CorelDRAW Graphics Suite Expert Review

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite will still sell you the software outright. That single sentence is why it remains on shortlists in 2026. Adobe moved professional design to subscription years ago; Corel offers a one-time purchase alongside the annual plan, and by our arithmetic on its published prices the outright licence costs less than the subscription from roughly month 20 onward. If you are tired of renting your tools, this is the mainstream alternative.

  • What it is: A professional graphic design suite covering vector illustration, page layout, photo editing, and typography, for Windows and Mac.
  • Best for: Print, signage, and production designers who want to own their software rather than rent it.
  • Pricing: Annual plan 1,137 zł for the first year then 1,750 zł; one-time purchase 2,270 zł. Verified July 2026.
  • The honest catch: The perpetual licence is frozen at the 2026 version — no future upgrades, no AI credits.

What Is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

CorelDRAW is a full design suite rather than a single application: vector illustration, page layout, photo editing, and typography in one package for both Windows and Mac. Its historical stronghold is production work — signage, print, apparel, engraving, and vinyl cutting — where its file handling and colour management have long been trusted and where the switching cost of decades of .cdr files is real.

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2026’s product page showing two purchase options side by side: an annual plan at 94.75 zloty per month, discounted 35% to 1,137 zloty for the first year from 1,750, and a one-time purchase of the 2026 version at 2,270 zloty.

The 2026 release leads with generative AI under the “Artist Intelligence” name, and Corel has made AI credits a subscription-exclusive benefit. That is the structural point of the whole pricing page: the subscription is not simply a payment method, it is a different product with ongoing feature delivery attached.

Corel reports 4.5 stars from 1,020 reviews on its own product page, and offers a 15-day free trial with no purchase required.

How CorelDRAW Works

  • Two purchase routes, which is now unusual in professional design software.
  • Annual plan at 94.75 zł a month, billed 1,137 zł for the first year.
  • One-time purchase at 2,270 zł, locked to the 2026 version.
  • AI credits are subscription-only, as are “subscription-exclusive features”.
  • Windows and Mac from the same licence.
  • A 15-day free trial, no card mentioned.

CorelDRAW Pricing

Captured from CorelDRAW’s product page in July 2026. Corel geolocates aggressively — our capture returned the Polish price list in złoty including VAT, and the same figures appeared on both the international and US URLs. The structure is what transfers; check your own market for the numbers.

Option Cost What you get
Annual plan, year one 1,137 zł (94.75 zł/mo) 35% off, all features, AI credits
Annual plan, thereafter 1,750 zł/year Latest version, ongoing updates
One-time purchase 2,270 zł The 2026 version, permanently
Free trial 15 days

Bar chart comparing cumulative cost of CorelDRAW’s subscription against its one-time purchase over four years: 1,137 against 2,270 zloty in year one, 2,887 against 2,270 in year two, and 6,387 against 2,270 by year four.

What actually decides which you buy:

  • The break-even is around month 20. Year one of the subscription costs 1,137 zł, so the outright licence is 1,133 zł more expensive at that point. Renewal then adds 1,750 zł across year two, and the subscription passes the perpetual price roughly two-thirds of the way through it. Past that, every month favours having bought.
  • The 35% discount is first-year only. The strikethrough is honest — 1,137 zł against a standard 1,750 zł — but the second invoice is the real rate, and it is 54% higher than the first. Budget from 1,750 zł.
  • The perpetual licence is a snapshot, not a subscription without payments. You keep CorelDRAW 2026 indefinitely; you do not get 2027, and you do not get the AI credits or the subscription-exclusive features. Whether that matters depends entirely on whether you have historically upgraded every year or every five.
  • AI is the lever Corel is using to defend the subscription. Generative AI is the headline feature of the 2026 release and its credits are subscription-only. If the AI tooling is why you are interested, the perpetual option is not really available to you.
  • Compare against Adobe on total cost, not monthly cost. Adobe Illustrator has no perpetual option at all, so over a five-year horizon the comparison is a fixed 2,270 zł against five years of subscription — a different question from which app you prefer.
  • A 15-day trial is short for a suite this large. Learning vector illustration, layout, and photo editing in a fortnight is optimistic if you are switching from Adobe; plan the trial around one real project rather than exploration.

