You can add as many types of emails as you want to go to your email as reminders to stay on top of the job hunt. I have enjoyed using Zip Recruiter.
I haven't met any downsides to using the sight yet. I use it every day since I am a recent graduate looking for a healthcare administrator position. If there were more how-tos readily available, that may help me navigate the sight better.
I went back to school at forty & just earned my AS in Science & Healthcare; I hope to find the right fit in a company I can work with for many years to come. With sites like Zip Recruiter and Indeed, I am confident I won't be unemployed for very long.
It is so user-friendly, and the prompts are a saving grace.
Nothing so far; it seems to be going swimmingly

The number of positions presented. I find most helpful the job descriptions. The qualities I appreciate are the clarity. It is on the same professional level.

Quick access to the job search that I am requesting in the area that I live in.
Most good-paying jobs are located down the hill over 30 miles away, starting in the Fontana and Ontario areas.
I only need locations in the high desert area cities: Hesperia, Victorville and Apple Valley only.
I love that it pulled up jobs specifically related to my previous work and education experiences. I also enjoyed how simple the application process has become with just one click.
I do think that the main page that pulls up the jobs is a bit much to look at. There is a lot of information all at once. It might be improved by simply making it similar to apps like tinder or other apps where you swipe to view one item at a time.
It solves the problem of sifting through tons and tons of jobs just to find ones that are relevant to my specific needs and desires. It does all of that for me.
Zip it's always really concern about their clients it's a real support for joke seekers like me

I like the options the various options for remote positions. They are very versatile. I also appreciate the easy-to-use ways of filtering out which job types you want to look into.
I believe the only thing to dislike about zip recruiter is that when you click on a job that says remote, sometimes it is hybrid. If there were a better way to sort through them, it'd be more accessible.
The problems that ZipRecruiter is solving are giving me a platform to have an easy job search that will provide me with a better opportunity to get farther in life.

it not helping people from africa for the job searching

The consistent updates on your application that you submit. The 1-click application is a great feature, the AI with constant reminders of what's happening to your applications.
You don't know if that job you might apply for is legit. Some of the hiring positions don't seem as if they are looking to hire because of how long they have their positions up for.
Have thousands of hiring positions that I can apply for, and the 1-click is impressive. I am more productive when I can go through each application and use it quickly.
What I love best is that it matches the jobs available with the interests and skills of the applicants. The 1-click application has a lot of benefits too. I haven't seen that option on other job search sites.

There is nothing disliked, except their AI Phil, often sends me 1099 jobs which are completely beneath my executive level I am both qualified for and seeking.
The only thing, I can think of, is them getting people jobs when they need them the most. So far, I am still looking for work. So better matching jobs sent to me would be nice!
