Ease of use and very good online tutorials
Some navigation issues and also some issues when we have multiple contact entries
Building email campaigns that are education-oriented
It is easy to use and scale to a small business.
CRM is not terribly robust. We have alot of information to keep and it's a bit cumbersome to build out.
keeping in touch with leads. We have a long sales cycle so it's important to email frequent updates about our product, etc.
It has made our life so much simpler. Everything we need is in one place, and it's so easy to find and use the data we want!
Email editor is sometimes a bit sensitive, but overall, it's easy to use and gets the job done well.
It has streamlined our tracking of customers and relationships, and made it a lot easier to remember where our proposals are at.
Hatchbuck manages marketing campaigns, customer contacts, CRM, Deal progression in one solution, even providing the ability to track emails sent to the client during deal progression as an activity. We love the integration with the google suite and deal tracking.
When marketing email templates are generated, they populate in a list that you can select from based on the template that was created first (years ago). Also, it doesn't yet track IP addresses that visit our website that are not contacts in our contact list (like Hubspot).
Hatchbuck is our CRM, Marketing Automation, Deal Tracking. It allows us to stack rank by "points" prospects that have viewed our website, allowing us to target marketing to them.
The drag and drop email creator is easy and looks great! I'm not that great with design and my emails still look really nice and professional.
My emails are still going into the junk mail of peoples inboxes and I can't figure out why it's still doing that.
Our lead generation is going so much better. We have a better sales funnel to catch people when they are ready to buy and nurture them along the way until they click "Buy Now".
Ease of use, easy to learn. You can figure most things out on your own.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about it.
Able to send bulk emails easily, and first contact emails.
The support is awesome. The people at Hatchbuck are excited, energetic and enthusiastic. And they help you with a problem until it is solved.
There is no app for the iPhone. So I must have a laptop or a desktop to work properly on Hatchbuck.
You can see if potential customers speak the truth about opening an e-mail. So you know if your future partner is a liar. You can see how much time someone opened an email. So you know if someone is really interested.
Easy to use, fast support, impressive segmentation and reporting
Sometimes slow load times and small design flaws but neither negatively impact UX or efficacy of campaigns
Generating qualified leads and following up with those leads at the right time. Response rates have improved dramatically
The Hatchbuck platform is very intuitive and user friendly. The modern look and well-organized information makes it easy to navigate and keep all of the various pieces of CRM/marketing automation straight. Also, the customer service is very responsive and helpful on an individual basis.
There are some features that would be useful... such as being able to automate actions based on users who DON'T click in emails, not just those who do click, and being able to clear out data on forms after you do a few "tests" of the form to make sure it's working properly. Also, Contact Details do not include an "Address 2" line, even though a lot of addresses have suite numbers or secondary locators. And, it would be nice to have a direct email integration, instead of having to forward all conversations to a BCC email address (too easy to forget to do so).
We needed a CRM system to manage our contacts, but also wanted to use email marketing to stay in touch with our prospects. Having an "all-in-one" system to do both has been the best solution to that problem.
Helpful and responsive both in the sales process and onboarding. The system is generally very intuitive and so the onboarding is good because you can focus on the more complex/ strategic questions. For me it is really important for the system not to be too complex - simplicity is key and I think the design really helps with this.
Nothing so far - that is nice to say! It is clear to me that this company is trying to do a great job.
It really does make you think! It makes you think about campaigns and about individual prospects. A normal email does not give you that insight of "wow that really senior guy has opened my email 11 times this week!"
It's a wonderfull tool both in terms of integrations and collaborations. Highly recommended
Latency and high data consumption. That's it
It just makes your work much easier by just rasing the implementation. Multilevel integrations and also they are very user friendly.
The automation of marketing through forms, website visits, email campaigns, ect. Saves time and cost on a marketing effort.
Would like to get more customization within our business needs - some fields in the system are limited. Email deliverability could be better as well.
Time and costs associated with digital marketing. Competitive pricing on the CRM forefront.
Hatchbuck's user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The email, campaign, and landing page templates are great. Having the ability to customize them to my liking is beneficial as well.
I would like to see more powerful segmentation/conditional emailing capabilities.
Hatchbuck is a very affordable option for our MA and CRM needs. We have realized more efficient email marketing, and a better idea of what our pipeline looks like at any point in time.
Nice UI, the learning curve is a little steep with their "tagging" system (I'm speaking as a developer who's used to directly querying customer data), but once I got the hang of it it's fast, flexible, and gets me the info I need.
I'd prefer better company-level management, but they are apparently working on that. The product also tends to "hang" a bit after submitting updates with large numbers of contacts, but it appears to just be a cosmetic/display issue.
We weren't able to get enough info about how prospects were responding to our efforts. Now we can see when emails are opened, links are followed, and can respond in real-time accordingly.
The Hatchbuck drag and drop email builder is very easy to use, and allows even beginners to create an email that is very visually appealing. Tagging and sorting contacts is also very straight-forward and makes it easy to send to the contacts you want to reach out to. Whenever I've had a question or concern, our Partner Success Manager has been readily available and gotten back to us with a solution or explanation within an hour or two.
There are a few updates I'd like to see, like more customizable reports, and a few glitches fixed in the drag and drop email builder. However, we've been able to do everything we need to, and these updates would just be a bonus.
Hatchbuck makes it easy for us to send out emails on behalf of our clients and easily track and report the email statistics. It's also been very beneficial for our clients to track deals, and see which contacts are most active with their emails, forms, and webpages.
Easy to create an eblast. Formatting is fairly intuitive.
The appearance of eblasts on a Windows desktop has some formatting issues showing block outlines. We also had delivery issues with eblasts going to spam folders. It got resolved for the most part but required some technical expertise.
Ability to create and send weekly eblasts to patrons attending theater events
The interface is easy to learn and convenient to use.
Limited filters for cross-referencing clients / inability to open more than one client window at a time
I'm discovering new ways to find ideal client candidates
It has great filtering and tracking capabilities. I also find the daily success reports to be helpful.
I think that some of the design aspects are challenging, even when using the templates. It can be a little tricky getting things spaced properly and arranged in an aesthetically pleasing way.
We were able to cancel our other emailing platform and just use Hatchbuck for this, among other things. We will soon be able to specifically target our customers based on their expressed interests which will be a huge improvement for us.
We find it very easy to setup marketing campaigns, enter in information, manage contacts, pitch new products and gain valuable feedback from our clients and prospects. Vendors also seem to like what we do and hearing about it through drip emails from Hatchbuck. I used to use Survey Monkey and got terrible results from it. Then we moved over to Constant Contact and we were scolded (literally) every time we sent out an email.
Does more than I need which makes me feel like I should do more with it. I would love to use Hatchbuck as a CRM but I'm not sure it's robust enough for that purpose.
My company uses Hatchbuck marketing to market and send drip emails to our customers. We also manage prospects and customers using Hatchbuck. It's a great drip email program and our customers love that we don't overspend to them.
The ability to see how prospects interact with our emails and site is incredibly helpful for both content and sales teams.
The design of emails and forms is not ideal. Tricky to create custom emails, and never quite looks the way we want it to.
We're able to see which content prospects are interacting with, which can be valuable for our sales team.
