The site will have many job listings that are local in my area. It will also show me listings for jobs I could qualify for.
Sometimes I wish I could hide jobs from popping up on my feed.
It's looking for related jobs in my area and some that are near me. It will also look at how much experience I have and show me what I have a good match for.
The continuous communication about related jobs that you applied for previously.
When you have to apply for jobs in external services instead of the ZipRecruiter page.
The main problem of applying on a bunch of different pages.
The most helpful feature of the app is the update from your personal AI recruiter
I wish that there were ways I could upload writing samples for content writing positions.
It allows me to save time applying for jobs that are not fully remote. It also lists the salary rate for most jobs.
It's easy to use and streamlines the application process. There are usually a good group of jobs to apply for.
Sometimes there are jobs that get grouped into your job search so you can eliminate them from future searches.
It allows you to eliminate jobs from searches so that you don't have to continually filter that from searches so you can better use your time to apply for jobs that really interest you.
Ease of applying, being informed when the company views my profile, ability to view all job specifications before applying. I only use one other job board because I like how zip recruiter is formatted
I don't particularly appreciate that some of the jobs are scams. I feel like I give out a lot of personal information, which exposes me to fraud or identity theft. I also don't think there are as many reputable companies that utilize this platform as much as other job boards.
Making looking for a job easier and less painful. I can apply to multiple jobs in a short amount of time and feel confident that most of them are legitimate jobs.
The reminders of opened opportunities in the fields I am interested in.
The only thing I dislike is that there is no way to exclude positions that I have no interest in like sales or insurance.
Getting more prospective employees in front of the right individuals to make a difference in the employment process.
The ease of the application process. I am currently looking for a new position but have used Ziprecruiter to obtain employment.
I wish that the jobs that are presented are more target specified. I.E.- property management brings in other job listings that have the words property and management. I would suggest that the job descriptions require the title to remain as entered. I.E. "property manager" only.
None that I know of!
Quick question for the application process. Very easy to upload my resume.
I haven't disliked anything. So far it's been a pretty easy way to get my application to several employment agencies.
I haven't had any problem with zip recruiter, it's been a pretty easy process for application process.
Zip Recruiter has all the info you are looking for. My favorite option is the filters. You can access many specific fields and sort through unnecessary information.
There isn’t much I don't like about ZR. I wish more companies were transparent about the upfront costs or compensation for potential new hires. The resume-building portion could also use some more helpful hints on how to build a more effective profile.
I am trying to look outside my regular field and industry. Seeing all the other opportunities presented on a single site is beyond helpful. This is giving me a entire new perspective on my options.
they are fast and simple. They offer jobs relevant to my qualifications and also have 1 click apply.
some jobs I'm unqualified for, like positions that require a CDL OR forklift experience.
They are offering more relevant positions each time I start my search.
I appreciated the ability of the website to upload my personal and professional information from the pdf resume I submitted. That made the experience more user-friendly compared to similar websites.
I haven't seen a lot of recruitment to post a resume on this website before. It was a great find!
There appears to be a greater variety of local employment opportunities on this website compared to the many others I've registered with.
Most of the Job posting is true, in another site you can find to many scammers; another thing I like is that you haven't to fill out too many questions, and it makes too much easier to apply
Maybe the page would be more attractive (imagen, ads about the courses) and maybe classify the companies in the description of the job post if it is a big, medium or small business.
The best thing is that being a job posting site, it makes it much easier to look for a job, and being able to filter the job posting according to the needs makes the job search more objective
What I like the best about ZipRecruiter is that it is very easy to use.
I wish ZipRecruiter would send me fewer jobs I am not looking for.
ZipRecruiter found job opportunities that I hadn't heard of or thought of. Without ZipRecruiter, I would have had far fewer employment opportunities.
It's fast and easy and adaptable for you
Only issue I've seen is some of the jobs have been closed but not often.
Making searching for specific types of jobs faster and easier.
I love the fact that you can load your entire resume/profile and apply for jobs with the tap of a button or two.
I dislike that sometimes the jobs are in a different region or lower salary range.
The easy or access to great jobs and the ability to apply quickly/seamlessly.
User-friendly is my favorite feature of ZipRecruiter.
I dont have a least favorite thing or dislike anything specific about ZipRecruiter.
ZipRecruiter is helping me solve the problem of finding remote work after being a stay at home parent for the last 6 years.
Easy access to the jobs that fit you best, and the detailed information provided is handy. The employers who advertised jobs look genuine which most other sites don't have
The minimized window once you click on a job link is quite annoying. Please make it better by maximizing the size.
ZipRecruiter is my personal choice to find new jobs. The convenience of applying for employment through the site helps me manage my time efficiently without looking for other options.
The website is very user -friendly. Also the AI helper that you're assigned is the absolute best. It tracks your applications and responses from employers. Also it nudges you as a reminder about applications that need to be checked. I feel it is a full 360, involved experience. ZipRecruiter really makes me feel that my job hunt is all that matters. That makes me feel like I am really getting some help and that is a very good thing. Thanks Zip!!!
There is nothing to dislike about the website or its features
It is making employers more accountable to the posted requisitions and not keep potential candidates waiting. I feel that is helping me make progress and be more productive
The vast selection of jobs and ease of applying.
Having to sift through jobs outside of my location preference.
I have had no problems with ZipRecruiter.
Easy for me to one-click apply, and the visual on the website is much better.
n/a, I never really dislike anything, just yet. I will update you when I get one.
