It is easy to use. The drag and drop is nice. It is intuitive.
I don't know if I dislike anything, really.
It is solving the problem of not being in front of my patients enough. I want them to remember me and think about my specials each month.
The ease of constructing an attractive, informative email newsletter
Nothing to dislike explicitly, but I do have a desire for more reporting capabilities in the base offering
More people are now actually reading the newsletter information, in contrast to when they had to click on a link to a PDF
That it is easy to navigate through, I had no problem making my first email campaign without much time learning the platform.
I wish there were a few more design templates available.
Being able to reach all our members, we are strictly on social media and not everyone uses it - so this has helped us reach more people.
I was able to move off other platforms now that Constant Contact has full SMS functionality. I can consolidate my email, nurture and text campaigns to a single platform.
There is a considerable increase in the monthly fee for all the features.
Ability to consolidate into a single platform and manage my CRM / subscribers more efficiently.
It is user friendly. Lots of options to customize the emails and templates, and give you insights and reporting on your campaigns.
That every time you have to upload photos, it's a bit of a process. It would be easier for constant contact to sync with your photos folders and insert photos form there
Makes building emails simple, and it's easy to send it all out at once.
The most helpful thing about Constant contact is the ability to gauge our engagement.
The thing I dislike about COnstant contact is the ability to really dress up the email body.
The business problems constant contact is solving is helping engage customers with content, information, sales and analyzing the data of engagement.
I love the data on the back end, the ability to notice duplicates, and the design software. We only used it once but it was ok. The design software was pretty easy to use.
That no one really checks their email. Customer support was confused when I called. I would ask a question and get different answers from one representative to the next.
Sending out donation requests.
The most helpful thing about Constant Contact is that it works. I tried (literally) 23 mail services like this one (starting with the monkey), and none were as clean and easy to use as Constant Contact. The reports are fantastic afterwards, and automation does exactly what I need it to - make my life easier! The best part, though (other than it actually works!) is that if there are any issues, customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.
Frankly, if I didn't complain about the cost, then I'd be remiss. Constant contact isn't the cheapest option around. However, it works. It would be nice if I could link it to our Microsoft 365 app for automatic updating of contacts, but I don't think Microsoft allows it. Sure would be nice, though!
We used to have a clunky, untraceable method of sending out monthly newsletters. Once I got the contacts setup here, sending out a newsletter is quick and painless. And we can see who opened them, what links they clicked on, and everything - so we can see what works and what doesn't. I do wish there was a way we could only pay for the services we use - we don't use any of the other features, just email marketing.
Availability of help, through Chat or phone call.
A bit intrusive into who our Contacts are, where they came from, etc.
Contact/list management, email development and distribution scheduling and reporting, landing pages for more detailed content.
Constant Contact is better, and easier to use, than my last tool. The help you get up front is also very valuable. The folks there try to give you the knowledge and push you need to get started using it right away. Good experience overall.
Some of the creation tools are not as intuitive as I would like but are still good. Also, some of the contact management steps could be a little more streamlined. Still a great tool.
We needed a better way to stay in touch with our clients and prospects on a regular basis. CC is a recognized leader in this field and a big help to us.
