well i wish everything would go straight to the deal stage, converting leads takes for ever unlike just moving it on the deal stage.
Well i can keep track of duplicate leads, i also use the platform as communication instead of going on my email, the bulk is the best, with the easily included templates. reminders are easy to do for me.
Freshsales is very simple to use and I love that it integrates with everything I need and if it does not it is easily linked with Zapier. The snippet code that you can put on the website that tracks movement and form fills is brilliant. All in all, it is the perfect solution.
There is nothing that I dislike. Some things I could not work out and when I reached out for support it was always there.
The deal management and the leads to contacts is so useful. I like the separation so that I can clearly determine who my hot leads are.
Freshsales is extremely flexible in terms of customization. I have looked across multiple offerings with all the other big and some small names out there. Freshsales has provided me with a solution that I can now role out to the rest of the team and a cost-effective price. Also, in my industry, compliance & regulation is exceptionally important. Freshsales allows me to build in any check I want, and to provide any report I might need from an auditing perspective. Also, something interesting here is the fact that Freshsales tracks emails quite well. The other CRM I was using was basically an all or nothing approach to how the tracking worked. Freshsales gave me the opportunity to customize this to the way I wanted it to work.
The support team on the smaller plans (i.e. non dedicated support) is not lighting fast and seems to be closed over the weekends. However, I don't see this as too much of a negative and is the only thing I can think of in terms of dislikes.
Problems solved: compliance rules, audit reports, deal/compliance alignment to name a few. Benefits realised: time can now be spent on selling and servicing, nothing is missed on a deal now, integrations with Zapier, client capturing is easier now. Not sure where to stop here, but the benefits have been humongous.
I've used other CRMs before at other dealerships, ones that cost exorbitant amounts of money. What I like best is that FreshSales does all the same things that I'm used to doing on those expensive systems, but for free or a very well-priced subscription for the more in-depth features. It's very easy to use, and the fact that all customer information is in one spot is priceless.
The one thing that I would like to do is customize the fields while being on the free version, but it is a free version I'm on, so I can't complain at all!
It's allowed all customer information to be condensed in one file, which, especially working at a dealership, being able to recall all the notes from conversations you've had with any customer is priceless. It allows us to be much more efficient and PROfficient with our follow up.
Freshsales offers a lot of versatility in its packages which gives me the ability to run the system the way that works best for me.
The conversations feature is not automatically available which is mildly inconvenient.
I am able to contact each of my leads and contacts in an effective way, which has saved me time and money.
We love how their package is integrated with other tools - can chat, track, market and analyze what the customer's doing.
Don't have any dislikes, this software is great. They continue to make improvements.

The most helpful is how it keeps the accounts and contacts in one platform that can easily be edited, deleted, called on and of course the Opened/Clicked setUp of emails sent It is very handy and reliable.
What I don't like is the function of auto deleting contacts that have bounced emails
We do lead generation and we contact as much prospects as possible and FS makes it really easy with no lagging of system even with many many leads.

I have used Freshsales for a few months now and haven't run into any problems at all.
It is much less complicated than Salesforce and has way fewer unnecessary features. Salesforce has added a relevant feature in probably a decade. Freshsales keeps it simple and makes it a lot easier to keep your leads organized.
Being able to load leads and keep track of these leads until I am able to convert them to an account. This helps me stay on track and motivated.
I feel like a required field when uploading a new lead ect should be the "area" of the company or client.

Very easy to use, very intuitive, with a modern user interface and very easy to adapt to the needs of our customers. In addition, the reports produced are very good, customer service is very good and is very well integrated with the same solutions, such as Freshcaller and Freshdesk.
I really think you need a stronger search function via email. Also, it would be nice if a basic sales marketing template could be available, because I now have to create a template every time I start from scratch.
I use Freshsales as my CRM tool for the marketing department. This is where I save all my potential clients, contacts, account data, progress in bidding and communicating via email. All tickets for our customers appear in the account, which is very useful for us when sellers see what is happening in their customer's organization. Freshsales has helped us automate many processes such as lead distribution, automatic tracking of manufacturing tasks, and reserves.
It's a great tool to track and manage people who I am marketing to. If you have a database of people that you want to contact and track, it's one of the best and simplest tools out there, very smart, very easy to use. Lead score customization makes life a whole lot easier and the automation tools and sales sequences are great for bulk actions and messaging. The best features are it's automated workflows which is easy to setup and basically makes things easier and more efficient so there's less manual work that needs to be done on your end. Also, the bulk email feature is topnotch and though there's a limit of 2000 emails (on the highest plan), that is more than sufficient to get your message across to the people you are marketing to.
Biggest issue with it is that if you are used to dealing with sizable databases, there is no way you could filter out just the duplicate ones. So it is possible that you send out the same message twice which is problematic if you have a lead base of 1000 or more.
Lots of sales conversions! I am able to market myself with the bulk email send out, tracking the metrics of those and people, through my messaging, are able to know about what I do and what help I can provide so they come in and work with me!

