Ease of operation lots of good leads to follow up on

I can't really say there is anything I don't like. Other than some of the leads that are posted have already expired when I go to apply. Improvement in making sure that all leads posted are still current (not closed or already filled. But overall very pleased with service

I have search remote jobs for different websites but ZipRecruiter is one of the best website.

Best Upside is that job recommendations are more aqurately tuned to individual needs,others pick out 1 keyword and send recommendations that don't come close to fitting your profile

Finding job openings I havent seen anywhere else and I like that they tell you when your application has been looked at even when it's multiple times. That benifit is pease of mind that my application is noticed

I enjoy that zip recruiter allows me to match jobs that best fit my skills and experience and also allows me to follow up on applications I have submitted and the status of the applications.

I have not been able to filter out certain jobs yet, i.e. project management roles keep popping up for construction although my profile and resume do not indicate any construction experience.

Helping me identify job opportunities and easily applying rather than having to refill out all of my work experience unlike other sites and career sites that are available.

The most helpful thing about ZipRecruiter is how easy it is to use. I can easily find jobs that match what I am looking for. I appreciate that ZipRecruiter has a unique feature that shows when my experience is a good match for a job and how it recommends jobs that match my skills and experience.

The only downside of ZipRecruiter is that there is no information provider for the applicant to follow up with the company after applying to show our interest and stand out.

It allows me to find a job that best fits my skills and experience. It is a faster way to apply to multiple jobs and find employment in my area with the desired pay and location.

ZipRecruiter's presistane and total commitment on help you find a job. Even if you begin to get sidetracked they will help you stay focused on what you need.

Occasionally I noticed that it kept suggesting jobs from a location I do not live anymore. That wasn't so helpful.

Zip offers ways to get people in your circle involved and serve as References which is often necessary to add credibility and confidence to employers that look at your profile.
