What do you like best about 800.com?

What was most helpful was that you can customize verbally or numerically your toll-free number. We used the Call Routing and Auto Attendant tools. Much more flexible!

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Customers may feel that an 800 number is not as personal as a direct number, but we always gave a direct number after the initial call. Can't think of any improvements.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We received more call volume, and with that volume, the platform helped us manage the influx of calls. More productive. Yes, business performance had increased.

What do you like best about 800.com?

No need for hardware. Ability to forward extensions to cell phones. Pricing. We also use HUBspot with it.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Inability to respond to inbound texts from the interface. It works great otherwise. I really love it.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

No need for a receptionist. No need for a PBX. Ability to save money by virtualizing. Great vanity number for marketing. Cost savings and groeth combined.

It was so easy to find and sign up. The simplest part of starting my business.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

It becomes a bit out of sight, out of mind. Hard to keep track of what I'm paying for and when.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly, I just needed a number. It is something that I had to have but didn't really want to invest a lot of time doing.

Customization of the online dashboard of features such as voicemail, forwarding, and phone log reports.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I don't have any dislikes, overall I really the platform.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had an issue forwarding the call; however, I found and got it to work. The benefit is having the appearance of a larger company.

I tried originally setting up thru Comcast/local companies, but they made it horrible. So I went to 800.com and got the domain we wanted quickly and easily. Easy to log in and navigate, get bills & set up payment systems. 10/10

Nothing really, it's quick and easy to use. very painless

Extremely easy to use and set up. Very affordable. The charts and data analytics are useful.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

We like everything we have found with 800.com

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to save a decent amount of money using 800.com to forward our 800 number compared to the big telephone service providers. This has allowed us to keep the number we had for years and a number that customers already knew.

Super convenient to use and allows smaller businesses to have a larger presence with professionalism

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Nothing, I like everything about this company and their software.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Our company has been using this for a while now. No complaints. Service does exactly what we need it to.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Wish they would come down on the price a little bit or come up with a TXT-only plan. We really only use this service for texting customers anyways since in this day in age not many people check their voicemails.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clients rarly answer unknown numbers or check voicemails. We got around this by using the TXT feature 800.com provides. Now our customers see our txt about an upcoming appointment they have and will call back our office quickly.
