Zip Recruiter is one of the top platforms for finding a job. It's easy to use and fast to get responses. The best thing is I can also use the mobile app to track applications and get updates. One of the best platforms for Applicants and employers according to their needs. You can also get alerts for job searches and also follow-up messages. There is also an option for posting a job for open roles, which is very helpful for both applicants and recruiters to fulfill their requirements.
Zip Recruiter has nothing to change and is doing a great job; I highly recommend it to anyone in the job search. There should also be some options for manual use, but that also depends on requirements.
It helps in finding the right talent for job openings, Responses are rapid and assist in keeping track of applications, and we get alerts. I use it in posting jobs, also.
Easy use and well-known job site with a proven track record. This site has more jobs listed compared to others.
There is nothing to dislike about using this site. It has become one of the go-to job sites.
The jobs that are listed usually list estimated salary.
ZipRecruiter has helped me find work before and with ease. The application process is straightforward, and when an employer wants to communicate with you, the in-app messaging is very user-friendly.
The downside to ZipRecruiter is there are many applicants for each position, so getting a call back may be difficult, but with a good resume and vital skills, this can be circumvented.
Applying to jobs from my phone and at home has never been easier, with the resume template plus my pdf resume saved in the app, I am able to apply to jobs quickly.
ZipRecruiter makes finding many jobs within my desired field and area a breeze. The job search feature is simple to use. Other job search sites also lack the accuracy of ZipRecruiter's job search feature.
The only downside of ZipRecruiter is that the client sends you back to your profile page when you apply for a job. This has made it difficult to keep track of what jobs I have applied to and where those jobs are located.
ZipRecruiter takes the stress out of finding jobs within my very specific field of expertise. Each of the results of my searches aligns with the exact job type I am looking for. This makes it so much quicker to find jobs to apply for.
It's super easy to get started on ZipRecuiter. Right from the start, they allow you to upload your resume, then they begin to create a relevant profile based on the resume sections. Once an initial profile is created, they give tips on improving visibility with potential employers and making your profile stand out.
The user experience can be a bit overwhelming with so many options. The site could be easier to use if they removed some features or allowed users to select the most interesting parts.
ZipRecruiter streamlines the job search process, allowing users to focus on finding a great new career opportunity rather than taking a lot of time building the profile.
I love Ziprecruiter's easy to use interface and my personalized job alerts I receive daily. I also appreciate that I can track my applications and the real time data thats made available to me. The best quality that makes Ziprecruiter stand out above the competition is I can do all of this from my phone through the Android application. Thanks ZipRecruiter!
The only downside to ZipRecruiter is the absence of a branded resume builder. I had hoped to handle everything within a single platform. Resume Giant was the builder I chose and one I fell would make a great team work Zip.
ZipRecruiter had made it easy to perform searches and receive personalized email alerts for multiple fields. I find myself more invested in my search and it helps to see how well a listing matches my skills.
The layout is very organized. Updating my info and seeing who has checked my applications is easy.
Everything is working well. I have no complaints.
I'm looking for a new job, and ZipRecruiter is helping.
Zip recruiter makes it simple to apply for jobs relevant to your industry with just a single click. The amount of content a job seeker is able to upload is sufficient enough that you feel as though you are truly able to present yourself as a potential employee in a way that feels satisfactory.
The suggested jobs that are displayed could be more user friendly in terms of allowing the job seeker to filter suggestions by different preferences. If this is a feature then it could be made more visible or apparent to users.
Zip recruiter is allowing me to search through local jobs all in one place, and making the application process very streamlined and easy to use. I feel as though I am able to showcase my talents as a prospective employee.
It's helpful to have the capability to look and even apply for jobs using both your mobile device and laptop. The email alerts are helpful reminders that encourage you to look at an opportunity you may have missed during your initial search.
It's not that I dislike it, but when you view a job for the first time, it's annoying that the description is cut off, and you must open up the entire job posting. It's that 2nd click thing for me - it would be a time saver to have maybe state the company name, location by zip code, job title and how long the posting has been up.
While I am searching, Phil is searching for me as well. It's helpful to get into my inbox and see if I missed an opportunity. I use multiple search engines, so returning to my inbox a few days later and being reminded to check an opportunity out is excellent. I love time savers.
The most helpful with ZipRecruiter is the jobs and how they always follow up and let you know what's going on.
I really don't dislike anything I love everything about it.
It's helping me with how to apply it, easily with one tap. Imagine having to fill every line on an application with these guys you don't have to do that.
I found it really easy to navigate ZipRecruiter! I liked that it has a section of suggested jobs, it helped me narrow down what I was looking for.
Sometimes the suggested jobs were in a different state or such, but it's easy to fix that. When you are using the search bar so it isn't a dislike. It was just a slight inconvenience.
Ziprecruiter is helping me find a part time job in my city. It is benefitting me by providing me the comfort of applying to any job in the comfort of my own home.
How well and quick it matches positions that fit your profile
Nothing, lol. This is a great site to help with employment opportunities.
None
Is very help full instead waste time to go to each employer portal to upload and fix your resume on each platform, actually is very simple to use and have automated recommendations with good matching with the skills
at the beginning when you create the profile the first job recommendation are a little far from the match but is not a big deal just fix a little bit the resume and that's it
Avoiding to waste time going to each job application platform, and direct post your resume to the hiring department and the communication with the recruiters are very close
1 click apply is the best lets me apply to multiple jobs in mins
too many emails spamming my inbox daily send
Allow me to apply to multiple jobs in minutes, increasing my chance of finding the job I need! Yes , I've been more productive and landing more job opportunities.
The multiple recommendations I received were targeted and accurate to my abilities, and applying for the positions is a straightforward process, unlike some job boards, which make you jump through hoops.
I haven't found any downside to using ZipRecruiter. Still, it may help some applicants avoid making errors if they remind them to ensure their Resume and information are current before applying.
A more comprehensive range of potential jobs that are well suited for me.
ZipRecruiter has an awesome algorithm for your job search. I receive the best recommendations. They send email to keep you informed about applications submitted.
The number emails can be a little overwhelming,
The search application works well providing job postings that fit my profile with advanced search filters and I can change any of the filters without having to start the search from the beginning.
There are a couple of things I like about ZipRecruiter: - Job match, makes it easy for me to know if is a good match - 1 click apply - updated daily - ai assistant that recommends new jobs
To be perfectly honest, there aren't that many things that are bad bout ZipRecruiter but there is one thing I don't like: -The matching features for certain jobs that I am eligible for are considered a "bad match"
I am currently unemployed and I am looking for a job. ZipRecruiter is helping me source new opportunities and allows me to apply to many jobs that may be a potential fit for me.
I like the customized emails and the easy apply. I think it's easy to navigate and provides information accurately and quickly.
I think Zip Recruiter does a great job, I can't think of anything I dislike.
I am currently seeking employment and having difficulty finding jobs that meet the requirement I have or that I meet the requirements for. I like that curated jobs are sent to my inbox and I don't have to search.
I am highly impressed with the job options available for hybrid, remote, and flexible schedule job positions.
After applying for the positions on Zip Recruiter, I rarely here back regarding the status of the position. There is no follow up not follow through with the job status.
This website offers flexible and remote job positions that I am not able to locate using other job search engines. It benefits me by allowing me to find a position that best fits my needs.
Easy to apply to jobs, a ton of job options, and easy to navigate around the website.
Not able to email recruiters directly and hard to get a job.
Giving me a lot of job options and easy to apply to them.
