Trello is an intuitive, flexible and powerful platform to manage tasks and workflows even for the most complex project, but could be easily used to manage personal everyday commitments. The management of tasks using draggable tabs that can be shared between different boards is very powerful, as well as the possibility to integrate the most used third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack and so on.

From my point of view, there is nothing I dislike about Trello. In fact, it also offers interesting and useful insights with a newsletter and a blog.

Trello allows me to be able to collaborate in all my work areas, even with users who have poor technological skills, thanks to the intuitiveness and flexibility of the platform.

The vertical task alignments and easy-to-use interface make Trello a really useful application.

It's a hassle when you are in a medium-size organization and also mentoring a lot of junior developers. With Trello, it's really easy to track their progress and give them new tasks in due time.

i have tried lot of other websites, some are complicated , some doesnt have features which i expect but trello is absolutely good. evenin the free version they all maximum feature, keep up the good work.

Trello keeps track of my work as well as I can check on my teammate's work instantly and I can assign work seamlessly. sharing things is easy too , simple and easy to use.

What I like the most about Trello is the ease with which I can manage all my projects and complete them in record time. I also like the free creation of boards and that my co-workers can participate in the development of my projects. Another point in favor of this software is that it organizes all the daily tasks that I have pending; likewise, it notifies me which ones I have already done and which ones I have in the process. Through Trello I can organize my tasks and carry them out, I can also assign tasks to my other colleagues through software, and we can achieve a very effective teamwork, these thanks to the boards that are used very easily, and being honest it is a function that I love. On the other hand, I know all the things that are managed in each area of the company; I consider using the cards very useful because it keeps me attentive to the smallest detail. Making use of deadlines has led me to be more responsible in each project that I have to deliver; in addition, a list of priorities is made in which we have to go one by one. In itself, Trello has many features that are essential at work time and that I love, I can share images, integrate other applications, achieve documents, priority lists, calendar, CRM systems and more. And finally, the price is very good.

I have had a good experience with Trello, since I have been using it I have not had any problems. It is very easy to use and contains necessary functions in the development of my daily tasks and the culmination of the company's projects.

Thanks to Trello, projects are easier for me to do. Now we distribute workloads equally among all workers, this improves the quality of work and teamwork. Is an excellent app to work in a team. It Is Easy and friendly. Its way of showing ideas through boards is very useful and it helps that you can integrate other applications such as calendars, to-do lists, contacts, office automation and share your progress with your collaboration team.

You need to pay for More characteristics. The free version is very useful, but if you really want to make the most of it, you need to pay for the full version. but worth what you pay

Colaborate excelent in time. Collaboration between teams becomes fluid, and fast. Communications and ideas are captured quickly, saving a lot of time on brainstorming and team agreements.

A downside would be that Trello doesn't stop at being the best in team collaboration, keeping you on your toes and your eyes always peeled for the next great update!

With a team project its really convinient to keep track of where all members are working on, the progress and makes it easy to calculate how much will be done by a certain time period.

Yes, there is no feature for video calling.

Problems are how to be organized with the daily tasks and it makes me more organized because all of its features are helping me to become one. Trello also syncs with other applications making it easier to connect and be reminded across different channels.

Having rows in a vertical format has made delegating specific tasks to individuals a breeze. And visually, I'm able to easily view all rows and every post added to them.

Sometimes the records aren't as responsive when I click on them. And if there are several columns extending right, you won't easily notice them until you see the scroll function at the bottom of the screen. Maybe adding an arrow to indicate more columns, something like a 'scroll to side' type function.

It makes my job quite a bit easier, as I can filter what's been assigned to me from items that I don't need to look over. Much better than trying to coordinate projects over multiple messages!

Where to begin? I love how customisable Trello is. I have a list for each client and a card for each project, with checklist reminders to remind me of my action items. I use labels and status to prioritise my projects. And I love the calendar power-up, showing me everything I need to action.

