What do you like best about tawk.to?

Tawk to has the option to hire an agent to chat with your clients in case you or your customer support team is not available. This helps you ensure that your clients are well taken care of even when you are away. The application is also easy to integrate and set up on the website. The application has also helped organizations cut operation costs significantly as chatting with clients is more cost-effective compared to when they call because once an agent can handle several live chats but can only handle one call at a time.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Tawk to analytics can be difficult to interpreted if you do not have enough knowledge about the application. Other than that, this is a perfect solution for live chat.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking to get a solution that will make us available 24/7 to our clients and Tawk to has helped us achieve this. On days when the team is not available, we hire an agent at quite affordable rates to help us manage our tawk to live chat on our website.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

I love Tawk to because I can easily install it on any of my devices. Am able to chat with my clients and offer them support 24/7. My sales increased by 20% since I started using tawk because the application helped me chat with clients directly on my website thus offering them any assistance or advise while shopping. This makes them make quick decisions and most of them place an order almost immediately.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Sometimes my application suddenly stops giving sound notifications when a client starts a chat on the website. This makes me miss important chats.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

We never had a live support application on our website. Task has really helped us as we can now offer 24/7 support to our clients. Task has helped us increase our sales via the website by 20%.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

I love the fact that I can chat with website visitors using my mobile phone, so basically at any time that is convenient for me to talk with prospective customers.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

I wish there was a 'scheduled log on' feature, as I have to manually set when I am available to chat on the app. If there was a 'show as online from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.', that would be most welcome.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

No major problems. The benefits include being able to engage through the mobile app with visitors no matter where I am - no enquiry or visit goes by without giving the visitor an opportunity to engage in real time.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

It is easy for customers to have a real time conversation with us without being on the phone (although most chats lead to a phone call). I LOVE that we can see what they are typing so we have time to craft a response to shorten their wait time. It also helps us understand an issue they may be having before they even send it. I also see they have redesigned their knowledge base. I was disappointed to see it go, but now I see what they have done to it. I look forward to utilizing the feature again.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Tawk.To as recently been timing out for me if I have not been on that tab. It will start to make its alert sound that signifies it has been disconnected. It is annoying to put it simply.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our inbound calls are not as excessive with the use of the chat. We are often able to conduct business with a customer without needing to drop everything we are currently doing to answer the phone. On super busy days we are able to multitask and take care of a customer on the phone and different customer on chat.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

This chat tool is fantastic. It has a beautiful and intuitive interface for the client. I like it because you can customize a welcome message to send to the customer as soon as they enter our website. I also like that it works like a contact form if we don't have any online agent. The integration is very simple to carry out.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

The mobile app for Android suddenly stopped notifying me of messages it received from customers. I had to uninstall and reinstall it again for it to work.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

In general, tawk.to is very useful for our company, because it is an e-commerce and customers regularly inquire about information or specifications of our products. In the past, customers contacted us by phone number, which was annoying, as our line was kept busy most of the time.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

It's free. Seriously, not enough can be said about good free services. Aside from it being free integration is seamless, the UI is great and very easily adjustable. The ticket system has been a life saver for resolving customer issues.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

The fact that you need refresh and remind the software you are there is a little annoying. I would have preferred it to run in the background and just assume I'm available until I physically log out. That is really my only complaint.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a chat for our site. We had tried other paid services like zendesk and they had a lot of bugs, like switching customer names mid chat, disconnecting etc. Also, the zendesk chat didn't seem to integrate with our new frontend. We needed a quick solution as the new frontend was buggy and we wanted to ensure that the customers could contact us if there was ever an issue.

Ease of use and ability to see what your colleagues are working on as well.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

That you have to login to their website outside of our Shopify account. But once it is logged in it no longer makes you do that.

We are able to quickly get to all of our chat users and effectively work together as a team to get to them all.