Who Should Use CorelDRAW

  • Print and production designers. Signage, apparel, engraving, and vinyl work, where CorelDRAW has decades of established workflow.
  • Anyone who wants to own their software. The clearest reason to choose it in 2026, and there are few alternatives at this level.
  • Existing CorelDRAW users. A large .cdr archive is a genuine reason to stay, and the perpetual option keeps that archive readable without a running subscription.
  • Windows-first studios. CorelDRAW’s Windows heritage is deeper than its Mac support, though both are covered.

It fits poorly for teams collaborating with Adobe-standard agencies, where file interchange creates friction; for UI and product design, where Figma is the standard; and for casual or marketing design, where Canva does the job at a fraction of the cost.

Honest Pros and Cons

Strengths

  • A genuine perpetual licence. Almost unique among professional design suites.
  • Break-even inside two years against its own subscription.
  • A complete suite — vector, layout, photo, and typography together.
  • Strong production heritage in signage, print, and apparel.
  • Windows and Mac covered by one purchase.
  • A published, transparent price. No quote, no sales call.

Limitations

  • The perpetual version never updates. 2026 forever, including no AI credits.
  • The first-year discount does not repeat. Renewal is 54% higher.
  • Adobe compatibility is imperfect where agencies and printers expect .ai files.
  • Smaller ecosystem of tutorials, plugins, and hireable talent than Adobe’s.
  • A 15-day trial is short for a suite this size.
  • Aggressive geolocation makes cross-market price comparison awkward.

CorelDRAW Alternatives and How It Compares

  • Adobe Illustrator is the industry standard for vector work, subscription-only, and what most agencies and printers expect to receive.
  • Adobe Photoshop covers the raster half of what CorelDRAW bundles, again by subscription.
  • Affinity Designer is the other serious perpetual-licence option, considerably cheaper and narrower in scope.
  • Inkscape is free and open source, capable for vector work and weaker on production colour management.
  • Canva and Figma solve adjacent problems — marketing design and interface design — rather than competing directly.

For a broader survey, browse our graphic design directory.

The Verdict

CorelDRAW’s case in 2026 is not primarily about features, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Illustrator is the industry standard, the ecosystem around it is larger, and most agencies and print shops will assume you are sending .ai files. What CorelDRAW offers that Adobe does not is ownership. The one-time purchase is a real perpetual licence, and in a market that has almost entirely moved to rental, that is a genuine and increasingly rare proposition.

The arithmetic supports it if you keep software for a while. Year one of the subscription is 1,137 zł against 2,270 zł to buy, so buying costs about a thousand more up front. But the discount is first-year only — renewal is 1,750 zł — and the cumulative subscription passes the purchase price around month 20. By year four you would have paid 6,387 zł to rent against 2,270 zł to own. If your upgrade cadence has historically been “when something forces me to”, buying is straightforwardly cheaper.

The counter-argument is real and Corel has built the pricing around it. The perpetual licence is frozen at 2026 — no new versions, no subscription-exclusive features, and no AI credits, which matters because generative AI is the headline of this release. So the decision is not subscription versus purchase in the abstract; it is whether you want the 2027 and 2028 releases. Designers who upgrade every cycle should subscribe. Designers running a production shop where the software has to work rather than improve should buy, and the 15-day trial is the right way to confirm the suite handles your actual files before spending either way.

FAQ

How much does CorelDRAW Graphics Suite cost?

Captured in July 2026 on the Polish price list including VAT: the annual plan is 94.75 zł per month, billed 1,137 zł for the first year — a 35% discount from the standard 1,750 zł annual rate — and the one-time purchase of the 2026 version is 2,270 zł. Corel geolocates pricing aggressively, so check your own market; the two-option structure is what transfers.

Can you still buy CorelDRAW outright?

