Bloomreach is enabling us to have a unified customer and product view, we can deliver personalized customer journeys. The predictive and AI models also save us from complex and time consuming BI models development. As a data driven business having such tool is empowering our CRM department and improving our customers experience.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

As a gaming company, the integration is taking longer than we anticipated, mainly due to the customed made API deployment., but the Bloomreach team has been very hepful and supportive in the process. The platform is so advanced, it takes some time to upskill yourself, especially using Jinja, thankfully Bloomreach offers a few Plug and Play use cases allowing us to drive revenue quickly.

What problems is Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bloomreach is enabling us to generate more search revenue and category product adoption. Create an unified customer view, so we can gain insights on user experiences and deliver personalized communication across multiple channels. The RFM segmentation and predictive models allows us to drive engagement and boost our traffic.

Due to the fact that exponea develops so quickly, the documentation is sometimes not up to date. The documentations are sometimes not so self-explanatory, but the chat support helps to solve the problem immediately.

- E-Mail Marketing - Marketing Automation, - Remarketing via Google and Facebook - It helps to save time - SMS Marketing we have different use cases for our customers based on the RFM model and can now address them in a much more targeted way. 1) Не много не хватает мониторинга внутри exponea, чтобы отслеживать что какие-то события перестали загружаться/резко уменьшлись метрики; оповещение на несколько email. 2) Было бы классно иметь более продвинутые дашборды, вставлять туда кастомные графики на базе d3 например.

I can easily send emails, push, sms, change the content of our website in one place. And then get statistics, for example I don't need anymore excel in order to build reports with pivot tables.

Some limitations in the platform. For example, the deduplication function for emails and phones. Unfortunately, some data is not perfect, and this function will be helpful.

I can manage all common direct marketing channels, and it provides me the opportunity to see the whole picture for each customer and send them the most suitable message at the right moment.

Single customer view which is easy to access & manipulate without any coding. Easy to build marketing automation & Web layer scenarios based on data. Great slack community... i usually get a response within minutes. Brilliant sales team. Very transparent. Facilitated the whole end-to-end process smoothly. Brilliant implementation team- Very patient, knowledgable, innovative & supportive. Brilliant CSM- great service so far. Very supportive & quick response times. Also has product knowledge which is a plus.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

No out of box starter pack dashboards. No gamification overlays yet.

The ability to A/B test front-end features that produce results based on revenue. This validates and shapes our decisions, whether it's on development and future work of the website, or tracking performance within our e-commerce team. We can gather real insights and make decisions efficiently and effectively.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

While the app is very user-friendly, I would potentially like to see a javascript course developed for support within the Experiments and Tag Manager tools.

What problems is Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now target our customers based on our RFM models and personalized emails. This allows us to be able to send offers best-suited for results. The ability to segment customers has been made easy following Exponea guidance. I've been with the business less than 12 months and now have a great grasp of the Exponea app and the power of its capabilities. Thanks for the support, Exponea team!

Any downsides I have experienced come from SendInBlue which it uses for actually scheduling and sending emails. This can be frustrating as I have experienced some downtime.
