They have support 24x7. Quite expensive but usefull app for syncing Stripe and Quickbooks. Good 24x7 support. Sync process is very easy and have muticurrency options.
Pricing. This app is more expensive then others. If you don't need multicurrency you can find cheaper one. All other things are ok for us.

Synder solved the problem of syncing my multi-currency account with QBO. The customer support that I have received from the Synder staff is exceptional. There is nothing that I dislike about Synder.
Syncing my multi-currency PayPal; account to my Quickbooks online. Synder deals with all of the currency transactions and accounts for the merchant fees and sales revenue separately.
Customer support via George during setup problems (caused by me rather than the software) was superb. George was patient and helped me through all the setup. Syncing of all sales etc., will save a lot of time.
Nothing - all good so far. Greatly appreciate the flexibility and speed of sorting accounts that Synder brings.

I Had trouble with some settings in my Synder account synced to my quick books and Anastasia Plotka jumped on a zoom call with me right away and helped me through all my needs to make my accounting and taxes so much easier for me at the end of my year. That it automatically synced all transactions
When syncing a large quantity of transactions, it could be quite lengthy to process.
Solving the issue of reconciling all eBay marketplace transactions using managed payments is very tedious and is now automated!

Syncing Stripe transactions
Synder takes our square transactions and syncs them with our Qkbks Online by breaking down the sales tax, commission fees, net sale inside.
I do not have any dislikes at this time.
All the reporting that is being synced'd is nicely categorized and hits my P & L just beautifully.
I like how easy Synder is to use and how it makes importing from Stripe and PayPal far easier. It also has an easy interface and a helpful customer support team.
I have not experienced anything I dislike.
It helps me manage the fees which are applied to a payment and are not included in VAT.
We made an exhaustive search to find the right app to sync our Woocommerce transactions, Amazon transactions, with Stripe as our payment gateway and wrestle these into QuickBooks. I had little hope after evaluating several apps, until Synder; well to be accurate, the Synder app is excellent because it is supported by an extraordinary support staff. We had the pleasure working with Helen & Ted, and an equally competent dev team, and at admittedly ungodly late hours at night and really early in the morning. Talk about patience, knowledge, and extraordinary turn around. These super heroes solved what I have been painstakingly doing with a ridiculously elaborate import routine via Excel and Saas. They actually understood what I was describing, they get the prize, no other app support team really has, and their dev team literally contacted us to make sure our mapping remained intact after they created customized solutions for a few issues between a Friday and Monday, THEN asked if they could assist us if we were not confident in proceeding early Monday afternoon--Wow. I'm a longtime accountant and have not had an experience really like this. It was as if Synder were literally in the next cubicle working for the same company. Well done Synder.

Looking to Synder to solve elaborate syncing issues. Synder delivers comprehensive, accurate syncing of our transactions and provides the opportunity to roll-back transactions.
We have a membership site run on Mighty Networks with multiple membership plans. Synder makes it easy to differentiate between different products in a way that Stripe doesn't so that it's all accounted for correctly in Quickbooks.
There's a small learning curve to user experience, but customer service is great. Tony was very helpful to us!

The syncs were immediate, and I had no issues switching over the transactions to Quickbooks. I appreciated the support staff's help, especially from Yar, who was kind in getting me set up
The limit on syncs has you doing all sorts of math to import past transactions, but there's always a workaround.
General bookkeeping and organization of sales are the main issues. It seems to be the best most efficient option when it comes to syncing with Quick books.

there should be a "middle" plan for medium size companies.
syncing to quickbook is really seemless.
It runs automatically and books everything. It handles the fees and the FX really well.
The matching system is pure syntax. It starts based on a hierarchy trying to match customer name/invoice number/address etc, but it can be tricked into thinking a customer is a new customer if something changes. It's not linking to the actually QBO customer or anything.
We use it for book the payouts and fees for payments. We use SaaS Optics for the invoices (pulled from Stripe), but Synder handles the payments better with multi-currency.
