The customer service for tech support is above and beyond other companies of all sorts. You have several choices to reach customer service, but my favorite is a live person, and that is what is one of the many options to choose from.
I honestly don't have any dislikes. Customer service is the item I seek to be number one and they cover it well so NO complaints.
All-inclusive options to complete promptly, such as email marketing and combining a survey all in one shot, then to add another layer, the social media marketing is another key reference.
This is the greatest email building service I have ever used. It is easy to learn, and I use it daily.
I do wish it had a little bit of a faster turn around time to implement or integrate new softwares
It makes it easy to build and send emails
As a seasoned realtor, my success relies heavily on effective communication, streamlined contact management, and staying ahead in the digital realm. I've been using Constant Contact for a significant period, and I can confidently say that it has proven to be an indispensable tool for enhancing my business. One of the standout features of Constant Contact is its robust contact management system. It seamlessly organizes and categorizes my contacts, allowing me to maintain a comprehensive database of clients, leads, and collaborators. This has significantly improved my ability to tailor my communications and marketing strategies to specific target groups, ultimately leading to more successful transactions. The ability to send quick, concise messages directly to clients' phones has not only expedited communication but has also increased response rates. This feature has become an invaluable asset in situations where timely communication is crucial, helping me stay agile and responsive in a competitive market. Social media integration is another aspect of Constant Contact that has transformed the way I connect with my audience. The seamless integration with popular platforms allows me to amplify my marketing efforts, reaching a broader audience and increasing my online presence. This has been instrumental in building brand awareness and attracting potential clients. The drag & drop features for newsletters and email campaigns are a real time-saver. Crafting visually appealing and engaging content is essential in the real estate industry, and Constant Contact's intuitive design tools make this process efficient and enjoyable. The flexibility offered by the drag & drop editor enables me to create professional-looking newsletters and emails without the need for extensive design skills. In summary, Constant Contact has proven to be an invaluable asset to my real estate business. I highly recommend Constant Contact to fellow realtors looking to stay ahead in a competitive market and enhance their overall business efficiency.
I haven't had any negative experiences with Constant Contact.
The ease of Constant Contact helps me put a safety net around leads so I can set it and forget it. I do a weekly newsletter and give dedicated time to add contacts. Prior to Constant Contact, my database and follow up was a hot mess! Since using Constant Contact and sending out a weekly newsletter, the people I meet are engaged and I have recognition with future clients that I would not have captured before.
It is super simple to teach. I work with a few older folks in my office and they are able to understand Constant Contact with ease compared to a few other programs I frequently use.
The "AI" tools are really helpful and have such a simple ease of integration. Everyone has a day or two when you can't think fast enough, but with the "AI" tools given, you don't have to worry about that.
The stats we get from each email campiagn the moment it is sent out is great! We were't able to see numbers like that for days with other prgrams.
Constant Contact is user-friendly and intuitive. Easy to create emails.
The latest version has some limitations on customization. While this simplifies usage for less experienced users, it does limit creativity for more experienced users.
Constant Contact is a fast solution to communicating with our members quickly.
Constant Contact makes it easy for my small nonprofit to send professional -looking emails to our database. The editing tools are easy and intuitive and the program allows me to schedule things without having to actively be in the office to do so.
I'd like a few more design functions, as the emails can often be constrained with a boxy format. However, this isn't onerous and I find that the design elements usually result in a clean presentation.
Constant Contact has helped up send out emails during our fundraising drive when we segment audiences and time things in a precise way. I could not do this as easily using our email system.
I was able to move off other platforms now that Constant Contact has full SMS functionality. I can consolidate my email, nurture and text campaigns to a single platform.
There is a considerable increase in the monthly fee for all the features.
Ability to consolidate into a single platform and manage my CRM / subscribers more efficiently.
That it is easy to navigate through, I had no problem making my first email campaign without much time learning the platform.
I wish there were a few more design templates available.
Being able to reach all our members, we are strictly on social media and not everyone uses it - so this has helped us reach more people.
It is easy to use. The drag and drop is nice. It is intuitive.
I don't know if I dislike anything, really.
It is solving the problem of not being in front of my patients enough. I want them to remember me and think about my specials each month.
