Avaza is a great solution that combines resource management with project management and they have a very good support team that are able to guide you from the start.
The pricing structure is one the things that i find Avaza can work more on.
We wanted a solution to help us manage our projects and Avaza did that and more.
It's convenient, simple, clean and easy to use. The chat feature is great and keeps things all in one place. The timesheets makes it easy to track against estimates and see how accurate you are or have been in the past in order to be more accurate with estimates in the future. This is a great feature for us.
We wish it had CRM capabilities. Then it would have everything. It can also be tough to follow how the sub tasks work. We had to do some customizing to work around this. Would like to be able to assign sub-tasks to separate individuals within one larger task, but this isn't possible. The sub tasks within a task are all only assigned to the person who the larger task is assigned to. There are a lot of integrations possible with Zapier, but that isn't ideal for us as that can be expensive. So we are still searching for how we want to connect all the things. The levels of access across users can be tricky to understand and feels a little "nickel and dime" when you have to pay extra for another admin but then pay again to give them timesheet access...wish the admin level just got all of the others automatically.
It's our project management, invoicing and estimate software right now. We will likely be using it for expense reporting as well so we will have our P&L in there but we aren't there yet.

There are two functions that I currently dislike regarding the use of Avaza, one of them is the deficiency it presents within its mobile application as this limits the tracking of multiple simultaneous projects and the other function that I consider that it should improve is the integration of other channels that handle the same business management system

What you can do with Avaza's collaboration and project management tools is really a lot and will totally change your vision about project management, as a tool to manage tasks is very effective as it has many types of view to observe the type of task, duration and due date, even you can also see the performance of each person in certain task, it is a solid system to execute functions of billing hours, unforeseen expenses, projects, mobile payments and more, interface with a great architecture and very easy to navigate which makes the user experience extraordinary
The mobile applications seems to have downplayed the same need a fairly large improvement collaboration tools are scarce we could say that only has some options to establish chat conversations and does not have discussion forums, training options tutorials are very few not much help the user to understand the operation of software

The clearest weaknesses that can be observed in Avaza are that the platform does not have many collaboration functions, that in the management of working time, the records of time hours and monitoring of working hours are a little deficient, that the number of integrations is almost zero and to conclude that one could expect a little more from mobile applications

While Avaza integrates a lot of features that are very useful also has a couple of things that I do not like for example the mobile application that does not have the same performance as the web application, within the time management tools I can not do the calculation of overtime as well as tracking offline hours that can sometimes be a problem, the bills should have an option to provide the signature of the customer, the file transfer is not very fast and finally I would like technical support to improve response time

It doesn't have the amount of reports needed to do advanced work and it is also a little hard to understand the options they offer. The mobile application does not have the same amount of updates as the desktop version
The Business Plan has helped us because we have several managers for all our teams. The time sheets are very easy to use to record the hours worked by each employee and we have managed the expenses in a better way. All the invoicing options are fast and have helped to get better communication between the team.
