Ease of access - it is right where I need it when I need it to support what I am doing. The accuracy is much better than many other similar tools I have tried.

It's great for finding contact info for people you're looking to connect with, extremely useful and powerful B2B Sales and Lead Gen tool. Would recommend for anyone doing sales or Biz Dev. Keep crushing it guys!

Not too much... It doesn't have every person you're looking for but they keep improving. Validating emails would be an added bonus.

Lead gen and contact info the the correct person at a specific company. Sometimes you have to do a little more digging and investigative research but not very often.

Clearbit's easy-to-install Chrome extension provides a tremendous amount of utility as I am able to find contacts right from Google Mail. The ability to get verified contacts at all the companies we are reaching out to is a big time saver and has improved our open rates by over 5% in just over a month.

There is nothing at this point that I dislike about Clearbit. Keep up the great work, Clearbit!

Clearbit helps in verifying contacts at almost any company and allows us to see who we should be reaching out to for our targeted lists. We have saved a tremendous amount of time and have seen a 5% increase in email open rate by using Clearbit.

The quality of the insights is outstanding. Plus, it is super easy to integrate with any of our tool or stack via the API.

It can get expensive really really fast.

We have increased our open rate on all of our emails, increased our conversion rate by prefilling the signup form and we provide additional data to our customers.

Clearbit finds emails for people better than a lot of much more expensive tools, and it does it right in your gmail! It's straightforward, easy to use, and accurate.

The lightbox window is a little small and awkward.

The usability of this product. I like that there are emails to even small companies in my industry. Being in the fashion and jewelry industry on the wholesale side it can be difficult to find the correct email for a buyer. Clearbit has really made this much easier.

I work in a small industry.. some companies emails are not listed. I hope as Clearbit grows their access to smaller companies grows as well.

We have streamlined the way that we update our contacts and find the needed contacts in a company. The benefits of using Clearbit are that it really cuts down on my time as a sales/marketing associate. There is no longer guessing and checking on what the correct emails are.

The usability is amazing, I know it is a simple search box, but afterward if shows the logo of the company so you can relate and confirm is what you are looking for, it gives you much more than just the email of a contact, his LinkedIn, his twitter, his position and address for the company.

I really can't find anything I dislike about this product.

Clearbit has a gmail add on which is great. I don't have to leave my inbox while searching for the right contact from my own prospect list. I just type in the name of the company or site and then I'm presented with a list of potential contacts. Overall, I'm very happy with using Clearbit. I'm looking forward to more enhancements so that I can easily find the right contacts and reach out to who I need to.

Not finding the right title can be hard.

I like the accuracy of the e-mails provided. It is also much simpler to use because it is integrated right into gmail, which is great. This tool has proven to be more accurate as well as more dependable in my personal experiences with its competitors.

I wish there was a pro version I can purchase and have unlimited searches. I don't depend on Clearbit for every contact I look up, but it is an inconvenience when I run out of searches.

Developing a pipeline. This tool is priceless when finding contacts from websites or companies that do ot list contact information on their sites.

Easy access to the email addresses I need both within my job, and for prospecting to make contact with hiring managers.

Not all companies/emails are in there. UI could use improvement - too easy to wind up right back at the start instead of just at the company level.

1) Needed to make contact with people across many industries to learn about their verticals. 2) Needed to find hiring managers for roles I was interested in.

I love the accuracy for emails pulled. I would say 99% of the emails suggested are correct.

I dislike the search engine as it is still a bit unreliable and moody. Requires very specific entries.

I am in in our business development department are work on lead genereation. I have been able to sole issue regarding contacting new prospects for the first time. It has likely saved 20-40 hours over the past year of Google searching for emails.

Easy to install, easy to use, easy to find the contacts I need, and easy to verify the information. This tool has totally changed the way I connect with people. I ask everyone on my team to install it as part of their onboarding process, and I recommend to people who do biz dev / marketing / recruiting / sales.

Occasionally the email will by incorrect, or there won't be any contacts (or my specific contact) listed on ClearBit. I also dislike that when I click the name it opens a new email. I'd prefer to always copy and paste, as I usually already have the email in question drafted.

Solving the problem of finding email addresses that are actually accurate, of knowing where people are located, and of having access to multiple contacts at the company I'm trying to get in touch with. I have realized that LinkedIn isn't always accurate.

Clearbit is very easy to use and it has saved countless hours in our sales team. We can now identify the right person to contact and Clearbit provides both the email and the Linkedin profile. I wouldn't know how to do prospecting without using Clearbit

Clearbit was able to filter out leads by technology. So finding the right person was easy using their google sheets integration.

I wish there were more technologies to choose from but other than that I had no complaints

Clearbit has saved me hours of sleuthing to find email addresses of key contacts. I pride myself on knowing a few tricks for getting the email addresses of people I need to reach, and Clearbit seems to have incorporated them all into a single app. I'm especially impressed with the speed of results.

As with any online research, the results are only as good as the data. I've run into a few organizations that had no contacts listed, but that's been the exception.

The biggest challenge for a start-up is engaging that first critical mass of customers. Blind emails to corporate mailboxes are completely worthless. You need to reach specific individuals in those organizations and the message needs to be either personal, or, at minimum directly relevant to the position they hold in their organizations. Clearbit focuses on getting me that information.

There was really nothing I didn't like about the product but I would love to see more contacts and direct phone numbers.

Being able to get to my target prospects directly with an email. I no longer have to guess and check email addresses.

I particularly like knowing that I'm connecting with the correct person. Clearbit is an easy way to ensure you have the correct address of the person you're emailing. It also provides their social media connections for added research. All from Gmail.

It's dependent on the individual's info, which isn't the fault of Clearbit. If they have an updated account, Clearbit provides all the detail.

Not knowing someone's email addresses can be time consuming. So having an immediate verification of the correct email is very helpful.

there are a decent amount of people that i can't find; they don't have a full list of employees. however, as long as they have a few i can get an idea of what the email structure is.

Finding prospects that I can reach out to. benefits are that it saves me time and it increases the amount of people that I can contact.

The simplicity of it. Very user friendly and it only takes a couple clicks to get what you are looking for.