Yes, and it is one of very few professional design suites where you can. The one-time purchase gives you CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2026 permanently at 2,270 zł. It does not include future versions, subscription-exclusive features, or the AI credits that come with the annual plan, so it is best understood as buying a specific release rather than a subscription without payments.

Is the subscription or the one-time purchase cheaper?

The subscription is cheaper for the first roughly 20 months, then the purchase wins. Year one of the subscription is 1,137 zł against 2,270 zł to buy; renewal at 1,750 zł pushes the cumulative subscription past the purchase price about two-thirds of the way through year two. By year four the figures are 6,387 zł against 2,270 zł. The trade is that the purchase never receives a new version.

Is CorelDRAW a good alternative to Adobe Illustrator?

For print, signage, apparel, and production work, yes — it is a mature suite with decades of established workflow and it bundles layout and photo editing that Illustrator does not. The reasons to prefer Illustrator are ecosystem and interchange: it is what agencies, printers, and collaborators expect, and the pool of tutorials and hireable talent is larger. If you work independently and want to own your tools, CorelDRAW is the stronger choice.

Does CorelDRAW include AI features?

Yes. The 2026 release leads with generative AI under Corel’s “Artist Intelligence” branding, and monthly AI credits are included with the annual subscription. They are explicitly a subscription-exclusive benefit, so the one-time purchase does not include them. If the AI tooling is a significant part of why you are considering CorelDRAW, the subscription is effectively your only option.

"Excellent program for use with printing and cutting machinery"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

The program is very useful and practical, CorelDRAW has as many capabilities as changing colors, editing photos, creating texts, adding effects but for me I am a designer not only of web work but of printing has been the program with which I have best handled with Regarding the printing machinery, in this aspect it has no comparison its easy handling and its large number of functions makes it an excellent program for design and printing. Totally a recommended program 5 stars.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

I do not dislike anything, it's a complete program, it has apt capacities and functions to design and to use in the printing machinery, what else can you ask for.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The edition of photos and vector graphics are made easier in this program, my design works such as Logos, tarjeteria and POP material took a better path thanks to this program. Without this program, it would not have been possible to carry out a large number of jobs that not only deserve high quality designs, but also impressions and adjustments that only this program could provide.

"Diseño vectorial profesional"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Perfecto para el diseño de logotipos, ya que puedes escalarlos vectorialmente al tamaño que necesites. Acabados profesionales que es lo que uno busca en este tipo de software.

"The Pros and Cons of using Corel's Graphic Suites for Windows"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

Corel has been around for as long as any other major graphics package and has progressed close behind Adobe products (deservedly regarded as the de facto industry standard for artists) and is therefore a perfect solution for many types of users and needs. That said, it is no exaggeration to say that if you are or become a constant corel graphics user you can all but forget Photoshop for most uses, with no loss as to professional results. It handles most anything you need to create with it, does not (yet...) use the annoying subscription system which I dislike, and has a quick and intuitive learning curve, in other words, accomplish the same with ease and speed for a lower price tag for the entire suite as compared to equal standalone apps. A Vector and a Bitmap application are its main components but you also get a Font Manager, tons of clip-arts and assorted useful components such as to import and export all formats and it runs any plug-in you would use in PhotoShop, plus customised color pallets and native support for cmyk for most any kind of publishing you may want to create in it, as well as x-1A PDF export, editable presets or custom PDF settings as well. Vector editing and bitmap-to-vector in CorelDraw and masking, cloning, fyll photo retouching capabilities and transparencies in CorelPhotoPaint are just some examples of the fast and exciting tools you get in one suite you can own without subscriptions. You can also save to any previous version of CorelDraw so that files remain compatible with older versions if needed. Needless to say that it imports .PSD files too. This fine suite is much underestimated in my opinion since its PhotoPaint component (a direct competitor to Adobe's PhotoShop) is hardly marketed as such and does not stand out so most people will think only of CorelDRAW (the vector software), when they should be appreciated and used together.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

