ZipRecruiter seems to be used more often by employers offering a plethora of job opportunities. It is helpful to be able to apply to more than one position at a time.
Although it is great to quickly be able to apply to multiple jobs, however, I think it is important to tailor your resume for the specific jobs you are applying for, so some job seekers may use the same resume for every job they apply for.
I am able to search for certain roles at specific companies and it is helpful to be able to filter results to save time and search with intent.
Ziprecruiter has a great market of jobs. Very easy to apply, sometimes only 1 click is needed to apply to a job!
No major downsides, maybe search tool can be more specific.

Finding a job
As Employer, it allows to post jobs for Free. I have also used it as job seeker that allows to search & apply for relevant roles & opportunities for particular location.
After posting jobs, it should be able to forward applicant profiles as bundle, may be in 1 email vs sending out single email for each application that overwhelms the inbox sometimes. As job seeker, it can allow for automatically updating the resume fields by uploading the resume 1st vs manually entering so much of information that takes a lot of time.

Great job listings as well as the match to my skills, very easy for use and implemetation. The customer support is always at hand for frequency of use is awesome. The number of feaatures and the ease of integration make it unique.

What I appreciate the most about Zip Recruiter is the AI function. You apply for a job and it automatically starts looking for work related to what are you searching or applying for. In addition, it will randomly update you on possible opportunities you may not have been searching for. Also, most job postings are transparent with their salary rates. It's super simple to use
I cant say there is much that needs to be worked on.
It's helping me minimize the massive job postings.
its so easy to us honestly ..... also very good feed back on differents jobs...the help is great.. i also use it every time i need a job..the easy set up...all the new stuff.. its just so easy... the integration is great too...

Nothing I enjoy it a lot no complaints.. The ease of use is very helpful and customer support makes it all worth it.
