I love that Carepatron securely holds my client details, clinic notes and my scheduling calendar. The templates and associates free educational sements on various therapy approaches challenge me to grow and give me confidence to take on clients I might otherwise be hesitant about. As a practitioner starting out in private practice I feel very supported using Carepatron's suite of clinic software.

There hasn't been a downside thus far for me. The software is intuitively easy to figure out - I'm hoping they will allow more storage on th free plan as a starting out practitioner that would always be good!

Carepatron particularly solved my need for Telehealth software and it works like a dream in that regard.

I use Carepatron for my private practice. It has saved me a lot of administrative time, and it's very easy to use. I can't remember how I got things done before!

It is so affordable - it's hard to fault it.

I previously used word document to write notes, saved in folders a computer. Carepatron has made this process flawless, with clean formatting for patient notes. It is easy to access information and saved to the cloud so it's accessible from anywhere.

I absolutely love how streamlined it is and how I can easily change appointments, get test result, update information. So much easier than calling especially when I don't have the time to talk on the phone or risk being on hold

Carepatron is the best app available for the money. The best thing is that it is free and very robust.

I don't like that you cannot have a minor client with the same phone number and email as their parent to send appointment alerts to.

It is a great place to keep all my notes on my clients and also syncs with my calendar for appointment scheduling

I really like how easy it is to navigate the site. The dashboard proivdes basic information for each profile. The templates allow quick and easy documentation which is very helpful.

I do not like that you cannot import your own templates, instead you have to copy/paste.

It is providing an EHR for my foundation, allowing providers to schedule and document interactions

Carepateon brought instant relief to all the stress of setting up a new private practice. The simplicity and all-encompassing platform that was affordable was an answer to exactly what I was looking for. I am especially appreciative for the ability to two-way sync my Google calendar without needing to pay extra money and I love the chat feature to support me learning the platform when I feel stuck.

The simplicity also brings a few limitations, not being able to customize small things like only showing initials on the calendar to protect confidentiality. However, I have been able to find creative solutions so far.

Carepatron is providing a place where billing, documentation, scheduling, and telemedicine is all in one place for free and HIPPA compliant. I couldn't believe it when I found an option that had all of this together. Plus, live support! Incredible.

Ease of use, has all needs in ehr and billing for a cash practice with good preloaded forms to start and then edit your own
