The biggest benefit about Zoho CRM is the annual cost for a small business. You get functionality as if you had a big CRM but with a smaller pricepoint.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The biggest headache about Zoho CRM is that you have to manually integrate zoho CRM with the other Zoho tools. We were constantly in contact with the Zoho support team. Which is like pulling teeth to get them to understand what your goals are. Your best bet is to hire an independent consultant that understands the integration api's for zoho.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho CRM is just that, a centralized database for client data. You can customize the layout to benefit your organizations' focal points. If the sales team needs to have information at their finger tips this tool helps provide them with quick and easy access.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I like the integrations with the entire Zoho ecosystem and the marketplace is huge. Zoho CRM offers powerful features with Automations, blueprints and great reporting. Zoho can also customize a lot of things via custom function. Their technical support is Great.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The interface really need some love and UI/UX improvement. So many clics to do, a lot of scrolling, etc. We also had a lot of issues with the implementation of the software. We could not attach a task to more than two modules. Therefore, a task could only be tied to a person and a DEAL OR ACCOUNT (not both...). The task management is a total nightmare with Zoho CRM, compared to Pipedrive CRM. (No color, not intuitive interface, hard to link a person, a deal and an account to a task, no automated task creation after closing a task, etc...)

Some elementary things are missing, such as the ability to add photos of goods to the inventory and other small but critical things for us that no one wants to fix.

- Zoho CRM is cheap, any 2-5 person startup could run in their 60-80% of business in the software, and it still will come underneath the budget. - If you are running traditional businesses, this software is good to begin with to run the pilot run!

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

- UX complex to master, atleast require a demo or two to know how to work around the software! - Customer Support is slow, most times we don't even get a quick response from the team

We had a traditional business (transportation), we were working on spreadsheets, it was turning to be a nightmare, then we started using Zoho CRM, we were achieving 60% productivity from 2nd month!
