Zoho Marketing Automation is easy to setup and implement, our tech team completed the integration in a day's time. You can implement email automations to send out emails based on various events performed on your platforms. It also gives an overview of users coming on the platform from all around the globe. We use it regularly to run email campgains and see the opening rates of our emails. Customer support site of their platform is very detailed and can resolve any query
The only thing I do not like about this platform is interface which is very old fashioned.
We use this tool in setting up the email campgains, building landing pages and sending custom event triggered mails to the customers and also send out newsletter on monthly basis.

It is for small and medium business models Its technical and a little complicated It doesn't always give sales ready leads Features are limited It's expensive There are continuous bugs and errors
The support is good enough to resolve the erros and bugs Analysing is better through reports Automated campaigns are beneficial
It helped me to automate my work with the very automation tools.
Technical compact ability with the latest technology
It help me to close work faster with better visibility at every stage of my work.
I mainly use this for social media marketing - the monitoring and scheduling feature is very helpful for us. Previously, I used Hootsuite and Sprout Social, this is on par.
The support is not great, and the self help section takes a long time to search for the query.
Marketing automation is required for every business - specially for startups. If you are on a budget but want all marketing automation features without breaking the bank, go for this.
It's simple to use, user friendly and easy to use.
There wasnt anything to dislike about the service as we just needed a basic service from zoho and it met our requirements
We were looking for an automated email responder. The benefits allowed us to send required emails to our students.
Easy to capture leads and store their data easy to capture ROI of leads campaign Send a survey to campaign members and even integrate with sites such as WordPress, survey monkey etc
Less features and very limited to capture leads and survey process. Couldn't integrate with other marketing automation tools such as Oracle Eloqua & hard to integrate with cloud-based CRMs
Capture leads and add them to campaigns and calculate ROI based on that
I like the different tools it incorporates. From the support tickets to the automated chats, it offers a lot of value!
It doesn’t work the best with Safari. Certain elements work better on Chrome. For instance, Zoho sales IQ isn’t the best with safari unless you download the app.
It’s really useful for marketing and support. It’s helpful to track communications between customers.
I really like how the filter for contact and wordpress plugin to push lead directly into the system.
The documentation are not detail enough and number of custom field limitation.
Automation of lead integration and managing campaign directly inside crm.
We pay for the Zoho CRM and the marketig functionalities are a plus, however very little used when compared to our usage of HubSpot.
Even if it has a direct integration with Zoho CRM IMO the Zoho Marketing Automation it's not enoughly attractive for us to completely switch from HubSpot
It's connecting the list of contacts from Zoho CRM and helping with the reach out to these contacts
Its easy to set up a marketign campaign, also essy to leversge insghts.
Its not the fastest solution in the market, even being SaaS
Marketing campaigns at low cost
Analyze visitors and their actions. Then analyze behavior and set goals. Give me help to make them customers
Track all pages on site, workload sometimes is too much to handle
Help manage marketing activities across multiple channels
I so wish I can use Marketing Hub, I've spent hours trying to figure out how to just get a journey setup
My experience has been quite frustrating. Although, the concept and vision of what you will eventually be able to do with MarketingHub is quite amazing, the back end bugs that still need to be fixed, will prevent you from doing magic right now.
Website goals and events: These are working but to a point. They sometimes have a delay which can cause problems when you need/want something to happen based on one of the goals or events.
It's a visually appealing platform for creative types
It's fairly difficult to find your way around the platform. Needs a bit of work.
It assists in automating simple email and marketing campaigns.
It's incredibly powerful and offers a vast library of tools. There a lot of ways to review performance reports, and the main campaign builder is relatively simple to use. It also syncs with many of the other Zoho products; integration and tracking stats in the other tools within the suite we have was very important to us. The journey builder is also a real boon, and while we haven't implemented the customer journeys yet, we are working on building the campaigns to use in journeys, and look forward to launching it.
Unfortunately the syncing frequently does not work like it is supposed to, and I am not speaking of only user errors here. Also, we thought that the web assistant based scoring to help us qualify leads would be based on cookies, or be syncable with Zoho Surveys or Zoho Forms, but actually it ONLY works if a prospect signs themselves up through a Zoho MarketingHub form, which has a mandatory double opt-in feature creating more obstacles for the end user. This was not clear until we asked someone why the Zoho Forms we had integrated in the MarketingHub Lead Gen tool weren't working to give our prospects scores. Additionally, the emails send through Zoho are going to spam more often than our emails from other email campaign building services. This includes emails being sent to staff members. Combining this with the double opt-in requirement means that we're basically not able to use web assistant based scoring. (In fact, our VP of Sales didn't even receive the confirmation email after using our Zoho MarketingHub form; another staff member received in their SPAM folder) Also, for anyone who has used other email campaign building tools such as iContact or Constant Contact, the Zoho campaign builder is less intuitive and there's definitely a bit of a learning curve. It is simple, yes, but you will need to unlearn a number of things that you might think are standard across all platforms.
We've gone back and forth with Zoho's customer service for weeks now, in an effort to get something as simple as Lead Scores to push to Zoho CRM. We followed all of the directions to set it up, went through a couple of calls with Customer Service, and have received a series of follow up emails from them saying that their developers have fixed the issue, only to discover that it isn't actually fixed. It's been very disappointing since we worked hard to set up email campaign activity scoring (which DOES work) and we want our business development and sales team to be able to sort using the scores in CRM, but it just won't sync correctly. And I can't stress enough that this is taking weeks. I also want to mention that there is no customer service phone number, ONLY an email-based ticketing service. They will schedule a phone call with you if it is deemed necessary, or if you request one.
