Best part of the system is that its very easy to use. You can setup the software and make changes easily with minimal to no support. Setting up workflows is also very user friendly
reporting functions is not at par with other CRM.It would be better if they also improve there search functionality. At time you feel restricted because of these missing features
I just wanted easy to use CRM. HUbspot was good but very complicated. It was hard to train employees on the hubspot and with so many things i used to get lost myself
Easy to create lead, add lead, delete in simple you can easy put different leads with different stages which help us to differentiate between hot & cold leads. Easy tk create pipeline & follow up.
Some time bugs causes laging of crm, they should add popup or remainder for your task on screen which help us to follow the lead on time & get your work done easily.
- To Mange lead types like hot or cold lead -To differentiate leads stages -To create pipeline -To follow up the task on time. -Easy to use interference. -With Awesome backin support if any issues happen.
Capsule meets all our needs for a CRM. The best part, is that it's super intuitive meaning anyone can log in and easily figure out how it works without extensive training. Functionality is solid for our team needs - it's easy to find/extract groups of contacts as well as upload/sort/etc. The supporting documentation is good and help is an email away with quick response times. Best of all, it's a huge value compared to other CRM programs and again, no expensive trainings or extensive migration issues to deal with making it perfect for managing the contacts for our small, non-sales team.
Not much really, it works well and does the trick.
We previously kept our contacts on multiple spreadsheets so you can imagine the nightmare of managing/updating. With Capsule, it's easy to update, track and make notes and the whole team can have access online without hassle.
It's very user-friendly and versatile with lots of flexibility, customization and integration.
I'd like a lot more education about all of the features + more ability to pare down duplicate contacts in batches.
I use it mostly to keep track of contacts and the trail of their related emails. It's very helpful to retrieve the last time I had an email conversation with a particular contact and review details in order to follow up.
I have set Capsule up for several clients in the past, when I ran my own business helping SMEs to systemise & document their business processes, so now I have a "proper" job and when my current employer asked me to come up with a simple but effective CRM system, Capsule was of course my first choice! My main priorities were: ** Simple to use - clear interface that's easy for anyone to pick up ** Easy to set up and adapt to our own requirements - plenty of customisations of fields etc ** Great value for money and monthly billing (if it turns out they DONT like it, there's no major issue! They love it by the way!) ** Easy to expand for more users as and when required ** Fantastic help screens and OUTSTANDING & friendly support whenever its needed
Not really dislikes, but things that could maybe be incorporated in updates? ** Ability to set your own options for default opening screens - eg Sales Pipeline in list view with a specific saved list showing ** Ability to sort saved lists by ANY column, and by clicking on column header instead of going into settings ** App to connect with Outlook so as to avoid having to look up opportunity dropbox addresses
** Capture of new contacts via website ** Capture of opportunities - even when at early stages of discussion prior to quotes being prepared (previously hidden in the 2 x Directors heads and their overflowing, disorganised email inboxes!! ** Full visibility for both Directors (and prospective buyers) of pipeline values for the business.
I've tried multiple competitors, and for the price, this is hands down the best product on the market. Its integration with Outlook is invaluable. Using a Dropbox interface, messages are easily linked to the correct contact for later review. The activity reporting is also handy: it lets you control the frequency of interactions and avoid letting clients drift off through infrequent contact. Finally, the importation of contacts was about as problem free as any I've encountered: very nice AI.
The contact sorting and display is a bit underwhelming. It would be helpful to allow the user to set a screen filter and always come back to that presentation. As it is, you have to log on and change from the default every single time.
I can now proactively manage the frequency of interactions thereby making sure my company is not forgotten due to inattention.
Very easy product to get set up, continuous innovation from the company means great new features. We especially like the global search function and the telephony integrations. The Mailchimp integration is really useful for us too. The new Kanban board is just awesome.
Its too fast sometimes, the filtering functionality is due an upgrade.
Managing customer and prospect data in a secure and compliant manner, ensuring all our business communications are logged and visible to authorised team members. The product ticks all the boxes for our needs as a small business, and looks to have the features we will need as we scale up.
I like that the system is very easy to use and has a really clean interface. It's very easy to track the progress of leads and create and complete tasks for your records. It's very useful how you can put a Dropbox link in the bcc line of the email and then the email message appears below the record. Capsule also integrates well with other systems.
There's not much that I don't like but perhaps they can add some more customization options inside the program. I also don't think that the app for mobile devices works very well, it is kind of incomplete and this is something that they can work on.
We're keeping track of our software resellers, possible and current. Sometimes it's hard to know what stage you're on with such partners but Capsule works very well to help in this. The benefits are being in control and knowing how to act and when to do it.
The web UI is clean and very easy to navigate. Once you create contacts, companies and relationships it is easy to find out who works where. Our team can add notes, tasks, follow up items, and reminders for each other to keep in touch with partners, customers, leads, and contacts. Integration with our HelpDesk software, email marketing automation and emails makes it clutch.
