right now I am completely satisfied with the product
manage work to be done by the people that need to make it happen
This software is a godsend. I use this for those passing discussions with team members where they request the smallest thing that would otherwise be forgotten. As hectic as the working day is it creates structure and allows you to plan each day how to prioritise.
None - best investment to date, can do on phone and pc.
My disorganisation.
The reminders are my fav feature. The date association is close second
I really don't have anything I dislike about it.
Great for a todo list when I don't have my paper todo list with me.
slick UI. Easy, intuitive access to all things you want to do with a to-do list. Mobile & Desktop! I log EVERYTHING in this.
I think there's a bug that sometimes stops me from adding too many to-dos. But it's inconsistent.
I can quickly log any thought and not forget to address it later Stack ranking prioritization
Todoist is super easy to use with lots of great features. It's available on almost every platform and always quick and easy to navigate. They have excellent support as well with quick and helpful answers.
I can't think of anything I dislike currently.
Todoist makes it easy for me to keep track of all the things I need to do and when I need to do them. I can then share lists and tasks with co-workers and friends and contribute alongside them.
I love this tool! It is compatible across devices and notification settings are easy to manipulate. This is almost better than any Pm software I've ever used because if its flexibility.
Sometimes the desktop version takes a bit to sync.
My team can communicate and collaborate better with Todoist.
Todoist has an easy interface and integrates with email!
There is not much I disliked about this product. It took me a little bit of time to figure out the drag-and-drop, but it was totally worth it.
Todoist keeps individuals and companies organized. Don't forget your tasks!
How you can make your tasks as specific as possible and then group them into projects.
Some features are locked without paying premium.
Helps me streamline my work flow, helps me stop forgetting to do tasks and manage my time better. Now have the benefit of not have to remember everything off by heart.
Its very easy and so intuitive to use and setup to-do lists. Just login, press Q on your keyboard, and voila, you can start adding a new todo list.
The fact that i cannot setup my a reminder for my to-dos as a free user. Other competitors provides this, even for trial access
Keeping track of meetings, supplies, and other presentations to deliver in the office can be a little hard at times, but with the todoist, it as never been this easy.
1) Simple to use 2) You can organize your pending tasks 3) Syncs across Chrome browser plugin and phone app 4) Can use it with Gmail 5) Can comment on a task to update the status and let others know 6) Can manage projects by sharing the app with others 7) Encourages you with the productivity graph on the top 8) You can use priority tool markers to add priority to projects 9) If you are using it as a project management tool then you can have a month wise view too.
1) Project management functionality is a paid feature 2) No way to see all tasks across multiple projects in one place 3) Could not segregate only my individual tasks from multiple projects in one place 4) Sometimes you wish the Chrome plugin itself expands to an entire webpage.
I used to forget a lot of tasks that I had to do at work and personal life. The simple Chrome plugin of ToDoist helped me in remembering everything that needs to be done and also schedule them.
I love how easy it is to add individual to-do’s to projects (with a hashtag) and the intelligent way you can add due dates while typing.
It will turn any date in the text into a due date. You can undo it by clicking on it.
I have a bad short-term memory and with this I can have it open and be typing actions into it during a meeting and they all go into the inbox. From there I can drag and drop them into projects and add due dates. The view of today and the next week are invaluable.
I love that it helps me keep track of multiple projects at once, both personal and professional.
Sometimes if I’m on the go and don’t check into the app for a couple of days, and come back to a lot of overdue tasks and that can feel kind of overwhelming.
I’m an entrepreneur and have multiple projects on the go. I spend a lot of time talking with clients and juggling a bunch of different demands. Not to mention day-to-day tasks in my personal and home life. Being able to keep track of everything in one place is a lifesaver.
Todoist allows you to easily keep track of all the tasks you need to do. You can have your own personal inbox of tasks, and at the same time have separate collaborative inboxes and projects with colleagues. Todoist gives clear instructions on how to use the different features, but it's so easy to use, you almost don't need to go through it. I highly recommend you do though, just see all the different interesting things that can be done.
The only downside I've come across is the lack of live chat in the support center. However, their responses to sent messages are fairly quick.
We are using Todoist mostly as a way to keep track of what each of us are doing, and so that managers can let each other know of anything that needs to be done or any issues needing to be addressed.
Scheduling reminders for individual projects.
The app has some issues time to time displaying the inbox correctly but it’s usually fixed soon.
It helps me organize my day without relying on email so I’m able to be more productive
Reminders especially location-based reminders. Labels and projects Dark mode
Pricing is a bit high, but other than that, it is okay.
Planning my all my activities.
We have different teams at work that handle different things. With Todoist we are able to group each team and set specific tasks for each team. Our managers are able to keep track of the tasks being done. It also helps our team be reminded of what is to be done since we are in our busy season right now.
I do not have any complaints about this system. It’s simple and efficient.
We used to have issues with team members not completing tasks due to negligence and/or forgetfulness. Now we can send reminders, add and remove tasks, see when and who completed what, and it helps hold everyone accountable.
I like how easy it is to add tasks and organize everything and the time frame.
I don't like how you cannot add people to share your tasks.
Todoist is used to stay on top of tasks and make life easier. It takes a weight off of my shoulders to not have to remember everything.
I love how Todoist allows the user to organize their many tasks into subsections and being able to sync with google calendar.
I actually have no issues with Todoist, besides the best features being behind a paywall, which is to be expected. (Seeing completed tasks)
Trying to organize and keep track of multiple tasks at once.
For someone who works in events it helps us keep together all of our to-do list for each individual event
We haven't figured out how to repeat to-do list for next year. We have things we have to do each year per event and we would like to make a re-curring to-do list and haven't figured out how to do that.
Keeping all of our thoughts together. We have 10 different things happening at once and with tidiest we can keep all of our thoughts in1 organized location
I love the structure of creating and managing lists. I tried many apps to help me manage my to do lists but only Todoist has passed the test of time.
I dislike how you can only see tasks as a list without a calendar option. The app has integrations with other calendar apps but it never fits quite right.
If anything is to be done it needs to be in Todoist otherwise it is forgotten.
