It has HORRIBLE ability to email candidates. Way too cumbersome. There is also no good way to push a candidates from one stage to the next. For all the whistles it has on it, the basic functionality is not there.

Job Board and application integration, and Salesforce integration
When we signed up for the project, we were sold it as a customizable solution. Once we got our project manager that proved to be false. There are limites to what it can do, and we ultimately had to forfeit our initial investment of time and money to find a new option.
The company wanted to do more than just have a simple job board with applications. They wanted to create a forum for applicants to learn and stay connected even outside the job hunt process.
