I have not identified a downside other than the name ZipRecruiter.

Can find jobs indeed does not catch with industry-specific and cuts out staffing agency cattle call posts.

1-Click Apply is the best. Saves so much time. I also like the daily email with jobs that matches my profile directly sent to me.

Sometimes some information is missing, such as whether a position is remote, onsite, or hybrid.

Trying to apply to jobs faster without taking much time to use. This has been super beneficial and has made me more productive.

Many people hate taking hours to find for employees or jobs, and they have organized this perfectly! I can apply to so many amazing jobs within 15 minutes! As an employer, it's increased our searchability effectively and efficiently!

Ease of selected wants and needs. ZipReruiter found precisely what I was looking for and allowed me to choose specific jobs to my liking.

I have been on ZipRecruiter for years and they never fail to help find employment. They offer a variety of legit job opportunities and the chances of getting hired is on this site is 90%.

I have not had any negative experiences with ZipRecruiter. The only thing is that some employers require ZipRecruiter to screen applicants to see if they're are a good match.

I believe it depende upon the individual themselves,for me it reações out a much broader band and certin symalritys to going and accept.I do not have a Business yet but im working on it.

I like that it provides jobs similar to the one you're looking for. It remembers all the aspects of the career and provides valuable insight into whether the job would be right for you. Seeing the number of jobs that would work for me is relieving. It's easing to see this in such a hard time.

I wish it would bring jobs that pertained to my location more. For example, I live in Texas. I would give me reliable jobs that pertained to what I'm looking for, but they would be located in Nevada or Massachusetts. So, many jobs it provided for me would be out of the question.

I'm sure they're continuously working on their accuracy, and I understand that coding is really difficult. As they're continuously working on their accuracy, I'm able to find more and more jobs that are relevant to me.

I like the AI feature that sends out positions and reminder information.

The only bad thing is when I apply for a job it takes me back and I have to re-type in my job search and all the filters. I wish it would stay.

The actual website is a little plain and needs better appeal. Upgrading the webpage would be awesome, so it's simplified, a lot, more radiant it looks like a Template -an unfinished homepage.

The upsides of using Ziprecruiter are that you get jobs that match your resume and have a dashboard to see the status of the jobs you applied to.
