So many things to like: the intuitive implementation process, streamlined employee onboarding, the enabling of better employee communication and engagement.

The platform is easy to use, and all the staff are raving about how much quicker it is to do things than our old platform. Support staff have been incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable when seeking assistance.

Reducing the workload for our admin staff as the staff are engaging with the platform more and for simple things that they found painful with our old platform. The admin staff are so grateful for the decrease in menial tasks.
Things I like best: - Pre-written policies and guidelines - simple performance review process - benefits for team - Features such as Asset Register, Time sheets, reporting, access to training material - easy to report leave via the web platform or app.
it would be great if there was a field for employees to provide details of things they are skilled at or SME, not just their degrees. For example, an employee could note down that they are expert level at Excel but novice at Powerpoint.

Employment Hero keeps everything in one place and carries out VEVO checks. Having the Employment Contracts set up to choose from is amazing and love the way it is emailed to candidates.
There is not a section where HR Manager can enter notes and they be kept confidential from all. It would be good to have a section for HR notes like the Management Notes section.
Employment Hero is saving a lot of time in that candidates can onboard and acknowledge Policies before they start their employment. This has increased time available to HR to focus on other important Business requirements.

Employment Hero was very easy to set up, it just makes sense. Being so user friendly has meant it has been adopted willingly by the team
The certifications aren't able to be adapted to each person so it appears that they always have certifications outstanding

The platform is really easy to use, encourages employee engagement and is a central hub for all of our Human Resource Management.
I think that it needs more variety in the gift cards for our Employment Hero dollars.
We now have a central hub for HR, it saves time with requests such as leave requests and overtime. We can onboard new staff easily and consistently. Policy documents are now easily acknowledged by team members and we can assess which team members are not engaged in our platform.
Employment Hero is saving us a lot of admin time and has automated many of our manual processes, often resulting in burdensome email traffic. The staff are far happier now as they can self-manage all their entitlements and access all their important information from their phone. We look forward to our journey and adding more of the available features.
We have not been unhappy with anything so far. The onboarding did require a lot of self-discipline to get set up, but we applied ourselves and managed to get there. While this felt a little frustrating during the process, ultimately, it was better to do the setup ourselves as we know how everything fits together. In the end, we are happy with the results.
We have automated so many manual processes from employee leave requests & payroll being the largest two items. Just on these two points, we have saved around 2-3 days of labour each month.
The simplicity of use. Everything from start to finish has been so easy to implement! The simple link from HR to payroll is a game changer.
Being unable to call someone for help, having to log support ticket each time.
