The quality of calls and being able to transfer easily to teammates
Sometimes the app glitches out but can be easily fixed with a refresh
Allows our clients to easily contact our Support Team and any one of our team can jump on the call quickly
The whole team works from one number. The aircall app also makes it easy to stay on top of any incoming messages and has been a key factor in connecting with my clients.
If I could add a feature it would be to see which team members have viewed the text messages. In Aircall, text messages don't get checked off on everyones dashboard which is great, because it means that I can keep track of my messages, but with a big team, there are a lot of new incoming texts.
Being able to call leads and clients from anywhere in the world. This is especially benificial wih a remote job. My messages and calls are all stored in a central place and does not get mixed up with my personal texts on my phone.
All calls are clear! The features and the customer service are amazing. The reps assisted me with my SMS messaging and they were very responsive and quick to help.
At this time, I can't think of anything I dislike about Aircall.
At this time, Aircall has assisted me with my SMS feature. I am unable to receive or send messages to my clients and Aircall is currently assisting me with this.
Love the analytics side of aircall! I also appeciate that it intregrates with our tech stack. The transctipt feature has been an excelent feature as well. Call routing is also very simple and easy to set up on your own.
Only thing I don't find beneficial for our specific needs is that an auto dialer is not a part of aircall. What's available now is the ability to read the numbers off of a list or page but it's not exactly what we need for our business. Would be great if it had a real auto dialer to reach x amount of customers and if the customer wanted to speak to someone, they can opt in to do so.
The integration feature is an element we have focused on to improve for our business needs. We have used PostCall in order to survey our customers to be able to collect a CSAT score. We have also partnered up with Flip AI to handle some of our calls that do not require assistance of an agent.

With aircall we can provide timely follow-up to all our clients, which helps us increase sales and improve our response times, as well as an increase in the productivity of our agents. It also helps us address the need to work from home that has arisen in the wake of the pandemic as we can monitor agent performance and ensure service is not interrupted.
I would like that when uploading a base in the powerdialer the telephone numbers and names in contacts are saved automatically, since at this moment it is necessary to first upload the base to contacts and then to the powerdialer so that it takes the name of the contact.
The productivity of our agents was a problem since having to dial manually very few calls were made during the day, with aircall we automate the calls to all customers who register on our portal so that the agents can only dedicate themselves to selling the product, this has represented an increase in sales. In addition, thanks to the carousel we can ensure that the workload is distributed equally among all agents
It's so quick and easy to use, I can reach anyone within a second as everything in the app is well connected and arranged.
It often restarts and then I need to get back in again, meaning I could have missd some calls.
I can reach any international number and solve my issues quickly, as otherwise I'd have to rely on emails or Whatsapp only.
There are so much thing can do with Aircall. What I like about aircall is, I can listen to my colleagues recorded calls specially if doing investigation it is more usefull. Also, with aircall, it is very easy to access and very friendly user specially for us as a customer service staff.
So far there is nothing I dislike but as soon as I experience some problems or difficulties I may change or update my review but so far I am enjoying using this aircall.
It helps me a lot using this tool because I was able to handle complivated cases when I need to conduct an investigation on what happened to the previous conversation since I was able to listen the recordings right away without asking my team leads.

Tagging is on an account basis. If each team can have their own set of tags, to would have been awesome.
Sales reps used to call from their WhatsApp before, where the bounce was higher. Also, the reps had to enter the call details into the CRM manually. Aircal's integration solved it.

Aircall can be integrated with other programs. We currently use Aircall to support our flight attendants support calls. We are able to return missed calls easily. We have veryhigh quality calls, and helpful tags.
The support from the Aircall team for setting up Aircall as well as resolving issues has been awesome. The app has been working really well for our employees and they are giving positive feedback after using Aircall.
Each team on Aircall cannot have their own set of tags.
Our sales reps were using WhatsApp for reaching out to customers, and those calls were not auto-logged to our CRM. Aircall solved this problem and all the calls are now tracked on our CRM. The integration is working really well.
I find the integration to Husbpot super useful. I think that's one of the main upsides of using aircall - it makes the sales experience seemless and unified. Also, I find the call quality exceptional.
I think there should be a way to link Husbpot contacts with Aircall. That way, I can keep track of incoming calls. Maybe partnering with a Caller ID provider as well.
Aircall solves the problem of making our sales cycle versatile. The SaaS model promotes working in volumes and making sure we're on top of every lead. Our business performance has definetly increased and will continue to increase as more and more team members join out initiative.
What I like best about the Aircall is its call monitoring option in that on the live call we can listen to our client conversation with our support team and if required we can share the feedback over the same call
What I dislike about Aircall is that sometimes it gets stuck and doesn't work and in that situation, we have to close it and reopen it again and we can fix this issue by enhancing the application software.
With the help of Aircall we are able to help our client over the call and as it is having a call monitoring feature and with that if any of our support members have any issues we can advise them on the same call and in the dispute situation we have the call recording to show our clients. Because of this, it's improve our productivity and efficiency
I like AirCall because it helps us to communicate with our clients and partners. It is very easy to use and convenient to us. Aircall has a clear sound and line. The upgrade is very helpful. I love it!

Aircall is the one we are using for calling our clients and partners. It helps us to reach the person we need to speak with especially those urgent matter. We are also recommending this tool.
I would say that it is the best user and cost friendly software that should be used by all call and contact centres. I highly recommend it!
Well, I don't think so that there is something to dislike about it. It's already doing great.
It gives me a feel of a real virtual phone. I can make both, inbound and outbound calls, I can track missed calls and history.
It's simple to use and allows to attend inbound call and make outbound calls too, while there is a MESSAGES tab as well, so it's just like an actual cell phone in hand.
It literally has nothing to dislike or comment on for improvement

I love how it integrates across platforms and devices. It's integration to client profiles within Hubspot makes for a streamlined stress free and efficient calling system.
I don't often see when inbound calls come through or when i receive an sms response from a client. Some calls can be garbled but its likely an ISP issue rather than Aircall.
How to connect with clients as quickly and efficiently as possible from within Hubspot to maximise the number of clients reached. Also able to review and listen back to calls easily to improve performance.
Friendly user and easy to navigate for searching history calls.
Maybe if the missed calls can be seen in more detailed note it would be great
Having issue in navigating my missed calls and some outbound calls