The Freshsales has the ability that it provide a lot of resources to help you get the best out of Sales and marketing as we can easily track the every thing. Moreover the customer support is more responsive and helpful. Hence it is the best software because Freshsales keep all of our information of sales and marketing in one place.
Freshsales an easily tracks all the sales, marketing, accounts, customer interactions, productivity and much more. But the one problem that you faced is that you cannot get the benefit from all of its features and capabilities. Moreover the price is also a common issue. But to conclude that Freshsales offers a free CRM but there are great limitations to this free CRM.
The tracking abilities of this software is so great as the CRM of sales and marketing platform’s tracking capabilities. This software always increase your sales, opportunity and customer because it is so simple and seamless. I think that the Freshsales would be suitable for both smaller and larger business.
The member registry database. Logs and charts to keep you up to date on all members.
When updating member's emails I get errors sometimes stating that the emails are invalid or the system will not allow me to save it to the profile.
Finding a way to see last months financial charts and productivity tracking previously recorded
Really easy to use, and very intuitive. support have always been really helpful too. Email notifications are really useful as the only person managing sales. Pipeline management and deal registration also really easy to use and track progress of leads.
Due to edition purchased don't have access to all features, i.e. some reporting tools. As an SME couldn't justify the more premium version. Not been using for a year yet so am still getting familiar with all features, but at the moment have no complaints really!
Day to day management of customer accounts is improved. Tracking won deals is easy and reports can be produced. Managing ongoing projects is made easier with regular email reminders etc
Freshsales is a very intuitive and easy to use CRM. In our company we spent many months testing various CRM softwares including the leaders in this field (like Salesforce for example) but none was as flexible and easy to customize as Freshsales. In fact with Freshsales it was instant love, we modified it extremely easily and fast to suit our specific business model and sales process. No need to compromise, with Freshsales the only limit to the use of this CRM is our imagination. And the support in chat and by mail is super fast and very helpful.
I don't really like "unique" fields setup by default. But you can unmake a field unique by contacting support
Finally we can start our marketing automation journey.
The customization. We came from Hubspot - where we had a bad experience. For us to achieve the outcomes we needed to we would either need to change how we worked or do numerous workarounds. In Freshsales, we could customise the tool to fit our needs. I also love how Leads and Contacts are bucketed into two separate groups - gives us a really clear view of new business opportunities straight away. Pricing is great - we saved a few thousand dollars from Hubspot and its drastically cheaper than Salesforce.
I wish that the number of workflows were not capped in the plans - our current plans is capped at 40, and the next plan at 75. You can get around the limit with an enterprise plan, but it would be nice if the top plan was unlimited.
We have number of stakeholders in our business and a complex lifecycle. Being able to customise pretty much every field (which you cannot do in Hubspot), we have been able to build a sensible workflow and get useful reporting out of the backend.

It is great to boost sales, graphic reports are very useful to visualize the status of sales. We can make decisions based on the data collected, and help us prioritize the most likely closing deals. It allows us to delve into the details of failed businesses, providing us valuable information about problems that need to be solved. Freshsales is very useful to prioritize tasks, efficiently follow email campaigns and improve sales conversion.
The helpful about this system is that it offers you with multiple apps and features which means you don't have to buy all those apps individually.
This software functionality is great and there is nothing to dislike about it.
With this system you don't need a separate split testing or conversion optimization or survey tool if you are using this software, so it does save a lot of money at the end of the day which is a big plus. Chrome extension is very helpful. You can create and manage campaigns right from your browser. You can use it free for life but with limited features.
