It has allowed me to install an online chat on my websites to achieve better communication with the users of my websites, in addition, the installation process is quite easy, fast and simple to perform only enough to perform a few initial configurations and it is ready to use without any problems, in addition, this chat not only works perfectly for text conversations, but also has the particularity that it allows me to establish communications via video calls or teleconferences with a very Good resolution
It is somewhat expensive for startups, and their customer service is quite slow to respond to my requests (however simple they may be).
It has served me to add new functionalities to my websites, so that they can communicate through the same digital platform, without having to redirect to email or to send me messages through a contact form and then I contact them with the answer, now, thanks to the integration I can answer everything immediately through the same web page ...
It works mostly as expected but the ongoing billing issues are terrible.
Their billing team is terrible. Still dealing with ongoing issues after an upgrade months later.

The lack of real support and the fact that it actually doesn't work as advertised , their integration with some of the scripts they say it works with just breaks a lots of the site functionality. On our site it breaks some of the SE functions (forums post), i just keep going around in circles with them it's like they don't want to help or even worse have no idea . Asked if they tested their integration with forum , never got an answer to that , they didn't even bothered to check on their own demo site .
