Ease of navigating fields and the ability to link with Outlook.
Have to log back in at times when I have only been dormant for a few minutes.
I have become much more organized.
It is user friendly and an innovative program. I would definitely recommend it.
I find it to be helpful in the recruitment industry.
Understanding and utilizing networks.
We like the speed at which we can enter new Leads, share them out to our Account Managers, and then track their progress as they convert them to Opportunities. It is nice to be able to see the "size of the deal" and the potential revenue so we can better focus our efforts.
We are an existing Bullhorn user company but recently made the upgrade to Enterprise Edition and CRM. I like that the reports and cards are easy and flexible to customize but I wish we had some configured to meet our business needs right out of the box.
Our Business Development teams are constantly looking for new business and get leads on a regular basis but the CRM tool from Bullhorn lets us work with them quicker and more efficiently.
Our organization has been a Bullhorn Customer for over 6 years and I have personally been a user for the past three. Since then there have been many continuous improvements in terms of functionality which has made my job easier & more efficent! I currently navigate in two instances of Bullhorn (simultaneously & daily) so efficiency & convenience is important. Customization for different customers is also an excellent option
As mentioned I currently use two versions of Bullhorn each day but it is required that they are run on different browsers which makes it less convenient when I am working from home from one screen.
Efficiency when reaching out to the market, effective searches (reaching the right person) in order to meet the needs of our clients.
Bullhorn is the best in technology for recruitment and sales. Continually evolving and improving. It allows me to manage my active day to day recruitment, as well as plan future strategy based on its added features.
Nothing to dislike, evolving technology just means we have to keep learning to stay on top of all the features.
We have found ways to communicate with different sectors and clients. Also a great way to keep on top of stats, figures, goals and reporting as Bullhorn does it all for you.

The platform is great as it is highly customizable to your needs, it allows you to manage and track applicants very thoroughly.
It can be a little cumbersome at first but once you're set up you should be good to go.
We're using it as an applicant tracking system at our recruiting agency. It does give a lot of options.
Great tool for having different modules open at the same time and ability to work on several items at the same time. Love the tearsheets, activity center tied to email and ease of adding new candidates.
Searching can be challenging. Ability to change/add notes needs to be enhanced.
keeping candidate and client activity synchronized across the company, so everyone is aware of current activity of shared candidates and clients. If everyone utilizes the tools fully, it reduces duplicate efforts.
We have been a Bullhorn customer for over 8 years. It is quick to get new recruiters up and running as the system is very user-friendly and easy to learn. I love that you can easily customize every screen in Bullhorn so that it fits your companies workflow! The improved list functionality in S release has greatly helped our company. We can filter on any data point in Bullhorn to create available candidate lists for our recruiters and target lists for our sales reps.
I have no dislikes. Bullhorn is constantly updating their software and making improvements. We had previously had issues with support but since Bullhorn implemented the way incoming support calls are handled we have had no issues, My call is generally picked up within seconds and I can get issues resolved right on the phone with support.
Notes can be entered very quickly into Bullhorn on a candidate or clients record. As a result we have been able to reduce our unemployment rate by several percentages saving our company thousands of dollars.
The UI is perfection, customer service is fantastic.
Complicated and requires a technician in order to configure. AM is helpful with this.
Recruitment and hiring