The suite has been buggy at times (and I cannot stress this enough!) perhaps since it began to call itself X something. Unexpected crashes do occur after some months of use, some tools may no longer work and will require a fresh install. With every new version (X3, X4, X5....up to X8) one expects these issues to be resolved, but unexplainably, they continue to exist (at least up to X8 which I have used). Yes, I know you already paled at this and perhaps are wondering why use it at all then? Well, the advantages and ease of use offset this to a great extent in my opinion, just remember to have autosaves on and save your files as you go, better safe than sorry, right? I also don´t care for the frequent changes Corel makes to the interface such flat buttons to match Win 10 style or annoying changes to the place of things such as menu items and tools in every new version, but these are also minor issues that should not put you off. There are also too few and far between updates to improve, add or correct things, which would make the product more exciting and stable to use. I have also heard off and on that Corel intends to phase out its trusted PhotoPaint component (!!) to replaced it (!!) with the also tried and tested (but lacking in features) PaintShop Pro standalone that it purchased long ago, in future versions of the Suite. I sincerely hope Corel does not do this ever, as it would spoil things for many longtime users like me that use PhotoPaint a lot.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

My studio uses Its two major components, CorelDRAW and PhotoPaint for most everything in graphic design, from vector graphics, webdesign, font handling, photo compositing, image restoration and graphic effects for illustrations, design, comics and assorted publishing work with results that can be checked out at my websites and online portfolios.

"The best vector drawing tool"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

Friendly interface, good and efficient tools, I did not find another program that would be so versatile. It can be used both to prepare project documentation and to draw posters or prepare materials for printing. A lot of drawing tools available. Ability to trim shapes, give transparency attributes. A very good tool for metamorphosis of objects that allow the use of non-standard solutions.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

The older versions don't work correctly in windows 10, In X5 version menubar is invisible. No ability to draw coordinates in your own system. Poor solution for drawing dimensional insights and final preparation of technical drawings.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Drawing information on scanned maps. CorelDraw helps in everyday work. Drawings are much better quality than CAD programs. The documentation created looks pleasant and is more human. I've been using CorelDraw for over 20 years.

"Corel- Simply simple "
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

To create different layouts on regular basis, an individual requires a software which directly connects to the basics and helps in bringing visualisation to reality. Corel plays that role in my proffesional life. To help out in making presentations on faster terms, Corel plays a major role as it sets us free to work in any direction or in any way. Also, not only in presentations, but it's representation of elements in posters is also something which gives a sense of satisfaction to the one working on it. There are so many softwares which offer a lot many features but it's not necessary we might use them. But Corel offers simple and effective features which are easy to use at any point of time.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

With benefits offered, there are some negative aspects of the software which disturbs the work flow. While making presentations, if a particular document exceeds pages more than 40-50, the software starts lagging and interrupts in between. This creates a big havoc as many a times we tend to loose out our presentation if not saved on regular terms. Also, the colour scheme sometimes gives an artificial look which creates problems while making different posters and layouts.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The speed you get through the software because of its simplicity is something which helps in completing the work on faster basis which has led in good business presentations.

"Corel Draw"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

No es multiplataforma, solo esta para windows. Consumo de muchos recurso de RAM y procesador, llegando a ralentizar e incluso a congelar el equipo con archivos pesados. Requiere una inversión económica para obtener su licencia.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

"It is best for vector based designs"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

I like how easy it is to work with vector based designs on this. You can create your design from scratch on your computer itself or you can even trace down your hand drawn sketches and play with the colours and create wonderful designs. I like the blend of bitmap and vector that you can easily use. I love the tracing part the most. Also, you can save your file in so many formats. I absolutely would suggest this for a designer as a must have software.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

What i dislike is that it doesn't have many shortcut keys. Like you don't have options to quicken things up. But still it's fun to work with especially when working with a detail based project. You get to edit things in precise details.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me work on creating detailed designs, which require precision. I use it for making those large motifs and designs which are doubled up in size and require printing them out on big sheets, since it's a vector based software.

