Trello Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice
As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

Trello makes it simple to organize and collaborate on ANYTHING. I've used this for every work project, to plan vacations, and even to plan my wedding!
There is literally nothing to dislike about Trello except the fact that not everyone uses it.
Trello allows me to collect all my necessary information in one place, monitor progress, and quickly and easily recall documents, details, notes, and other information. Trello replaces dozens of other apps and resources.
I like how it's easy to use the product and get up running. It's useful when managing multiple teams. It's allows for easy communication, updates on task and general oversight of a project. Trello customer support has aslo been very helpful in sorting out our issues.
Sometimes the platform is slow especially when navigating from one board to another. But other features works very well.
Trell has been keeping us very organized and able to beat project deadlines. It's easy to collaborate with different teams on a particular project. Trello is aslo an affordable application and customer support is the best.
Trello uses many tools that can be found in the interface easily. It is very good at encompassing proper project management planning with a simple and high performance experience. It has support that is always attentive to user questions. Trello makes my experience very good to know the level of tasks to be done in a given time.
Trello has good templates that are attached in the main panel, however they should vary and innovate the design options.
Every time we use the software is to add new tasks or update our project statuses. We have control of what is being done in detail, it works properly and saves us a lot of time in each process. If we want to know how the workflow is, we just visualize Trello and start working. It is recommended to project an advanced and detailed organization of all your tasks. This software is very collaborative and keeps the team together.
Trello is very good product for personal and professional tracking of task an d projects. It's easy to create task and assign them to different team members. I like the notification feature which ensures that all projects are monitored effectively.

Trello is an excellent application to work with especially on team projects collaboration. It's enables us to monitor multiple projects at one place. Technical support is very fast when any issue is raised and aslo it's very affordable application.
Trello is super easy to get started with, as it is very intuitive. Also it is perfect for collaboration within your team/organization.
It can be difficult to navigate through the tons of add-ons. But the number of (free) add-ons is also a great asset. I personally use several.
Keeping track of different projects across the team. Keeping track of tasks. Simple to do lists.
Trello has been easy to use both in mobile and web. It's allow collaboration and consistency in each project and task. Trello is aslo fairly affordable compared to other projects management application in the market.
Trello has been one of the best product in project management. Rarely we have encountered any downtime when using this application. We have no dislike at all.
Trello is stable and extremely reliable product. Easy to implement and train users how to use the product. Very helpful customer support team and you can access it both on mobile and web.
The UI is easy to understand. One of the best feature for me is I can see who is responsible for a task. I used Trello as a road map for one of my projects where my user can suggest or request a feature and I get excellent responses from their. Overall a flexible and easy-to-use software.
Trello allows you to upload files but you have a limit of 10 MB which is low in my opinion. However, I upgrade to paid plan but still, Trello allows me 250 MB files which are also low for me. Otherwise, I don't have any other complaints with this software
Before we found Trello, we managing tasks in excel shit which is very time-consuming and difficult to assign a task. After we found Trello, It saved time on task management and we can focus on productivity. in short Trello is time saver and best task management software for us.
Can use it for basically anything from tracking todo items, sales opportunities and more.
Can’t find how to setup email notifications when something changes.
Project management
Good structure and frameworks are available in the app itself.
Difficult to find Archived cards on trello.
Easy tracking & managing of the tickets raised. Helps in team management.
It has a great user interface for beginners
I don't get notifications in my direct email when I'm not online.
It makes collaboration easier for my team across different geographical location
Trello has a very smooth user interface that is easy to navigate. It's an easy way to manage and monitor different projects at the same time using this application. Assigning team members different tasks is easy and you are able to see the projects that needs more resources in order to be completed.
Trello is perfect tool for all your project management needs. It's a reliable and its simple to use. I recommend it to any company looking for a great project management applications .
Trello is easy to use, affordable and accessible application. Customer support is reliable and available on major online platforms. Creating of tasks is simple and you able to customize the application very well.
The most helpful thing about trello is being able to see everything in a quick snapshot. When doing a project you can see everyone's status and can work collaboratively.
I dislike that to get more advanced features like adding events to calendar you have to pay. Add ins would be better if they included a calendar feature. Also, the more customization available for the background, the better!!
Knowing where coworkers stand on a project brings a sense of competition and confidence seeing you can complete tasks as fast as or FASTER than others. Watching the progress as a manager and being able to answer quickly where the project is at without even having to place a call is so incredibly handy.
Trello has very responsive and clean user interface . It's easy to create task and assign to each team members. The dashboard is really amazing. I like alot the voting option which helps when we want to make an important decision in the team.
I have used both free and paid version of this platform . I have no dislike to both. The application works just fine.
Trello has enabled us to be organized as a team. We are able to track each progress of the various projects that we are working with. It's very affordable and their customer support team are just superb.
Can manage website projects and other software project easily using Trello.
We love Trello and we don't have any dislikes.
Using Trello we were also able to give access to our clients to check the progress and comment on it, if they have any.
Trello uses real-time. Its user interface is responsive.
Cannot access it when there is no data access. Its having limited storage.
Adding and managing projects and user is easy. Its provide kanban type project
I love how streamlined and user-friendly the platform is. Especially for client management, it's so easy to create a setup for a KANBAN board to easily show the progress of a project. I also love that it can be as detailed as you want, so if you want to use it for internal project management it can be formated that way too. I find most project management tools are either too simple or too detailed, where you truly need the flexablity of both.
