Nothing really, I do enjoy using Bloomreach but I would like to learn more about the possibility to export data from dashboards to xls or other data processing tools.

As a gaming company, the integration is taking longer than we anticipated, mainly due to the customed made API deployment., but the Bloomreach team has been very hepful and supportive in the process. The platform is so advanced, it takes some time to upskill yourself, especially using Jinja, thankfully Bloomreach offers a few Plug and Play use cases allowing us to drive revenue quickly.
Bloomreach is enabling us to generate more search revenue and category product adoption. Create an unified customer view, so we can gain insights on user experiences and deliver personalized communication across multiple channels. The RFM segmentation and predictive models allows us to drive engagement and boost our traffic.

1) Не много не хватает мониторинга внутри exponea, чтобы отслеживать что какие-то события перестали загружаться/резко уменьшлись метрики; оповещение на несколько email. 2) Было бы классно иметь более продвинутые дашборды, вставлять туда кастомные графики на базе d3 например.

I can easily send emails, push, sms, change the content of our website in one place. And then get statistics, for example I don't need anymore excel in order to build reports with pivot tables.
Some limitations in the platform. For example, the deduplication function for emails and phones. Unfortunately, some data is not perfect, and this function will be helpful.

The only negative I have experienced is around a glitch saving my work and then nagivating off the page "too soon" and losing it.

Any downsides I have experienced come from SendInBlue which it uses for actually scheduling and sending emails. This can be frustrating as I have experienced some downtime.
