Ease of use. The site is very intuitative, and the fact that I can use Live Chat to get quick support if I need it is beneficial! The onboarding was smooth, with everyone involved friendly and helpful at all times.
Having to pay extra to do anything in bulk - while I understand the premise, to only be able to pull 25 records into a campaign without having to pay anything is quite annoying.
The amount of time it has saved sourcing required contacts, email addresses, and phone numbers has been a lifesaver. To use one tool to get the information I need in one hit, you don't realise how much time is wasted until you can do it all at once!

When you open a LinkedIn profile it does not pop up the Cognism tab automatically. Also, I like how you can copy email addresses and phone numbers with just a click.
It should be easier to mark if a phone number is incorrect or an email. I don't like the current process, it is kind of confusing for me. I think it could be easier to mark if something is wrong with the data provided.
For my job I need to source a lot of data so it is really helpful for me. I like that we have the information of the prospect as well as the information of the company. Very useful!
I find the plugin for Linkedin easy to use, and it integrates with Sales Navigator well. Even if it doesn't have numbers for every contact, it does contain lots of correct email addresses.
There is not much to dislike. My only criticism is that there are not many numbers available if prospecting into smaller countries compared to larger nations. I have struggled particularly with baltic countries.
It is helping me to find contact numbers and mobiles when a lot of people are still working from home. This has meant I can contact more prospects and book more meetings!

Nothing in particular but it is more expensive than other B2B data providers. A lot of contacts are DNC.

What's helpful about Cognism is that I can easily find all prospect's data more easily with the help of LinkedIn. I like that all their company information and each prospect's details are on it.
Cognism is least helpful only when the data is not updated, like, for example, if the prospect has just got into a new job and job title and if they changed their mobile numbers.

Cognism just needs to have more updated numbers and if it's possible more information about the prospect. Some profile doesn't have an email address or mobile number.

Almost all numbers in the UK are almost correct. Cognism has a large amount of accuracy for META region as well. It is very effective on data mining and sourcing for us.
