AIRMEET is very easy to set up! .It is also very easy for speakers, hosts, exhibitors, and delegates to use.
I haven't found anything that I dislike!
My Customers want a platform that can be branded and make them look good, and that's exactly what AIRMEET does.
It's almost like having a conference in reality! The meeting rooms, stage, hosts, audience, everything. Very well organised. The controls are great too. The features such as polls and quizzes make the platform even more interesting.
It's a bit complicated to start of with. Especially if there are a little elderly scholars/resource persons, it's a little difficult to communicate with them. But, with I've trial run, it makes it much better.
I have hosted and attended several conferences on Airmeet. I think the host has good number of controls to ban/report someone. Make someone the presenter/ hand over the stage. This is exactly how a conference would work in reality. Polls and quizzes with instant stats make the events lively and interactive.
The branding on the platform which our audience liked.
Nothing as such. All went good for the Scripbox event.
Conferences can be done on Airmeet in a better way. Where people are fully engaged in the event.
speaker podium organization for the talk show is the best way speakers and willful persons are allowed to speak
newcomers face issues to navigate across all current activities and follow up for all events on time
Best for company-level online meetings and talks, events demos, project-based booths, etc. online organizational event management is the best benefit I felt, through Airmeet
Where do I begin? Let's start with the ease of use because, let's be honest- that is a deal-breaker if the platform is difficult for hosts or attendees. The navigation is user-friendly, the setup of your profile is simple but effective. I love the break our rooms for networking with the tables, so I can see who is there BEFORE I enter. I'm also a fan of the online vendor booths, a great way to get sponsors. One of the things I like is the ability to use prerecorded videos. Some of my speakers aren't available for a live interview but still want to be part of my summit. This feature allows me to secure speakers with busy schedules.
Nothing comes to mind at this time. I have been an attendee and a speaker using the platform.
I needed a platform to host summits on, something more robust than Zoom and one that would allow me to have sponsors virtually.
I like Airmeet because f following reasons: 1/ Seamless performance 2/ Live Poll option with Audience 3/ Options to put emojis in the live chat 4/ Different sections for chats and for asking questions from the instructor
I didn't find any downside of this tool, It is pretty amazing. Although I feel the UI can be improved.
We use Airmeet for the following purposes: 1/ Conducting meetings with the Team Members 2/ For Workshops and Townhall 3/ Also to host virtual events across the company.
Excellent user experience. Interactive capabilities. Backstage feature for speakers.
We sometimes hit firewalls and need to work around them for our attendees.
Providing engagement opportunities for attendees and sponsors. We have been able to provide a unique experience that shows ROI.
I've used many different platforms to hold meetup and summits but I think I've finally found a platform that I will use monthly for our virtual events. What I like best about Airmeet is the ability to see the virtual "tables" and see who is sitting there. I also like the ability to do speed networking.
From our recent event, the only comment or suggestion from our attendee was making the countdown timer to see main stage to be longer than 10 seconds. 10 seconds is not long enough for people to wrap up their networking discussion in the virtual "tables". Besides that everyone liked the platform.
In the current pandemic environment where there are people that might still be hesitant to gather in large crowds, we are providing a venue for people to be able to network. We are also solving the problem of driving long distances to attend physical events to network or participate in educational events.
Guest is experience is amazing User interface and quality
I wish they have an evergreen/automated webinar feature
Hosting and running virtual events for my business
Support at Airmeet. The issue was resolved in a couple of minutes.
Nothing to dislike but the new chat messages not scroll up automatically.
All good. No issues I faced using Airmeet.
I love the flexibility to present from the stage with multiple speakers, and the ability to interact with participants at tables. That is a great touch and sets Airmeet apart from other platforms I've used.
In the beginning, the learning curve was a bit tricky for me--how to go on and off stage and how best to interact with participants via chat. Once I got that down, though, everything was great.
Airmeet provides a more robust speaker/participant interactive experience that other platforms do not provide.
They use their own software to provide 24/7 video meeting support.
Sending invite emails out to attendees is a bit clunky but doable.
A more interactive and engaging online event software than Zoom. It may also replace Eventbrite.
I love the ease of setting up speakers and sending them the links. I love the way you can brand the event to your colors and custom stage backdrops. And I love the fact that it's mobile friendly!
I have issues with importing attendees using a CVS file everyone. I would love to be able to copy amd paste the attendee info to add them to the event as registered.
We are solving the issue of replicating and is replicating an in person expo by being able to offer the expo booths the networking experience and the speakers all-in-one platform
Easy to access booths, lounge and session area.
Minor dimensions were a bit difficult to follow for logo and banner placement
I solved the logo and dimension issue, their support team was amazing
It has an excellent video quality and virtual event platform. It is very easy to navigate for the admin. However, there are some features that can be improved, such as the difference between admin role and speaker role. It was not quite clear.
It is better to have more user engagement features. Currently, it seems a little too similar to another virtual event platform. It will also be great if it has virtual gifting feature in there too.
Virtual event platform which has better user engagement. I used Airmeet to host an info session for CommLead, which is a graduate degree program at the University of Washington.
While Airmeet has a lot of great qualities, their customer service is unmatched. We have never had to wait for hours for a response, and can keep moving forward with great events quickly!
The only thing I have seen that I miss is the availability to delete draft events or sort or categorize them—the dashboard gets pretty crowded.
I host virtual only events for attendees across the U.S. and Airmeet has created a plaform that includes EVERYTHING I need to do so.
Small small features like a lounge area where people can meet & greet virtually each other in small groups. As a host -- I can use retention hooks like polls, QnA to make my sessions more engaging. Those are really useful.
Few things in onboarding can be improved I feel -- may times when we see guests joining airmeet for the first time, feel a bit confused on how to navigate through the platform.
We run a large community of 70,000+ members all across the world. Pre-pandemic we used to conduct offline events which we moved completely online after the pandemic hit. Airmeet is one of the top enabler for us to make this switch where we conduct multiple engaging events for all cour community members every month to keep them engaged, informed & make entire event experience lively for them.
Different links for Speakers and attendees and brief about speakers. Organizer to monitor the whole event. Report generation Call recordings
Speaker Limitation. It should be increased up to 25 at least
We have conducted webinar for 1000 participants with the help of Airmeet.
It has the best color scheme, smooth addition of new participants, maximum control over crowd do-able, allows-us to set back-drops and put sponsor advertisements.
The only major thing that annoys not only us, the organizers but also the participants is its very, very high internet consumption. No one can watch our program entirely if they don't have a fast wifi connection
We being an NGO have conducted various meetups and townhall sessions with different villages and gathered social educators on the team to deliver guest lectures on women sanitation through this application
I love the interactive emojis and the backstage area.
There isn't anything I dislike about the platform.
We are solving being able to manage a very large audience online as well as have the whole team manage the event backstage, and highlighting the speaker/s when you need.
