Basecamp allowed us to drastically improve project management. Everyone involved had visibility and knew what was due, who owned it, and timing.

It's super easy to use and easy to get our clients added to each project. Once we setup a client on Basecamp we can submit tasks for them to complete, have them review tasks we've completed, and gather important stuff such as logos, logins, etc from each client. We currently have over 30 clients and their projects added to our Basecamp account.

Honestly there is nothing I've found while using Basecamp that I don't like. Sometimes the email notifications seem to not deliver properly, but that could be spam filters or something else.

We are using Basecamp to manage all of our clients in one single interface. For each client we add to our Basecamp, we add their important documents such as logos, logins, onboarding documents, important links, etc. We tried a couple of other project management platforms before switching to Basecamp, and once we made the switch to Basecamp we never looked back.

I like that it allows for everyone to connect with each other to see all the information needed for the team/company. When someone updates something, everyone can see it and/or have access to it. It keeps everyone in the know and updates with the information they need.

There are not many downsides other than that it can be somewhat tricky to find specific information you need because it holds all your information. Some sort of search bar aspect would be benificial to easily find what you need.

Communication and organization are important benefits to basecamp as it allows for everyone to have access to the company information.

Basecamp is a leading application in project management, as it is easy to use for everyone, and works effectively to help in organizing and scheduling the tasks of the project with the data that is entered through the cooperation of all members of the work team. Using Basecamp, the organization will have the ability to follow up on all project activities, in addition, it will have a database of documents and documents that are uploaded by the members of the work team. I also love Basecamp's notification system, where you'll constantly receive emails about updates made by team members, and you'll also be able to notify colleagues in the same way when you add documents or make new edits. I also like the way all activities are displayed in the form of a Gaunt Chart, tables that show the work plan for the coming days, as this will enable the work team to make the correct scheduling of all tasks.

There are no unhelpful things about Basecamp worth mentioning, the app is easy to use for everyone, and notifications arrive via the mobile phone on time, actually, I've been using it for about a year and everything is working fine.

The most important thing that Basecamp helped me with was to track tasks in a correct manner, which reduces the possibility of any unexpected things happening. It also helped me to implement a system for saving project data, wherewith Basecamp things became organized and all documents and documents related to project activities are stored on the system, which helps you to refer to them easily when needed.

The best thing about Basecamp is that it has provided us all with a space where we can make a real step-by-step of each project, task, activity, event, among others. I consider it a tool that improves everyone's participation and the completion of tasks in a democratic way using it as a creative path, thanks to all the available resources and functions that allow us (through the respective permissions) to comment, edit and contribute. Tasks and jobs are visible to all involved or interested staff, which saves time, as before, it was necessary to update each person or group through endless emails. Leaders, managers, and administrators can leave constructive criticism, which makes it easier for us to correct weak points, and we all improve, putting more focus on where we need to work more. And in more generic terms about Basecamp as software; it can be accessed from any device and place. It offers a lot of security to the content managed by this means, so it also becomes an excellent place to store files, feedback and share it easily with other team members.

The search filters are a weak feature in Basecamp. I think that's the only thing I have to mention, from the beginning I liked this software because first of all the interface was friendly and easy to use. Although I would also like to know the availability status of the members, it would be great.

Basecamp is so easy to learn, and it has changed the way our company has approached project setup and monitoring. Truly adds efficiencies and time saving to our staff.

Wish there were more restrictions on who can archive a project, or at least a notification to the individual who created the project when someone else archives it.

Basecamp has created much more of a sense of belonging as our teams have worked remotely for the past 20 months. It also has created much more organization among teams as they work to create and complete a project. The ease in which you can manage tasks, assign tasks, invite people to the project, keep all pertinent documents and notes within the project have all saved us so much time and efficiency. No more chasing down emails for all of this, as it resides in one place and can be updated as needed.

I like the way the site is organized. It allows multiple projects and tasks to be added to them. Also having multiple users that you can tag makes assigning tasks really easy.

There isn't too much I don't like about this tool. I think it is a little pricey but I don't pay for it. Also, some of the notifications are a little annoying but you can change those.

It is solving problems of keeping track of projects. Before they were emailed and I have to keep track of them in excel or on my personal computer. Now I can use this and I can see an overview of things I need to do.

Basecamp has been a wonderful team collaboration software with a myriad of features and tools to support team collaboration tasks on projects. Basecamp also supports integration with a wide range of other software and services to better accelerate and streamline the team collaboration process.

The only downside of using this software is that the communication feature of users through the software is not the most user-friendly.

Basecamp is a vital collaboration software when it comes to tracking and managing tasks. It is a simple, user-friendly software that appeals to most people.

There are many things that I liked most in basecamp. One of the best features of basecamp that I liked most and use is its bookmarks. It helps me to make things bookmarks and I can access them easily. Also in my stuff tab, there is one best thing that is my schedule in which I used to schedule meetings, reminders like to upload students notes, etc. I also used majorly Docs& Files that is nowhere available in other tools, it is specially designed only for storing documents on basecamp cloud and I majorly upload my credential students' notes in pdf.

I do not have anything that I dislike in basecamp. I am using it since 2019 and now it's one of the best tools for me.

Basecamp helps me to track project status, helps me to create to-dos and assign to the concerned person, it also helps me to create deadlines for each task separately. Also in its campfire, I can directly talk with my team it's like a chat.
