GreenRope is an extremely easy to use CRM solution. We were up and running in no time and it supports all the functionality we need. Support has been excellent!
All our experiences so far have been very positive and there is nothing specific to dislike.
GreenRope is helping us manage all our contacts effectively, its integrated marketing capabilities are a huge benefit, and its sales management/forecasting features are easy to use.
I really enjoy the options for customization. I needed a key feature to be added to my follow up system that didn't currently exist. The team at greenrope put their heads together and created something specifically for my business.
I would like to have more options for a quick phone call with support. It can take a while to get to the meat of a problem and I feel it could be solved quicker with a quick conversation. (the customer support team is fantastic)
Greenrope is allowing me to maintain a massive amount of leads. With out this system i would never have been able to scale up in the way that I have
We are a smaller company that can do big things with the help of GreenRope. We have tried dozens of CRM's/Mail Merge Apps, and while only a few can compete with GreenRope, its customer service makes it a win. If you ever need help, they are always around, and no question is too big or too small.
The UI could be more intuitive and allow more customization. At some point, they introduced a sound that goes off whenever you click back to the tab GreenRope is running on.
GreenRope saves us time. We needed a better way of tracking marketing efforts and following up on leads. Our favorite thing to use for following up would be the "Journeys"; it's a great automation tool.

I would like to be able to offer different products in the shop in different currencies. This is not yet possible. Because it's not, I have to use Zapier as a workaround, which is a bit clunky and doesn't always work.
Managing all customers - right through the journey. Because GreenRope is comprehensive, I don't need separate email marketing, learning platform, web stuff. It's all in one. And lots of automation to save a whole heap of time.
The "there is always a way" mentality each and every time I reach out for customer service. Someone is always back to me with a solution within 24 hours, or instantly! There ability to walk me through what I need is easy to understand and efficient.
The data exporting options could be improved. When exporting data from surveys, I spend a lot of time restructuring it into a usable format. If there were options on how to display data when exporting in terms of the questions or person submitting, it would be much more user friendly. I sometime use google forms instead because of the export and anaylizing features it has.
Effective communication with customers. Tracking data and sending personalized messages has increased our customer service rating and attracted more people to our organization. In the past, the department did not have an effective way of keeping track of interested parties. Greenrope allowed us to create systems that keep our customers happy without spending an inordinate amount of time to do so.

Dislike the educational seminars are weekly, instead of daily.
I am in various networking groups and chambers of commerce. Thus tracking current customers and potential customers has high priority and GreenRope takes care of that. Also being able to group my customers/network partners into their particular groups is great.
The system itself is very easy to use and you don't need to have a technical knowledge background to get started! The team are all very helpful and have always guided us through and gave different suggestions to suit our needs.
I would say that there are small things that could be improved on, but we have made suggestions and they have spoke with their team about them which is great.
We are mostly using this to manage our customers closer as well as our sales and marketing campaigns. Greenrope alleviates a lot of administration time for our teams.
All functionality and features are available on all plans - you only upgrade when you reach the next threshold of subscribers. We invested in GreenRope because we needed a better CRM - but it has booking schedules, learning platform, email marketing and a whole heap of other stuff that we now don't need to pay for because GR already has it!
I'm still new, haven't found anything I don't like yet. The support team are very helpful and really keen to get GR working well for me - I suppose the only thing, is that I'm in a different time zone and that can mean that I might wait a couple more hours for a response to my query - but that's really not major.

the accounting app is difficult to use. 1. The window that invoices open in is tiny and there's no way to opein it in full screen that I've found. 2. There's no way to archive or hide view of old invoices so you can easily see what's outstanding.

GreenRope for marketing automation is an extremely robust solution at a very reasonable price point. I'll be making comparisons to HubSpot as I have used their solution as well. Here is what I like best: - Track multiple websites at no additional cost, add as many users as you want at no additional cost - No contracts, month-to-month, and very affordable for its capabilities (unlike HubSpot) - Define user fields on contact and company level, very easy to setup and manipulate - The 'Groups' framework of the solution allows you to align sales and marketing effort quite seamlessly - Custom objects allow you to really take customizing your CRM user interface to the next level (i.e. creating intake forms or scripts for discovery calls) - Tons of great features for managing other internal processes, projects, accounting, etc
- The user interface can be daunting and confusing at first, not as intuitive as HubSpot - You cannot have multiple tabs of GreenRope open, unlike HubSpot. - Automation is setup in 3 areas serving very different purposes, whereas in HubSpot you can perform all workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys in one area - You have to request more storage space for the media library (starts with only 100MB!)

GreenRope has all of the features of a more expensive CRM without being impossible to use.
GreenRope’s UX/UI isn’t our favorite, but it’s functional and simple.
We are tracking our 100,00+ users through GreenRope successfully.
The last year great improvements in the UI have been made. It seems like everytime I want to do something with Greenrope that it has the functionality. The customer service support is as good as any company I have every worked with. I also love how it tracks my leads and shows me which pages on website they visit.
Navigation is sometimes confusing but has been getting a lot more organized lately.
Sales Process, Marketing automation, sign up forms on our website allow for easy new lead generation. Utilizing Green Rope as both a CRM and email marketing platform has really simplified our marketing and sales process and reduced personnel needs.
Greenrope has ALL the features I need for my business.
User interface is not intuitive. Needs to be modernized like InfusionSoft.

The ability to get a complete relationship picture for each lead and client all in one place. I've recommended Greenrope for many friends and small business owners for exactly this reason.
Nothing I truly dislike. As with anything there are small changes that would benefit my specific business use, but I'm still happy with it as is.
It's continued to make our marketing efforts more efficient and improve our conversion rates. We have fairly long conversion periods due to the nature of the business and Greenrope has helped my sales team maintain consistent contact throughout. We are just starting to take advantage of some parts of the marketing automation and am excited to get it fully implemented.
GreenRope is an all-in-one backoffice system for anyone running a business. It includes marketing, project management, a LMS...everything.
I would love for the cost to be less per month.
It allows me to keep track of everything in one place. I was trying to make things work together previously. Why do through the hassle when everything can be under one umbrella.