For better clarification and visualization, you can add and share images. One of the best parts about Trello is its security, allowing only authorized personnel to view and edit the board. Trello has an open ecosystem with integrations available for many globally used applications that make working and collaborating come under one umbrella. One commonly used combination is alongside Zoom, where you can manage your work while you're in meetings seamlessly without leaving your Zoom window. Trello allows file attachments on cards, where you can drag and drop the files that are relevant to the respective task. You can use checklists to divide your larger and tedious tasks into smaller ones. This creates a status bar that fills up slowly as each item on the list gets checked up to 100%. You can convert Trello into any type of workspace you want using Power-Ups combined with integrations with apps like Gmail, Dropbox, Slack, Salesforce, etc. You can use Trello as a calendar, and CRM management, and build your workflow to match what you're using it for.

There's no downside to Trello from my experience. It's pretty straightforward and has the basic features that anyone can make the most out of for managing projects.

We're able to divide large projects into smaller units that we can assign to different members of the team and create deadlines that we can work towards, thereby prioritizing the important tasks over the rest. With Trello, it's easier for us to keep track of the changes and progress we make through the cards as we can move them to different lists to update their status. Trello also shows the date and time when the changes are made, so we can keep note of the work's progress from when it was started and when it was completed. This is pretty beneficial when we are making reports entailing project completion and customer complaints. File attachments are seamless on Trello. The built-in automation allows seamless running of commands for any task, which is helpful for repetitive tedious tasks that can be too time-consuming to do manually. The main benefit of Trello is how customizable it is. We can use the default template or create our own to suit our needs.

It took a while for everyone to buy into using and relying on Trello for tasks and the organization of projects. Once everyone realized that it streamlined projects and reduced the odds of tasks being forgotten or missed, it became the main focal point of our team's planning and executing.

We used to rely on emails and notebooks to take notes, assign tasks, stay on top of projects, and that was not an ideal way to perform project management. Switching to Trello made a massive difference.

Trello is the best app for collaboration. Trello has an easy to use and intuitive UI with a Digital dashboard which makes things much easier. It is very easy to use and requires only minimum knowledge to use the tool. With Trello, you can prioritize your task and it helps in creating and organizing the tasks.

I Don't find any other dislike for the product. It works quite well for me.

The app is free and intuitive. The most important tools are not locked by payment so it is ready to use as it is for basic needs. I also use this for non-technical organization such as my weekly personal errands and it is extremely versatile as is. The mobile app is stable and easy to use as well!

I would like the Timeline and Calendar to be available for free because these would be helpful for larger projects based on time management. I have no other dislikes except for those two's unavailability.

Mainly task organization whether for my work-related tasks or my own personal errands that can be organized with the Trello structure. I used to be paper-based for such tasks but now I do not need to waste paper for such temporary reminders.

I love how easy it is to manage tasks across multiple projects and even multiple organizations, each in its own secure, isolated environment. The universal notifications across all instances are wonderful, and the UI/UX are great.

I wish it were built more like Ryver where tasks and team chat were integrated into the same app, and the layout of the left navbar were also structured more like Ryver. If MS Teams and Trello were combined to be like Ryver, it'd be the best app on the market.

I use Trello to communicate with multiple clients and to organize my own company's internal task management as well.

What I like the most is that it is easy to manage, I love its user interface, it is really simple and very friendly, it is very useful to manage both small and large projects, I love its easy to edit dashboards and cards, I love tools like drag and drop, move cards or checklists, the look is very attractive and colorful, I like it because it has an elegant design, I can attach files and I also love that it is free, I love the templates to start a project, and I like its flexibility.

I have not had any problems with this application, its functions are excellent.

The board view is very simple and easy to understand. Trello have updated perks and blogs/articles to read for tips and tricks. It is very handy and a good way to engage with the community.

The butler addon was confusing at first. We haven't use it since the paid trail but for larger companies with thousands of tasks, it may be hard to keep track with the layout.

We were moving on from basecamp, a text based management app. It was beneficial to use even though only a couple of employees used it to visually organize our projects.

I like to work on the Trello board as it is very easy and convenient to move the tickets from one state to another. For example, we can move the ticket from To-Do to In progress from the drag and drop method.

We cannot manage the big projects and multiple sprints in Trello as it is very inconvenient to use for a large number of tickets and stories. So, this is the only thing I dislike about Trello.

Trello is easy to use and the UI is very good. In Trello, we can create tickets easily and that's why it saves a lot of time. Also, we can attach the video and screenshots easily to the ticket. We can easily track the tickets and progress on the Trello board.
