I've done a lot of research on CRMs. Most are build for really big companies, are a bit too bloated and are overkill and as a result end up being too expensive. I found ProsperWorks to be easy to configure, light and clean.
Its currently very closely tied to gmail. I don't mind this as I always tie my email address into the Google Apps but if you are stuck with a corporate email address, it may be cumbersome. That said, they may have fixed this by now.
I typically use the Product to manage a range of pipelines like sales, investors, potential leads et.
Its full integration with Google and its Chrome extension which allows you to do pretty much everything
Nothing so far and I don't think that I'll find something that I don't like.
Tracking, tracking, tracking... That's one word comes to mind. Ability to see the activities is wonderful. You can both track your clients and your sales rep's performance through this and it's amazing.
Its ease of integration and compatibility.
Nothing so far. For some silly reason this needs more info.
Keeps our projects and customers in tune. We will be using Prosperworks for many years
Customer data automation. I enjoy the speed at which I am able to work within the system... easily navigating between notes, emails, tasks, and opportunities. Everything is in line with the way I think and work.
Not much.. But I would like to be able to relate companies to each other. Maybe you can and I just don't know how to do it. Similarly, I'd like a contact to be able to exist within more than one company.
Redundancy. Simplifying the inside sales process.
The seamless integration with G Suite is my favourite - with the ability to link all notes, calls, meetings and emails back to the client - which then becomes transparent for the rest of the team. Being able to email clients directly from PW is a bonus (along with tracking). With the ability to customise with API's - we have linked multiple third party applications, including Dialpad.
Working from Australia, there are a few "USA" only features, like the area code display being three numbers, whereas in Australia, it is two. Not a major issue, more aesthetics.
Being able to isolate Leads and Opportunities, and track them by dragging the clients card from one stage to another is very powerful. Also with setting up rules so when a certain stage is hit, tasks can be created and other actions can be set up to automate the process.
Super-tight Gmail integration, ease of adding contacts, task management - really strong application.
So far it's all good! No issues we have found.
Managing leads at various stages.
The handiest feature is adding in Clients, Companies and opportunities directly from Gmail. Being able to set reminders, tasks and follow ups that sync with your Google calendar. There are also other great features such as when you add a client prosperworks sync's in the past year's emails relating to them also. For reporting and tracking purposes, the tool is great for keeping on top of sales and results. Love this product!
I haven't found anything that I dislike as of yet.
We can track the source of our converted sales allowing us to pinpoint which marketing tools are working well and which need tweaking.
ProsperWorks is intuitive to use from day one. Support has been prompt and helpful.
No dislikes, other than having to create a 40 character minimum answer to this question.
We are better able to keep track of our opportunities, and everyone we choose to include can see where we're at in the sales process.
This is the only product I've found that is this easy to use. Because of that people use it and make it more effective. It also rides along your browser so you can add tasks, people and projects without leaving the page you're on.
That I didn't get it sooner. This is the easiest system I have found
We have 80 offices around the country. ProwperWorks has made our customer data and reports available throughout the organization.
I appreciate the seamless integration with Google services as well as an Android application that can even make records of my phone calls.
I miss an ability to turn of features that I don´t need to save a work space on my screen.
Prosperworks keeps my communication organized and monitored.
Easy to use. Very intuitive. Does all you need. Provides solutions at the required moment
Doesnt comes in Spanish and can be a bit expensive
Customer Realtionship Management and sales
The email tracking. It's nice to know who reads what and how many times they read it.
The mobile app is lacking and difficult to use. I don't like that you can not track the emails and other features are not available. I find myself not really using this service on my phone for this reason.
Company organization. It's nice to see what companies each department works with and how, when and why they are contacting them. I also like the search feature. I can find what I am looking for easily. The fact that it integrates with my calendar is very helpful as well and ensures that I will not miss anything.
I've worked with several different CRM systems, and ProsperWorks is by far the easiest to use, especially if you use Google Apps.
I'd like to see an email campaign feature built directly inside of ProsperWorks at some point in the future.
Keeping all of our important contact data in one central repository. Using the API to connect to other systems we use.
Like most business people, I struggled to find a great CRM for me. Spending hours + days + weeks + months using & testing many top CRMs, I failed to find an affordable CRM on the market with advanced features and benefits. I am a self-employed independent insurance advisor with many different types of customers in over 18 states, I desperately needed a simple but intuitive solution to manage my all my business and position me with great tools to start new marketing automation with my CRM. ProsperWorks came along and blew all the others out of the way with their G Suite integration and others like Zapier and RingCentral just to name a few. After I started, it 'Felt like Home' to me because I have already been using the Google platform and wanted a great transition to a new CRM. Post Sales outreach to me has been far more welcoming and superior compared to other CRM Competitors that are wanting you huge monthly subscriptions to get started. All in all, I am super excited to learn all the best practices to leverage Prosperwork's top-tier technology to further propel my business for many years to come! - JTK
Nothing right now I dislike! I seriously and very happy with the whole process of trial user to choosing the best plan for me and then making y buying decision. The outreach and support is constantly coming every few days, which makes me feel like a more valuable customer to them.
Organizing all my data and leveraging the tools and technology to make my data and workflow come together in preparation for marketing automation with email, social media, calendar, VOIP, mobile apps, etc.
The dynamic and fast way it works within GSuite platform.
Project management tools ain't so complete.
This is a "must have" to reach and manage any potential market with a powerful and WYSIWYG software. Our sales and marketing team find it a smart way to speed up CRM process.
Google/Gmail Integration & Chrome Extension
Can't even think of anything..seriously. I don't know what is better, the fact that there isn't even anything that I can think of..or, that I even have to think about it.
Effective, efficient, ACTUAL client relations management.
Complete integration with gmail, docs, drive (g suite).
I really would have liked to have seen mailchimp integration to be included in the basic edition
Deal/pipeline management has been improved, which has an obvious positive impact on close ratios
What I like most of this CRM is that I enjoy the platform and the integration with GMAIL Business.
I really for the moment don't have anything bad to say about this CRM.
I use ProsperWorks for my business of Real Really. its amazing how great its this CRM.
I like the add-on that exports all my data to a google sheet.
It's still a little buggy occasionally, but it has been getting much better.
I was using it as the CRM for BD team for digital marketing agency. I realized that having it exclusively work with google apps makes it laser focused on the needs of a google apps company.
