The best part is it is absolutely free to use, has multiple dashboard and agent support with easy to setup and Integrate options for one website. Supports all major ecom panel.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Whatsapp Integration could be a major plus which if added can really do well. Also adding different other channels like Facebook and Instagram could also relieve a lot of effort for an agent

What do you like best about tawk.to?

It's pretty easy to use, it has a straight dashboard and provides you with all features and tools you need for your website live chat management.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

I didn't find anything to dislike about the platform. Maybe I didn't dig enough however it perfectly covers what I need from a live chat management platform.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

The best in the Tawk To is their software speed and user-friendly interface. It's effortless to use on our website, and the chat notifications are speedy. We can use this on our mobile also. If someone uses Tawk to on the website, we will get the notification within seconds in our account.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

There is nothing that I dislike in Tawk to, but the one small issue that I faced is: if someone starts the chats on the website, the auto-reply will lag for 2 seconds. But this is not a big issue. I am happy using the software.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

By using tawk.to I can connect with the live users on the website. I can communicate with them, and I could help them with what they are searching for on my website. I could help them easily, and they became my happy customers. This helps me a lot in getting leads about my customers. This is a significant benefit that I realized with Tawk to.

It works as a platform that offers an excellent chat system for your website, it has excellent functions to customize this platform in your own way, or to fully adapt it to your work system, to implement and use it is completely free, tawk .to provides you with the ability to track the actions of customers on your website, it really is excellent to increase sales and clarifying doubts to your customers is much easier through this platform.

I have been implementing it for a long time and I have not really found something that I can dislike about this platform, it is really fascinating that it has a completely free plan, and that it is very easy to use and implement software.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to use this platform to better communicate with my clients, it seems to me a very easy to use tool, it has real-time messaging and it is incredible that it has a completely free version, it seems to me to be truly incredible software and so far one of the best software on the market. It is fascinating to be able to use this tool to manage my websites easily and easily.

Nothing I found to dislike about this software. tawk.to is available free in the market. It saves you lots of working effort to provide cool features like customer chat visible when they are typing. It's amazing for engaging customers to provide instant support.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can solve our customer problems by instant live chat by using twak.to. It helps to increase sales even we can create an email list for future marketing. We can save our time and effort by creating FAQ questions. It helps to provide the best support by taking the name, email address, and details when we go offline by sending messages to the admin panel. Also, If we are unable to solve problems at a time easily convert the conversation into a ticket it's one more way to provide the best support.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

This is the best live chat software for your business. Whether you have small or medium business it is helpful. Best part of this software is it is completely free. You can integrate this software with another software or website and woo-commerce store also. Easy user interface, user friendly and easy to integrate. You can add your teams with designations to a single account. Whenever you will be online it will show that to customers who are visiting to your website or looking for any answers to their queries. If you are offline then it will ask name, email address and queries and after submit it will send these details to admin email address. Admin can reply to customers from email address too. During live chat for every new chat you will get notification for which you will never miss any chat. In live chat you can see what customer is typing so that you can prepare yourself to reply according to the concern to save time. You will get weekly roundup where you can see visitors count, chat progress, any missing chats and many more. You can hire agent from tawk to ,for live chat at minimum cost. Nothing to dislike the software. I really love this for it's features at free of cost.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

In my opinion, Tawk is one of the most efficient chat software. Tawk is a live chat application which helped us to solve consumer grievances, interact with them and also helped in marketing activities. We closed our sales funnel through this application, and moreover it a user-friendly software.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

To be very honest Tawk made our lives easier, I cannot think about any dislikes at this very moment, but personally, I think The tags and the backup chats sections could be organized in a more decent manner.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tawk was the bridge between the organisation and customers, This application helped in solving consumer problems in a holistic approach. Through Tawk we could interact with our users, got feedbacks about our product, and yes with the help of the geolocation feature we could track our users around the globe.