Searching for contacts and lists can be tricky. For example, I can create a new list to find contacts in the UK. But, if I want to add a search criteria to add people in the UK and France, the Capsule list search won't work. Capsule assumes you only want to remove categories to search for people, rather than create a list of contacts in UK, France and Germany, for example. My workaround is to create 3 lists: UK, France, Germany, and export them into 1 csv. Upside - we've had some issues with things like this, and when we report them to Capsule we get a detailed response of how / when they plan to make changes.
Keeping in touch with leads and customers. Tracking group interactions between sales, support, marketing, and operations teams. Scheduling tasks for following up and contacting leads. Tracking support interactions and sales efforts.
User Friendly system with great customer care and support. The team at Capsule are really committed to ensuring they meet our specific needs. The range of plans is also very flexible and affordable
Nothing in parrtiacular but it would be great if there was better connectivity with, for example, our Xero finance system
Caopsule really helps us with managing our clients and ensuring teh whole team has oversight of current activity. It also provides us with one "source of truth" in terms of databases, contacxt details etc.
UI is very simple and easy to function. Site reaction time is very quick
Limitation of 250 contact with basic version
Paperless work and efficient coordination between employees
Customer support - friendly, fast to reply, and helpful in how they respond. The product seems good, and a good price - for our small business it's perfect covering all our needs
Minor niggles - Google SSO config requires request to Support / is non-obvious, and official integration with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio needs Teams account
Sales pipeline and account management
It is easy to understand and use. The whole team can use it with no issues to update each other of developments within specific accounts. Capsule is an excellent bridge between Sales, Marketing and Support teams. Emails, repsonses, developments within specific accounts can be viewed real-time, providing valuable insight to all the teams.
There is not much to not like about Capsule CRM Tool as no one in the organisation has shown any dissatisfaction with the tool. The only thing is the management of 'opportunities' - would be better to have full pipeline view - stage, value and probability of time.
Lead generation, nurture campaigns, prospecting, team communication
The Zendesk integration is very useful for moving non- support queries to sales. Clean interface with only relevant headings which are customizable. Reasonably priced. Great for one or small sales teams. Google gadget for capturing Gmail exchanges in people record.
The data capture from Zendesk takes only name and email, although that may be a Zendesk issue.
Straightforwrd CRM and pipeline management.
One of the standout features of Capsule CRM is its user-friendly interface that streamlines contact management and organization.
One area where Capsule CRM could improve is in its reporting and analytics capabilities.
Capsule CRM effectively addresses the challenge of organizing and managing customer relationships. It provides a centralized platform for storing contact information, communication history, and tasks, streamlining the process of staying connected with clients.
There are things every think, easest customer experience.
Actually we like it this product. I don't know any missing.
we need all of CRM system customer relationships, service, and interior design calender and some sales platforms. easy for customer relationship and some project managment.
Capsule is easy to use and learn, the UI is great and it integrates well with g-suite. It is free for 250 contacts or less which makes it a great option for small businesses looking for a free CRM.
It has limited functionality so it may not be suitable for bigger businesses.
I needed a CRM that we could use that would be inexpensive and easy to use. We didn't need a CRM that had an extensive list of features that we wouldn't use. Capsule was the perfect solution as we were able to use the free version during the beginning stages of our business when there were not a lot of leads and contact management so paying for a big CRM wasn't necessary.
Capsule is brilliant if you are looking for a light-weight CRM that is affordable, easy to use and integrates well with g-suite.
Capsule free version is very limited. There are limited features when compared to other big CRMs
We needed a simple and easy to use CRM to help with contact management and track sales cycles.
I love capsule CRM. Having previously used salesforce and finding it incredibly difficult to use I am so happy with Capsule. It has great UI and is not hard to grasp. There are often updates and advancements in the software. It is also very affordable when compared to competitors like copper CRM.
It is a bit limited in its functionality when compared to competitors like pipedrive, salesforce and other top CRMs. However, as a small business I don't need these functionalities.
We needed to be able to visualise where our potential sales were and just better understand our whole sales pipeline.
Capsule serves all its purposes very satisfactorily. It doesn't have very many bells and whistles, or email campaign options like other CRM databases, but it is very useful for logging contact information, making notes, generating tasks, and running reports. You can categorize contacts by organization, people, and deal opportunities, and also by customized tags and custom fields.
Very few things to dislike. The only way to export contacts with notes is to export the entire database into Excel and sort from there; there is no option within the database's reporting capabilities to generate the notes for specific contacts. Capsule also does not have email campaign capabilities or drip campaign options, but those are high-price items that only come with the big CRM monsters.
For our small business (5-10 team members), Capsule provides us with one location to input all of our data. We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it. It is incomparably more affordable than any of the other CRMs I've used.
