I’ve yet to come across a service that provided such a complete data set
It’s a little overwhelming to try and decide what to use, and where. Lots of options!
Haven’t implemented it in production as of yet, still playing around with it
Clearbit has an easy to use and well designed API. I also appreciate their integrations with Marketo and Salesforce.
People input their personal emails. Clearbit's personal email data is lacking.
We had lots of leads but not enough info about them. Clearbit enriches our leads to give us more info.
I love having apps within my gmail that give me insight into the contacts with whom I email. Seeing everything there within a single screen is invaluable.
It seems to work intermittently at best. Some of the data is also well out of date. I emailed myself from my other address and saw info that was 10 years past.
Much easier to connect with people who contact me. I often find that I can track down a business lead much more quickly after a quick look into clearbit. I'm not using salesforce at the moment, but I think the integration there will be a huge timesaver for me when i return to it.
It's smart and insightful. Brings good data.
If your customer or their company is not based in US or EU, the data is messay
Before contacting prospects, I would research the background. Clearbit jumpstarts that process
Clearbit is lightweight and works in the background. I have not noticed it at all and it has worked its magic.
I would like more interactive results describing how it has performed WoW and MoM. I would like for it to also tell me data that I am lacking in the database.
We are solving database cleanliness. Our database lacks sufficient data. Also, our database has years of contacts in it. It is not realistic for us to continuously update the database
I love its seamless integration with Salesforce. It will automatically populate the information with details so I can do all my prospecting from Salesforce.
It isn't available for every prospect and sometimes the data is wrong. There are times when the information is absent.
Issues with data integrity.. not sure what they utilize to pull info from but it isn't always accurate. It saves me time and prevents me from having to google search for a decent chunk of time to find the information I need.
The interface looks better than Linkedin Navigator
Not sure the emails are correct yet because it will always give me an email.
Finding legitimate emails through linked in and gmail.
Domain name search is best. For searching small companies it is really helpful.
All contacts in one list. Department wise segmentation will be good.
Finding emails is the primary use. The data accuracy is good.
Ease of use. the interface is user friendly and links to social profile of the leads as well. Its quite helpful for getting the contacts in any of the campaigns. THe database needs to improve and add a lot of entries - at least all the profiles of LinkedIn. Not all names are shown with their respective jo titles. even linkedin is not included.THe database needs to improve and add a lot of entries - at least all the profiles of LinkedIn. i'm into advisory. clearbit helped me reach leads
Depending on the account, would provide a good number of potential contacts.
Generally in our experience, we would have to double check via LinkedIn that all the information was correct and up to date.
Building out contacts.
enjoyed the great interface within salesforce CRM
lack of data and very poor customer support
using to enrich and add to the data in our existing salesforce CRM
Ease of use of their APIs, for a self-service plan it really is a good price and there's not much hassle in integrating them if the required volumes are small-medium. Good database size, also identifies personal emails which is a big plus comparing to others.
Once you're over their self-service limit, you can only increase your plan at least 4 times over, so there's no real room to grow realistically, either you spend loads for stuff you don't need, either you're going to go over your quota half-way through the month. Regarding Clearbit X, I was interested to see how their new platform works and how it can help lead generation, but they won't even give you a trial and they're being very secretive about it, while expecting clients to sign a yearly agreement, which is a big no.
- Lead enrichment - Prospecting
Love the idea and premise of the platform
Not sure the contact information is accurate
Networking. great for sourcing emails
Easy to find and download the extension, looks good
Incomplete info on leads, unreliable/outdated info
Trying to find emails/linkedin connections
I thought the user interface was good and seemed easy to use. It had a native integration with HubSpot and seemed relatively easy to set up. It was a little easier to learn than ZoomInfo.
We had an interesting experience, and I didn't anticipate the lack of customer service. We were not able to get a clear answer on the validity of the data being provided.
By using Clearbit, we thought we could benefit from more accurate customer data, which can help improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, increase customer engagement and loyalty, and drive sales. Additionally, the platform should have helped save time and resources by automating the gathering and integrating customer data, which can free up time and resources for other important tasks.
Setting up the integration via Zapier is quite straightforward.
Their sales team was unresponsive to my emails and not able to provide a DPA. The subscriptions are quite unclear (what subscription do I need in order to use which features) Finding contacts only works for business email addresses, not for Gmail or other private email addresses.
Enriching captured email addresses with more data in order to improve the lead scoring for our MDRs.
I like that it minimizes my time searching for company information. I no longer have to go to Linkedin when the plug in is working.
I don't like that it only works about half of the time. Plug seems to be down or unable to provide information quite often.
When it works, I've solved the problem of searching for small hard to find companies on linkedin for customer size, since that is how we divide our sales territories.
I don't like anything about it. It takes up my inbox space and angers me.
It's bulky and useless. Completely useless.
None.
