I really enjoy everything, coming from another telephony system, I was in charge of finding a new system. We love aircall, and really had a smooth transition. The conferencing and transfer options are so solid, as well as everything else. The dash is easy to understand and the UI is intuitive. I'd go with them 1,000 times over.
I truly don't have much to say about cons. The integrations could be a little smoother, but once they are established they are really easy to finish.
We had connection issues with our last system, and it hasn't been a thing with aircall. The support is so fast when there is an issue, and the communication between the team and our team has been great.
Very accessible application and straightforward, It Has new features that enable us to secure notes that will be linked through our intercom cases; thus, the fun part with it lets you choose your ring tone.
Sometimes there is a bug or glitch whenever putting a guest on hold and getting back to them. You have to wait for the application to crash and would need to reopen again to call back the guest.
Let's us easily communicate with our guests, partners and local station around the world. The contact section makes it easy for us to not only find the number but the email address of a partner overseas.
Aircall lets people call numbers all around the world efficiently and conveniently.
I can say that the thing that I dislike about Aircall are the downtimes that rarely happens but after that it's better than ever.
Aircall helps me in speaking with people around the world with convenience. It's features have noise cancelling and network detection that really helps me with the quality of the calls.
Aircall is user-friendly and very easy to operate and set up. Gives you crisp calls globally, no hassle when transferring calls and is good with outbound calls/customer support.

Aircall helped to move away from desk phones, especially during the covid times. It was a big decision for businesses to start working from home and we needed the office phone system at home, which wasn't an option as we were using Desk phones. Then Aircall came into the picture and offered a solution to transition to a softphone using the same office numbers. this is game-changing for us,
The minimalistic design and very easy to use, the notifications are very easy and come when needed and arent excessive .
With calls coming in as voicemails the system cannot handle more than 99 calls at a time and random calls are pushed to an overflow queue and pop up whenever there's space available but you can't even see how many calls are sitting when there is more than 99 or how long calls have been sitting or where they are disappearing to in these overflow queues
Its allowing us to call our customers back in a timely manner keep track of our what time frame we are doing this in, easily get our reports and pull data from past calls
that you can answer calls with the enter and hang up with the ESC key
Sometimes it is really slow and will not let me answer a call
it helps to be able to keep up with what happend in the call because i can go back anlisten to the call
I love the simplicity and ease of access Aircall provides to my colleagues and me for everyday use! Voices are very clear when receiving inbound calls or outbound calls.
History sometimes will not catch a phone call received or made. The To-Do is not the best at catching calls that have already been handled and will not automatically remove them when an Agent has already reached out to a missed number.
Aircall allows us to connect with our corporate customers with our newish platform, which hasn't been fully integrated into our already established system. Aircall has been a life saver with keeping in constant contact with restaurants and customers.
The customer service and support we've been given by Garon is second to none. He's knowledgeable, conscientious, and always makes himself available. Beyond that the main benefit for us from the product itself has been the solid integration with Hubspot.
Right now, we have everything we need. Time will tell if there are areas to improve.

I love AirCall due to the fact that our customer service team can contact people without using their cell phones / personal information.
It had a few bugs in the beginning but as more time goes on they're getting better and better with the updates!
