"Amazing Insights for Customer Communication"
What do you like best about tawk.to?

The most interesting feature that tawk.to provides is the ability to see what users are typing before they click submit. This allows us at work to really improve our customer service because you can see exactly what the user is thinking/wanting to say to you, and then you can use that information to tailor your responses. In addition, the next best feature is the team settings with the mobile app. With many remote employees, we were able to perform customer service across the whole HR team no matter if they were in the office or not, and that was really convenient.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

The worst part about tawk.to is how the setup, customization, and configuration can be confusing. The settings specifically for email notifications are hard to understand, and I keep getting notifications about conversations I was not a part of despite trying to unsubscribe from them.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major problem tawk.to provides is the ability to have a professional looking HR system that is only backed by a few employees that work remotely. Our small startup does not have many HR people; in fact, most of the people responding to questions on tawk.to are just the developers for other business personnel in the office that day.

Brilliant live chat serivce, and it’s completely free for basic functions, you can see as visitors type, track the pages they visit, see their browser and location, and chat history is infinite.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

The price for hiring agents for $1 Per Hour is on the basis that you hire them 24/7.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

So many things! I like that you can see what website pages the visitor has been to so you know better where to direct them. It shows what the visitor is typing before they hit send so you can prepare your answer quickly.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

It tells you what city a visitor is in, based on their IP address I assume, but doesn't list the state. For our business, it is often necessary to know what state a person is in, it would be nice to know the answer ahead of time, but it is easy enough to just ask.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now able to answer visitor questions right away, so they don't have to wait for an email response. This allows us to get the visitors to the purchasing process as quick as possible.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

There needs to be more visitor analytics in chat's back end. I know this is chat software, but this would be very helpful. Would greatly apreciate it if they included more visitor details.

Helps me talk to customers in real time. As a result, I am able to answer customers' questions and address any other concerns they may be having. I am happy with the service.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

It allows me to contact my clients immediately and in real time through its online chat, which has worked wonderfully for me both to solve administrative processes, support or general inquiries, at an excellent performance both in its web and mobile version, the performance is simply phenomenal, tawk.to does not know the word failure because it is simply not in your system, it also allows the configuration of advanced functions for chats, which can be quite useful for the part of support by offering more functions from the same tool that allows a much more efficient approach to the requirement by the user or a better way to follow up on it.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

None, everything about this tool has seemed extremely useful and quite simple to understand, unlike other similar applications where online chat management is quite complex.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been using it to channel support and customer service inquiries in this way, since it is an excellent window with immediate response and something more personalized and informal than emails (not everyone likes formalism), Not to mention, my clients prefer not to have to wait so long for a response to their requests, so this tool was just perfect for me and my company.

Integrated the chat solution on our website web2k.in so that customers can directly contact us if they wish to know more about getting their website made from us. The ease of integrating the chat solution was painless & only took a few minutes of coding. After that, we were able to cater to your users very easily which is not possible with the traditional method of Email.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

Firstly, I like how tawk.to brings online web visitors together with teams, mainly customer support representatives. I can't overlook the fact that tawk.to has a mobile application that is easy to download, install, setup and start using it on the spot.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

I do not like how tawk.to is hard to integrate to websites, especially if you do not have web design tactics. In addition, I hate how tawk.to needs robust internet connection to use.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

We can work in team on Tawk thanks to multi-licences and whispers. I also like the gain of time permitted by the automation (triggers) and shortcuts for the most current questions.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

The triggers misfunction sometimes. The visitors of our website can receive triggers as "How can I help you?" even in the night time when we cannot answer them (out of the programmed hours). Moreover it is not very easy to master at the beginning.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of the visitors do not read correctly the articles of our website and we can orient them in the good direction or correct the misunderstandings thanks to the chat. We can also help our customers in their navigation on the platform.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

Tawk enabled me to set up a chat on my website so that potential clients could communicate with me straight from the website. This would reduce rejections since they did not have to leave the website to communicate.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Tawk did not have a lot of options when it came to the auto-response system. Instead, it could only capture the visitor's personal information rather than all the details about what they wanted to buy from me.

This Chat software is free, and if you are new to e-commerce and can't afford to spend zillions on softwares, Then this is your go-to option. It serves the purpose and connects your customer to you.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

There are many things I didn't like about this software. You can't monitor who is on your website in real-time. There are packages for everything. Automation is very limited or less. The customers who come on this chat don't get added to your Shopify or other lists.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were just using this in the beginning when we were short of funds to buy professional paid alternatives with many other features. The best benefit is that it's free and serves the purpose of connecting your customer to you.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

The UX is better than the competition and made me test the service.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Despite marketing itself as a free service, I quickly discovered that the reality is far from the promise. First and foremost, the claim of being a "free" service is misleading. While they do offer a basic version for free, it's essentially a bait-and-switch tactic. Customization options are limited, and the design options for the chat widget are quite basic. The ticketing system only works with their knowledge base website and there is no option to import the data from your old knowledge base. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience with Tawk.to was their inflexible and seemingly unfair refund policy. After realizing that the service did not meet my expectations, I decided to cut my losses and requested a refund on the very same day of purchase. To my dismay, Tawk.to outright refused any refund, leaving me stuck with a service that failed to deliver on its promises.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

I appreciate the insights provided (how long people are on our page, where the traffic is coming from, how many visits, etc.), and the ability to view what the user is actively typing in chat requests.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Can experience some glitches with chats going missed stating that all users are offline while you are in fact online, but this occurs seldom. Sometimes there is a delay with these notices being sent to your inbox as well.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assisting customers with any issues/questions they run into, live while using our platform. Tawk also allows us to understand our web traffic and our active user count.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

Tawk is one of the most intuitive software I've been introduced to in a while. Without prior experience with chat software, from the get-go, Tawk has won me. Setting up your account is nothing more than a few clicks, and, the most amazing part of it is being able to create as many personas as you want, and make them as different as you want them to be. You can be as private as you want, and still genuinely help users. While this might be the standard in the industry, having the ability to chat with up to four people at any given time and see what they are typing before sending the email, makes a world of difference in replying promptly and accurately. In the same vein, having information like location and email permits you to tailor the experience based to the users' needs. Tawk makes it easy for you to send the transcript to the customer when they request it. One of my utmost favorite features is being able to have your colleagues whisper (write replies that are not seen by the customer) to you on the same chat, join the chat as themselves or impersonate you. This has come in handy more than once.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

While this might be related to my settings, there were a few times when I didn't receive notifications about a new chat, until after the customer has left it. This required a multi-step approach - emailing the customer to have the conversation.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tawk is a way for us to support customers who want to purchase our hardware product. It is a very comfortable way to help with quick questions and clarifications, as well as a tool that helps us improve the information available on the website. Our sales have seen an increase since chat is an available feature on our store.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

This software has so many features that I can't believe it's free. It's simple to set up, you can change a lot of settings to match your preferences and needs and it's available on both an app for your phone and on your computer - so you can respond to messages on the go. The chat button that goes on your website is customizable and you can choose what hours/days of the week it's available. It's definitely improved our website being able to offer live chat on it with this software.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Being free, I'm very content with all they offer. If I had to point out something it would be the overall UX that's not so intuitive. It takes a little bit to find what you need and get used to it.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's great to offer a live chat on my company's website with it. We sell online programs and people often wouldn't finalize their checkout as they had questions or concerns. Having the live chat increased our sales, as customers can reach out via chat and our team can reply right away solving any questions.

Sometimes the backend interface can seem a bit confusing at first, but it's just like learning any other new system.
