Constant Contact is a great way to build a mailing list and communicate with that list. You can also create events as well as conduct surveys.
The only thing that I do not like about Constant Contact is that it can be a bit cumbersome to print out attendee lists for ticketed events.
I love being able to create multiple lists of recipients to send out correspondence. I also enjoy knowing when those messages are read or if they have not been read.
The customer service is top-notch, they are amazing with response time and check-in.
It is on the pricier end to get the better features so definitely not for all companies
Constant Contact makes it easier to track your data from email campaigns and presents it in a way understandable for people new to email marketing.
It is easy to use and intuitive. Implementation was super quick and no support was needed. The user interface is also very appealing.
I haven't found any downsides to the application yet. .
Email marketing and analytics.
Creating emails and landing pages are easy to do on Constant Contact. Plus you will be proud to send the emails out to out your clients, Constant Contact makes your emails look professional.
When I first came on board, I did not get an on boarding lesson, I had to learn everything on my own. Also, the cost I was quoted was 35 dollars a month and when I added my clients I later learned month later I was charged 75 dollars a month. since I had only 1350 clients it raised my monthly fee. When I asked them about this, they did work with on the monthly price and I satisfied with that amount.
love the AI writing and easy to use program
I like that it's user friendly. I also like that someone reached out to me right away for a tutorial and even created my newsletter template! This saved me so much time!
I do not have any complaints about the software at this time.
Constant contact provides easy templates and designs for me to crank out our company's monthly newsletter and tenant updates!
The newletters that we can create to send out to our customers, clients and referral partners really help us get the news out quickly in a professional way.
The downside of using the program is that we are unable to input a referral partner if we dont have an email address.
It saves time when emailing mutiple people
It is super helpful that you can import pdfs into the message, saving time and ensuring consistency across brand communications. Thank you!
I have no complaints. You get a lot for a minimum price point.
Brand marketing and communications.
For awhile, I was looking for a program to help bulk send emails to my employees. As an HR Manager it is very important to stay in contact with your employees, I could not find a logical way to do this through email and then I discovered Constant Contact. My favorite feature is not only that I can send to all 200 of my employees at once, but they are acutally able to respond, take polls and connect with me by following links that I am able to insert on Constant Contact.
Beginner friendly, sometimes I find it hard to navigate Constant Contacts site. I wish it was a little easier to use for beginners. I often find myself having to find a youtube video to help me out.
I can bulk send newsletters, reminders and emails to my employees all at once.
Constant Contact has grown over the 18 years of my involvement to the highest standard of online communication tools in the industry. From the early stages of email marketing to today's extraordinary integration of SMS, AI Content Generator, Polls, Email Automation options including A/B channel tools, Landing Page options, Event Management, and so much more.
My honest opinion about any dislikes specific to Constant Contact is non-existent at this time. What used to be a major concern many years ago was the amount of onboarding training, ease of reading Customer Support, and the lack of integration between CRMS and other SaaS applications.
Keeping us in sync with timely communications, and feedback, increasing website visits, keeping contacts informed, plus providing valuable information concerning the protection of youth and adult sports participants from mental issues and preventing suicide.
Its user interface is incredibly intuitive; you barely need any "101" training as most of the features are so user-friendly and designed for the non-technical amongst us.
This is very nitpicky, but for some reason - for me, at least - the flow of naming an email and the subject line that flows in when you copy a prior email gets missed and I don't see I've mis-named the email or mismatched the subject line until I send myself a test.
CC takes the challenge of of uploading email lists, managing lists, and sending reminder emails for event emails and makes it so easy. Almost foolproof. It's been great to have easy reporting tools to share open rate/CTR reports internally with colleagues and supervisors, as well.
