I love filtering the job type how it narrows it down to the most liked. I also enjoy how fast employers call right away at least 24 hours later. It is a perfect engine too quickly find a job in your criteria.

I really have no dislikes I just wouldn't mind the less advertising and false jobs that send me on a wild search.

I am solving problems by setting up my resume and learning more ways to better my job experiences.

The most impressive part of ZipRecruiter is it's ability to link employers with those who seek to be employed. Although that's the entire purpose of a job site, ZipRecruiter is top notch at actually reaching that objective, compared to other job sites that seem to take a hands off approach.

As comprehensive as it is, sometimes it can be too comprehensive. Also, the main website could definitely be more user friendly.

I'm able to clearly state who I am, my experience, and find relevant openings quickly.

I like the ease of availability with job opporunities, and how promptly prospective employers respond.

To date, two of my most recent employers have come via ZipRecruiter. It works.

I like how Zip Recruiter allows me to view only the positions that match me instead of the ad-filled, cluttered websites many other job board sites have. I don't have to type in my individual work history like many of these low-tier HTML sites make you do, I just plug in my important information and a copy of my resume and potential employers can connect with me more quickly.

I think any job board site has room for improvement in ensuring that older postings get deleted on a cycle so no one wastes their time applying to positions that have already been filled. There's also always room to add more filters for job searches to better tailor results.

Zip Recruiter has given me hope in my job search. I recently moved to a new city and have been struggling with finding opportunities in the specific areas of work I'd like to take my career path towards, and Zip Recruiter has shown me an easy way to see all of these previously hidden opportunities in front of me.

I love how easy and transparent it is to apply, search, and find jobs. I have now found three fulfilling jobs i've found thanks to zip recruiter. One job I didn't even have to apply to, they found my profile and contacted me. There is always daily updates on my feed of new jobs and ones that I may like based on my experience, giving me opportunity to expand my work experience.

In my profession, I am in a hiring role. I have found that so many applicants through zip recruiter either have no clue they've applied or just scrolled down and clicked apply, apply, apply blindly hoping to catch something. I'm not sure how this would be fixed but it's a bit of a time waster when contacting applicants. Perhaps not removing one click apply altogether but requiring a little more effort and awareness on the part of the candidate. I can't tell you how many times i've called applicants and they don't even know they've applied.

I'm in the process of hiring a zip recruiter applicant. I love being notified when a candidate that could be a good fit is clearly set out above the rest.

I love how ZipRecruiter streamlines the communication process between employer and potential employee! As a government contractor, I am hardly ever promised long term employment but, with ZipRecruiter, all of the stress that comes with a potential job change is all but removed!

The one thing that I would change is that I wish ZipRecruiter would allow you to customize job searches based on the time of type work you want to do within a specific field (ie. Field: SharePoint Developer, Type: Preferred development languages).

I work as a government contractor and I am often looking for new opportunities. With ZipRecruiter's job notifications, I have greatly cut down the amount of time I have to spend scouring the internet for new opportunities. Not only am I saving time not scouring the internet and various job boards, but the screening process has been considerably reduced. I no longer have to wait weeks on end for feedback from my potential employer and ZipRecruiter even notifies me when the employer has looked at my resume, which gives me a general idea of their interest in me as a candidate!

Once you've uploaded your resume and information to this site; you'll have no problem with the 1-click apply button. It's by far one of the easiest ways to fill out dozens of applications in your field of work daily. They match up with jobs in your are in no time. I have an interview for a job I applied to yesterday. Being prompt is something I'm big on.

It's really nothing negative to say about the site. It's insightful and resourceful. My son and niece could use it with no problem for sure.It's no way someone could say this was not by far one of the easiest application tools invited.

I'm starting work as soon as my interview is over. Believe it.

ZipRecruiter Has Streamlined the hiring process and presents qualified candidates in record time. It eliminate a majority of the hiring headaches I have experienced in the past.

I wish the algorithm was a little more target in presenting opportunities to the potential employee.

The User Interface is very easy to maneuver. The application process is simple and straight to the point.

Honestly I don't have any, nothing is perfect in this life but this is so close to it! I think the only thing would be it sometimes it gets laggy which is normal when you have tons of people on your servers just goes to show how amazing ZipRecruiter is!

I have learned even though experience is key, it's also your interview is important. Like they say, be so good they can't ignore you. If you can spot a hunger but you have lack of experience they can definitely negotiate and teach you.

I like that Hiring companies can find me along with me searching for a position in a company. I also love the fact that I can apply to jobs with just one click. I can attach my resume to an application. I get notifications when an employer has looked at my resume and application multiple times. I

I am solving the problem of needing a job with benefits. Its easy to apply to positions. I have been hired by an employer that uses ZipRecruiter on my last 2 jobs. I am trying to find a management position within a company. I want to find a company that has been around for a while so that I can trust that my job will be secure. Very good to open the door, but the algorithms make it harder for myself to actual land the job. But I believe your service is a good one and well worth the sign up

As the title states, excellent job previews that are relevant and immediate status updates on all job applications. The app is fantastic!

The only thing I would recommend is set hard parameters for jobs within the mileage limit if the applicant has set one, example, within 25 miles only. Also, if the salary range could be set more firmly for the jobs being presented.

Being able to see available jobs on my cell phone and apply from there is absolutely great! The ease of the online application and uploading of a new resume and new references is very valuable.

The application is very simple to use and is subject to a lot of summaries. You are more interested in getting the work out of view or providing direct answers to your position rather than building a massive list of applicants. Also, it's also able to deliver Vets Services, with vets or applicants in transition seeking positions in which they are accessible.

Being honest, there's nothing I dislike about ZipRecruiter. I definitely give it a 10 because I feel it's almost perfect.

I think ZipRecruiter should have a job system more like Careerbuilder.com. Although their service is a great one, Careerbuilder.com has a very useful auto-apply feature that allows me to apply to hundreds of jobs all at once that are similar to the job I originally applied to. That makes it much easier to get my resume out there and more likely to be hired. I wish ZipRecruiter had a application feature like that.

This website is extemely easy to use. Jobs you want are easy to search for.

Have not found any at this time. It has been extremely easy to use, and always turns up a large variety of available jobs.

Finding jobs in the field that I am going to school for, it has been easy to find.

What I truly love about ZipRecruiter is that it does what no other job search site does - it allows you to upload your resume and let companies come to you! This is perfect for the person who does not have time to be actively applying constantly, but is interested in new opportunities. I have found that other platforms that claim to do the same simply do not work as well. I get much more contact from recruiters through ZR than anywhere else.

The only downside of ziprecruiter is that, like many other job platforms, my resume often matches with jobs in the same field as me (healthcare) but they are not jobs I qualify for. This can sometimes be frustrating to have to filter out all of the irrelevant job postings.

Every job I have ever gotten in the last 3 years has been from ZipRecruiter. I have gotten salaries sent to me before applying (I have not found other platforms that give this option), I have been able to find very unique opportunities not posted ANYWHERE else, and I overall find the website very user friendly to navigate.

Too many emails in one day. Repeat jobs in subsequent emails. Should have a method of what jobs were looked at or clicked on so that those don’t appear in future searches. Jobs looked at previously should be in a separate section.
