First of free to use and has Many many varieties of templates, yes premium templates are better but free designs are not much of a difference Secondly video transition and animations are easy to use, even non professional editer can also do editing And best seen software in the market that is more accessible compared to others, so I use it frequently to design templates for my Presentation and as little as creating a label too, I never had a problem to consult a customer support but I access customer support through AI powered chat support which would solve more of he issues
Much of good templates are pro only and the only downfall is the premium costs high which would drag it towards negative side other than that it's marvelous
