%. It is the best for marketers. And their tech support is better than I expected, and my expectations were high. Thank you for an amazing and fantastic application. 11/22/22 - I left that review about a year or so ago. I still love and use Social Pilot. I'm posting to a few more accounts and platforms now, and I am grateful every day for SP.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I really can't think of anything I don't like about Social Pilot.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I dreaded having to post to all my pages and platforms because it would take so long. And with schedules, a couple of days is all it takes to program the upcoming month.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

The multi-posting across all social media channels with the ability to be able to change wording and add hashtages and targeting is a huge benefit compared to other social posting sites.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The downsides are the ability to add Pinterest posts and their limitations to only a set number of pages to post to included in the monthly fee they are charge for a business.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Logining in and out of each social media change and the ability to re-share posts from the past is a huge benefit to this platform for our social media pages we need to post to.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

The calendar view of posts - this helps give me a gauge of when I'm posting in a visual way that works for me.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The inability to pull analytics for an individual account.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem I had was finding consistent time to post regularly. By scheduling posts in advanve, I am able to design content when I'm available, months in advance.

Interface and easy posting. the best part is chrome extension which allows posting without login to social pilot.

LinkedIn disconnections. I guess its linkedin's security or other problem at their end.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I truly like how easy it is to navigate. As a visual learner, I need to see data in front of me and how my social media calendar looks like. Social Pilot calendar view is just so satisfying to use and easy to make changes.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

One thing I dislike about this program is the mobile app, it does not let you to post scheduled reels directly from the website. Instead it sends you a reminder for you to post them mannually.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that Social Pilot is solving is the managing of social media, and being able to have all social posts on one website. I can create different graphics and content for our different social media, and be able to schedule them all at once.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

LOVE being able to design and post on multiple social platforms. SocialPilot is easy to use and I'm able to see how each post performs on each platform. Their newly designed dashboard lets me preview the post before scheduling it, which was a feature I had requested when they asked for ideas from their customers. Looking forward to continuing using SocialPilot and how they will continually upgrade their software!

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Some insights don't sync correctly, but it doesn't interfere with daily work. For example, it tells me my instagram account isn't connected so it can't provide me with insights, but the account is connected and able to automatically deliver posts.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation of our social platforms has made my job easier. I spend less time posting to accounts and more time designing marketing materials. We've noticed an increase in customer interactions across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I like how I can create groups to schedule multiple accounts at the same time. This saves me a ton of time each week. I also like how affordable it is to have many accounts connected.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I don't like that when I schedule for a group, I can't go back and change the post for the whole group. I accidentally scheduled for the wrong day, and then I had to go and change each post individually.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

SocialPilot is saving me hours of time scheduling posts each week. I manage almost 50 Facebook pages with similar content, and I am able to group my accounts so that I don't have to go into each one when scheduling the same things.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Social Pilot outshines the competition by providing integration with more social media channels, even YouTube video uploads. Social Pilot lets you set a schedule then it will schedule your posts for you according to the schedule. Of course you can always schedule yourself, but this feature saves time! The integration with Canva is great for creating nice-looking posts fast. You can tweak the post for each channel and then post to all. The ability to select any or all channels to send the post to enables you to market on more channels with no more effort than marketing to one. You can also post to different Pinterest boards and post to your business page on social media channels rather than being limited to your personal profile. The post-management page makes it easy to check your posts, follow up, and make edits. You can also read and respond to comments on certain channels. On top of that, unlike most other tools Social Pilot lets you load and schedule more posts than others - 500 and it has a handy bulk import feature. Finally, the interface is easy to use. Many social tool interfaces are small, crowded, and confusing. All of these features, plus an affordable price make Social Pilot the best in the industry. Oh and did I mention content curation and content distribution from your blog at your fingertips?

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

There is only one thing I would like to improve, although I doubt it is Social Pilot's issue - it is probably the social media channels. Social Pilot loses connection with channels a LOT! You'll think everything is fine and then you see nothing has been sent for a week because some connection crapped out! You have to go reset it in Social Pilot and in the Social Media channel. This happens a lot and over and over and over again. It is very frustrating. As I said, I am pretty sure it is the channels that cause it. They are notorious for changing code in their integrations and then the integrations don't work - happens with all of the apps they integrate with - very annoying.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the time problem while letting me maintain my quality standards. It also solves a money problem because other apps can be expensive, especially since they don't do everything I want and I would have to subscribe to multiple apps. With Social Pilot, I only have to subscribe to one.

The bulk scheduling is my favorite feature. It allows me to schedule out content for multiple clients a month at a time quickly and easily.

I don't really have any complaints, I love the software and have used it for many years!

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

See open slots and move posts to fill in the various slots. Right now I just see a calendar view and the posts go to the next available slot.

Schedule posts in advance so that I can schedule an entire week at a time. I can also reuse posts that did well

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I tested out nearly all social management tools and socialpilot was by far my favourite for pricing, functionality and design. They have all the social integrations needed. Autoposting is also SUPER helpful

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

There wasn't that much, I think they could do with an aesthetic update as it looks a little dated but I don't really care too much about that when the core functionality is great

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving the issue of having to manage each account separately from phones and the fact we can bulk schedule and then autopost with everything included that we need is just perfect, all in one tool

It's so easy to schedule posts for multiple accounts on different platforms. I especially like being able to group accounts for each brand.

None - before I would've said the way posts are displayed on the calendar however this has already been fixed and now it's so easy to see which platform each post is going to.