There truly isn't too much I don't like other than not being able to more higher level, I would love it have more portfolio level options as I find it is a hard tool to utilize in scale.
I use trello to manage client expectations and project management. I use every board I create differently, but most I do in a to-do, doing, and done setup, showing the progress of current strategies and campaigns. It benefits me by easily communicating to the client and myself the progress of a current account and what's in flight.
intuitive interface so Trello helps our team stay on task
it only works if you keep up to date; operator errors; not the programs fault
helps us prioritize efforts and scarce resources
This is by far my favorite application. I use this for both personal reminders and my daily work to-do list. It's incredibly simple and easy to use. Being able to use this on the app and web makes it convenient. Even if I'm on the go, if I remember something I need to do, I can quickly add it from my phone.
It can get overwhelming if you create too many boards, but that's more of an "us" issue rather than a Trello issue.
I used to keep my to-do list and reminders / notes in a notes app. Things got lost, accidentally deleted, etc. With Trello all of those issues were solved. Even if I accidentally archive something I can easily go back and see it.
I work in the special education space and that means there are a lot of people and programs to keep organized. Our team uses Trello to know who has completed which of the various steps of the of special education evaluation process. Trello helps us to meet our timelines effectively and be have great communication. I recommend it highly for any educational team that needs to stay on track on behalf of the students.
Honestly, I have not found much I don't like about Trello.
With my line of work, as a psychologist with special education programs, there is a multitude of steps that need to be followed "to the letter". Trello helps to keep me and the team I work with - very organized.
I love how customizable the Project boards are. You can also invite your colleagues to guarantee smooth workflow. It's easy to keep track of which tasks need to be done, as well as what the team is working on right now.
I would like it if we could see how many cards are there in specific columns. When wanting to see a subtask, it would be beneficial if the task simply expanded instead of opening a new window.
Trello allows us to maintain high productivity at all times. It also lets us track how we're progressing on our projects. By assigning different tasks to different task members it lets us keep the workload more balanced and the team is happier because of that.
Trello has been my choice since I learned about the features and how it can do things. Its automation made lives more effortless than ever. I manage numerous projects on Trello at once. It's my go-to option when it comes to doing a project.
The only downside is the real-time scenario sometimes has some special possibilities like if the client puts a project on hold or something that can't be done on a project. It makes the cards place like a pile which makes it hard to track. but that could be how I do things, for other people it could be different.
Trello solved my daily struggles to manage all the projects I work on. In a long run, it helps me keep track of all of the projects for all of my clients. The team handling feature is life-saving for me, I can handle multiple developers and assign them tasks on their own boards.
Trello made the job assigning progress tracking process very simple. their drag and drop functionality is quite easy to use and swift. the app is very easy to understand even for a new staff
if they had a detailed productivity scoring functionality then Trello would become a real game changer for HR team and it will boost the whole productivity of the team.
assigning task to the team members and its update tracking was a big time waste process. with trello you can see the status of each task and you can take action on the basis of that
I love how you can space stuff out and make a lot east.
I don't like how I can't add certain people to certain permissions
I have trouble managing my business and trello helps with logging, training and more management needs
user friendly interface, easy to set up
not many complex features, something lime jira its better for larger projects
easy to comunicate with colleagues and organize tasks
We use trello alot ofr our software developement projects. It's a great way for us to get feedback to the developers. I like being able to categorize cards, tag them and sort them into the bigger project.
We sometimes might have 100 cards in a coulmn. It would be nice to be able to have a counter with how many crds are in the column...and maybe be able to sort it by date or by the person who added it or by the number of days the card has been active
It keeps us organized with all our projuects and updates. It's also useful that in that we can post a card and tag it urgent and our developer will get notifed via phone (if you have the trello app installed) or notifcation on the comptuer (if you have those turned on) that something needs to be addressed ASAP. For us, its much easier to post there then to send text or emails.
Easy to use. Everything is click and drag. functionality differs to suit your needs. It's easy to invite people to view your dashboard without requiring them to fill in a lot of details. Simple and not overcomplicated
It doesn't have all the functionality that something like Jira has and there are no progress reports that I have seen. However, those additional features aren't always necessary so it doesn't take away from the software.
Organising the workstack and making sure all tasks are noted down so that they aren't forgotten. This doesn't have to include a lot of details and time estimates, particularly for smaller tasks, but just allows a quick to do list
I love the ease of creating new items and moving them between lists and boards. I also like the ability to comment and communicate with team members over each item.
I don't love that each item shows deleted attachments, etc. in the comments section -- it makes things a bit harder to read when there are a number of comments.
Trello helps us keep track of our projects and tasks, who's working on them, when they are due, and how far long they are. We can easily communicate across teams to get projects finished.
First things first, trello is really very affordable tool than other that are available in marketing. Second thing is it is very simple to use even 10th grade kod can use this, drag and drop option is best. It allows to create many boards as per need. The part which i liked most is tagging people by there username also trello have option to specify boards by colors this is wonderful.
As such there is nothing that i dislike about trello, i am continues user of this since 2019, some times trello shows issue due to server down. But this is fine for me as it happens only ij couple of months.
Trello helps us to save our time and give us a environment of project management. It allows us to add files over board, share the board access to people. The reason why we used trello is it gives a professional view to our work and help to manage and handle tasks easily.
It's really intuitive, amazing for collaborations
It gets clogged a lot, we had to clean the board every month