I love the data on the back end, the ability to notice duplicates, and the design software. We only used it once but it was ok. The design software was pretty easy to use.
That no one really checks their email. Customer support was confused when I called. I would ask a question and get different answers from one representative to the next.
Sending out donation requests.
Constant Contact is a great way to build a mailing list and communicate with that list. You can also create events as well as conduct surveys.
The only thing that I do not like about Constant Contact is that it can be a bit cumbersome to print out attendee lists for ticketed events.
I love being able to create multiple lists of recipients to send out correspondence. I also enjoy knowing when those messages are read or if they have not been read.
Availability of help, through Chat or phone call.
A bit intrusive into who our Contacts are, where they came from, etc.
Contact/list management, email development and distribution scheduling and reporting, landing pages for more detailed content.
Creating emails and landing pages are easy to do on Constant Contact. Plus you will be proud to send the emails out to out your clients, Constant Contact makes your emails look professional.
When I first came on board, I did not get an on boarding lesson, I had to learn everything on my own. Also, the cost I was quoted was 35 dollars a month and when I added my clients I later learned month later I was charged 75 dollars a month. since I had only 1350 clients it raised my monthly fee. When I asked them about this, they did work with on the monthly price and I satisfied with that amount.
love the AI writing and easy to use program
The most helpful thing about Constant Contact is that it works. I tried (literally) 23 mail services like this one (starting with the monkey), and none were as clean and easy to use as Constant Contact. The reports are fantastic afterwards, and automation does exactly what I need it to - make my life easier! The best part, though (other than it actually works!) is that if there are any issues, customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.
Frankly, if I didn't complain about the cost, then I'd be remiss. Constant contact isn't the cheapest option around. However, it works. It would be nice if I could link it to our Microsoft 365 app for automatic updating of contacts, but I don't think Microsoft allows it. Sure would be nice, though!
We used to have a clunky, untraceable method of sending out monthly newsletters. Once I got the contacts setup here, sending out a newsletter is quick and painless. And we can see who opened them, what links they clicked on, and everything - so we can see what works and what doesn't. I do wish there was a way we could only pay for the services we use - we don't use any of the other features, just email marketing.
It is easy to use and intuitive. Implementation was super quick and no support was needed. The user interface is also very appealing.
I haven't found any downsides to the application yet. .
Email marketing and analytics.
The customer service is top-notch, they are amazing with response time and check-in.
It is on the pricier end to get the better features so definitely not for all companies
Constant Contact makes it easier to track your data from email campaigns and presents it in a way understandable for people new to email marketing.
It is super helpful that you can import pdfs into the message, saving time and ensuring consistency across brand communications. Thank you!
I have no complaints. You get a lot for a minimum price point.
Brand marketing and communications.
I love the features that allow me to send personalized email newsletters for our team. Whether it is uploading different lists of contacts or copying newsletters, its just super easy to use! I've tried two other competitors and they don't compare!
I think the only thing I would suggest is to make the formatting of newsletters a little more user-friendly. Maybe I haven't found it yet but I would love to be able to save blocks and reuse on different campaigns.
I have to create 18 newsletters every month - most of the content is the same but some parts are personalized and being sent to different groups of people - this software lets me copy and edit what I need to easily!
The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and meets every marketing need you can imagine. From email marketing and SMS to social – Constant Contact is the one-stop shop for communications efforts.
I think it'd be great if Constant Contact allowed users to schedule/automate emails in such a way that there's no need to duplicate.
Constant Contact has allowed our organization to streamline communications efforts in a centralized environment. I feel more productive in day-to-day tasks, due to the ease of use.
Its user interface is incredibly intuitive; you barely need any "101" training as most of the features are so user-friendly and designed for the non-technical amongst us.
This is very nitpicky, but for some reason - for me, at least - the flow of naming an email and the subject line that flows in when you copy a prior email gets missed and I don't see I've mis-named the email or mismatched the subject line until I send myself a test.
CC takes the challenge of of uploading email lists, managing lists, and sending reminder emails for event emails and makes it so easy. Almost foolproof. It's been great to have easy reporting tools to share open rate/CTR reports internally with colleagues and supervisors, as well.
