I'm solving the issue relating to Events management, matches (golf), registration, publications on comming events, nicer/updated presentation, ease-of-use.
I like that the platform is pretty easy to understand and self-explanatory. There is a lot of high-quality articles in a database (10web Help Center) if you have some issues. Good site speed is also an advantage.
I don't like that I can't get direct support with a real person in one day where I have a problem. I made mistakes by setting up my MX records for the email service of the domain I move. I could not see what caused an error but wanted to solve it quickly because emails are coming and I need to respond in time.
I like that my site receives a nice speed because it was a real problem with other hosting provider. I recommend 10web for the experienced web-developers.
Dashboard interface is beautiful for a newbie...not as dated as Cpanel.
Support is slow and not live. They have had downtime many times. I simply don't trust this host provider like I do my other.
I'm canceling my account, as I've not seen any benefit.

Nothing - the plugin doesn't work for months.
The Instagram plugin doesn't work for months when IG is upgraded. They keep selling subscriptions knowing that it doesn't work and when you contact them they offer you extensions. This time, when they got the pluging working again, it didn't recognize existing settings/data so all had to be manually set up again. I asked for a refund but they didn't want to give me this. I would stay away and find other IG plugins.
Was trying to have instagram feeds on my website but the plugin constantly stops working when IG/Facebook make changes.
In my case, 90% of the functions they claim are not working 100% of the time. This is an absolute time waster and killed some of my startup ideas because of bugs. If you want to have a working business, this is the last adress i would give my trust to.
In my eyes, these guys should go to jail.

I was trying to solve our hosting problem.
Their pricing was attractive at first until the renewal period came around only to find out that I was being charged for more sites than I was using.
Overcharged for hosting and when I reached out to support they just gave BS excuses and did nothing to remedy the situation at all, completely negating the terms of the plan, resulting in paying double what I should have been paying.
Website hosting. There are no benefits. The pricing is a lie. The "fast" speeds aren't as advertised. Customer Service is almost never helpful. STAY AWAY FROM 10WEB!