The configuration possibilities. I have used it for personal project as well for some jobs and it's very capable. Most of my time I have been using the X3 version. A bit old, but I do like it.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

Maybe the overwhelming options and software it comes with. But really, it is as should be. If you want to do vector drawing. If you plan to do other things it won't come as handy as other solutions.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been mostly drawing city and rural maps, in order to display correctly the buildings, for a private organization I cannot disclose. They taught me, and it was a pleasure to work with it. The amount of work we did was huge, and the CorelDraw software did a good fit for our purposes.

"I love to use Coreldraw. It is very useful software to create graphic design. "
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

Corel draw is very easy to use, a newbie can also use Coreldraw easily, this is it's main positive point. I am using Corel draw since last 6 six years . It's a fantastic software to create graphics , visiting cards, pamphlets and leaflets. Shape tool is my favourite tool in Corel draw. There are many other tools which saves my lots of time. Transformation, clipping, convert to curves etc etc. There are endless things to share about Corel draw beauty. In short it is best software to new beginner in the field of graphic designing.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

its eternal failure with the colors when printing, only the experience makes me know what color to choose so as not to have direct colors on the screen. When exporting complex vectors with shadows the program gives an error and you can see some white lines that are not in the graphic piece (this always happens and there is no way to avoid it) unless the shadows are erased.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a lot to thank CorelDRAW for. Thanks to this software I have created the best illustrations and the best images for the WEB page of the company where I work, earning the respect of my superiors. CorelDRAW is the best tool for professionals.

"Simply and powerful"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

Everything is very intuitive, and once you know the different tools, it allows you to have a very fast workflow and allows you to do it in much less time than with other programs, such as illustrator. Especially very powerful to work with vectors, where other programs are slower and more complex.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

One of the few complaints I can say about this program is in reference to the gradients, because when it is printed it does not work very well, as if it had low levels (It has 256 levels). Also, you can not open files created with later versions. Another thing that I do not like is that it allows mixing in a document, RGB and CMYK colors, which sometimes causes printing errors

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main advantage is the quickness in performing all kinds of jobs with vectors, which translates into money. The price of the license is correct, not very exorbitant as in other packages.

CorelDRAW is compatible with a variety of formats, the program offers unparalleled color accuracy and flexibility, also comes with an very intuitive LiveSketch tool, and allows to customize the workspace with our favorite tools, custom desktop and icon size.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

CorelDraw uses a lot of ressources of your PC so you need a very powerful processor, Corel Draw is Windows only software, and it's as a little bit expensive.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to CorelDraw I have started to use graphic design software, i have created illustrations and images from the scratch with the help of the software tutorials

What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

The brushes, Dynamic guides, the filters are what I like best about this application.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

The program is fine as is, no changes needed!

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The PowerTrace tool lets me turn my pencil drawn sketches into smooth vector outlines. The brushes included are realistic, it helps to add more depth to my digital paintings. The pencil is smooth but sharp, and it mimics the real thing.

"Corel Draw, Professional Graphic Design"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

It is multipage, it seems nothing, but believe me it is very useful, but when its rival illustrator despite being so powerful does not support multipage. It always comes in Spanish, it is very useful to have a design program with Spanish versions when the other companies pay little attention to the Hispanic market.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

However an example of the disadvantages is that an excessive number of objects with transparency, or lenses of 3 different types exsigira more resources to the video card, which can return much slower screen reconstruction. It will consume more RAM, which would force the operating system to fragment that information and send it to the temporary file of windows, whose access and reading is considerably slower and heavier.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personally, I love Corel Draw, with him I learned graphic design, for the first time I edited a photo in its Photopaint add-on.

"Great vector software for a PC user!"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

CorelDRAW was the first for of software I used when I opened up a t-shirt business and needed to design logos and artwork for clients. Even though I am now accustomed to using Adobe software on a Mac, for those that are still content with using a PC I think they will find this software user friendly and more simplistic. I also found that the tutorials and books that you can find with further instruction are easy to follow.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

The downside to this program is it's compatibility. Even though your work can be saved in EPS format, which can be opened using Adobe Illustrator, you don't find many peers that are familiar with CorelDRAW that can help you when you need it. With that being said, it forced me to learn how to use Adobe Illustrator.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being that all but one of our computers is a PC, Corel Draw is a go to software for many. As funds become available, the office will eventually be stocked with Macs which will in turn cause us to no longer use Corel.

