Constant contact makes it easy for me to design and send my communications. I especially appreciate the updated interface and options in the last month or so.

We have found it fairly easy to use. We are able send out a weekly newsletter with ease. We like the copy function as it makes it simple to create a new newsletter for the following week.

Sometimes it is a little glitchy and doesn't save what I just changed and I have to go back and fix it. Also, sometimes what I see on the template is different from what the preview shows.
