It's very informative with the insights. Reports for everything you need one for. Has great workflow creation that helps you place the right marketing emails to the correct leads.
That it's not free!! Lol. It's okay though because it's really not that expensive compared to others and the amount of product that comes packed into it. There's really nothing to dislike.
Customer conversion. It's a really good tool that I can integrate many of other products into. It will identify what my customers interact with and target that niche with that certain customer for marketing. So simple!!

Marketing management got better
I love that this is an all-in-one solution to marketing, website integration, emails, customer journeys, surveys, plus so much more! It really connects all the dots between the Zoho apps used in marketing to fully nurture leads. It opened up a whole new world for me and my team so we can automate more, and keep us focused on the bigger tasks we deal with day-to-day.
This app has a lot of layers and integrations giving it a big learning curve. It took me a while to figure out and manage, but thankfully the Zoho team has been helpful with one-on-one sessions and their webinar series.
I'm now able to have an intelligent customer journey that is fully automated with text messaging, emails, CRM talkback, tagging and really just opening up a whole new world for how we communicate to our leads and buyers. Smart Pop-ups for my website is a problem solved. I like that the embedded code from Marketing Hub on my website keeps things very easy so I don't have to utilize third-party plugins from Wordpress. Make changes in Hub and refresh my website and boom! it's live. Tying in all of the apps and features solved my biggest dilemma since starting with Zoho. As a small team of employees, this allows us to operate as if we were a massively large scaled company. You would think we were a team of 100+ people. :-)
Incredibly extensive toolset for creating and managing leads but more importantly for outlining, documenting, and tracking the entire process from lead generation to sales follow-ups, all packaged in a well-designed user-friendly package. This is Zoho's newest product, I believe, and easily its most mature. This can be seen most prominently by allowing easy integration with already existing enterprise web apps.
There's some duplication of setup, particularly in syncing services. A clear onboarding process would be helpful, despite the clean and accessible dashboard. No integration with Zoho's own forms app? Or am I missing something?
Up till now, I'd yet to discover a marketing hub with bleeding-edge ability to integrate with existing web apps and to bring all the possible tools together in one dashboard. A seemingly impossible task Zoho has done with aplomb.
Creating email marketing campaings for our lead base, and tracking opens/clicks makes Zoho Marketing Automation a very handy tool.
The reporting funtion can be combersome. It took a while for me to understand. Also, I find it upsetting that MA doens't run congruently with campaigns.
Zoho MA helps us stay ontop of our lead base. After going through MA, our sales team can see which leads are qualifed to speak with.
Its increases our revenue and implementation is ease.The features of this product is very reliable to the business

1. Easy to configure 2. User friendly controls
1. No customization for image position available for smart - pop up. Have limited options. 2. The color settings for button don't work somtimes. Nothing happens when clicked to change the color. 3. Can't add font types 4. Overall limited options for customization in smart -pop up
We are benifitting from using Survey forms in Zoho.