"Useful for running laser cuts/ etches "
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

A workspace and user interface that will be immediately familiar to anyone who uses Adobe Illustrator regularly. Files export from AI into Draw relatively easily. Very easy to get it to talk to the Epilog laser cutter.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

I have run jobs in the past where it seems as if no lines exist, only to find out that it is attempting to print "invisible" lines. Some lines have printed twice for reasons I cannot figure out.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

we're using Corel Draw to print laser etches and laser cuts on wood, leather, cardboard, plastic, and glass.

"Best Software for Graphic Designers"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

It has the best tools required for creating and editing good graphics such as invitation cards, posters, hoardings, vector arts. And also create page layouts for books and brochures and designing websites.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

As every coin has two sides, along with the benefits that CorelDRAW gives there are certain points that I don't like about it, such as the lack of a photo editor, so you need to use some other software to edit photos and the way it handles images. Also, it is only available for Windows Operating systems so you cannot use it on a MacOS or other Unix based systems.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

CorelDRAW is really helpful in creating designs for clients. You can create all kinds of designs starting from posters to logo designs, to box and packaging designs and developing websites. It is a one-stop solution for all kinds of graphic design requirements, which makes it a very efficient and must have software if you are in the designing industry.

"Great software for graphic designers"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

CorelDraw is the most powerful and user friendly software for graphic designers that I even experienced. Yea, I know that AI is more popular but for me it's not so intuitive as CorelDraw.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

Are some thinks that are not so great, for example changing the colors are taking too much clicks, color picker should work differently.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I using CorelDraw to creating a logo design and another vectors works.

"Corel Draw is a more affordable version of Photoshop/Illustrator in one program."
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

I really enjoy working in Corel Draw. Its a simple program that can do many of the things that Photoshop/Illustrator do without breaking the bank. Corel Draw takes parts of each program and merges them into one. I love how small of files Corel Draw produces. In comparison to most adobe files, Corel files are significantly smaller and less likely to fail catastrophically when used many many times. I also love how simple Corel Draw is to learn to use. I have spent significant amount of time learning Adobe creative Suite software, and find Corel Draw to be suitable for many of my needs without the learning curve of Adobe Creative suite.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

The program isn't as layer friendly as Adobe type products, so it takes some more getting used to, as well as more time to get similar tasks accomplished. I dislike how Corel Draw files don't integrate as well with other computer programs (Indesign-illustrator-photoshop). There can be lots of different parameters that need to be manipulated-changed on the settings in order to maintain/preserve file sizes of PDF's that are created from Corel Draw.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I create map/topographic renderings of project locations using Corel Draw. I like how quick/easy files pull up/save. Lots of graphic programs have issues with that, I like how Corel Draw has maintained much of that integrity over other computer programs.

"Corel Draw - great for procurement drawings"
What do you like best about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

I like the ease of use. I like the intuitive interface and everything is where it should be. I like the right click for multiple options. The layer system is very flexible as you can add as many layers as you need and rename them to your hearts desire. The line tool is very powerful as it can create many types of lines from dotted to straight and can have multiple arrows or endings.

What do you dislike about CorelDRAW Graphics Suite?

I dislike the system requirements to run this program properly. Our company gives us Dell Core i3 computers with 4GB ram and integrated video but it seems to slow to a crawl without additional ram and a dedicated video card. Sometimes the program crashes because there's not enough memory. Sometimes when you import a dxf file, too many layers are created which make your file size too big. I recommend resampling any pictures you import to make them a smaller size.

What problems is CorelDRAW Graphics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are creating procurement drawings for our vendors and for our internal team to receive products. The benefits are more efficient drawing layouts and faster drawing creation.
