The best thing that I live tawk.to is it's completely 100% FREE. When I hear people say it's free, I think like any other software, they will provide a free plan for the lite version (not include all features). But the truth is they provide a FREE plan for all available features of the software. I really impressed for that. In addition, tawk.to also provides application on another platform like Window, Mac OS, Android and iOS, so that I can answer the visitor everytime and everywhere. The notications are really good with sound and push notications so that I do not miss any of my visitor's messages.
What I dislike at tawk.to is it lacks of import & export feature. For example, I have many websites that want to use tawk.to as a live chat. I want to copy the setting of one website to another one, but I did not find any solution for this. So, every time I add a new website to tawk.to, I have to reconfigure from the beginning.
I used tawk.to for my e-commerce websites, when visitors have questions about the products or services on my sites, they can easily get the answer by chatting with me. Because live chat is the best and fastest way for customer service, especially for e-commerce websites. With tawk.to, I also can see which pages the customer visited, so that I can support them better.

Tawk.to offers a free livechat tool to put on websites, since it's free it's got bunch of users around the world using it. Interface is very nice with a sleek design. Everything is in place and accessible very easily.
There's nothing to really dislike other then not being able to change the livechat widget design. I personally think that it should be more controllable and more changable.
