purchasing of additional domains is really expensive when it comes to Hostgator even when they provide a free domain along with hosting plan. the shared servers are not really great, comparatively the speed provided by the Hostgator for shared servers is not up to the level offered by other competitors in the market. the user interface and billing can be a bit confusing to an average user.

If you have a problem you can contact Customer Service and get answers to your questions in minutes. You can even choose if you want to add security measures to your hosting account for that website.
